Amazing spot for dietaries. They have 2 vegan Ramen and offer gluten-free noodles and dishes. The vegan gluten-free dumplings we tried were delicious and their signature Ramen, too. They also serve gluten-free beer. Totally recommended, we will be back.

Soba (soba) & udon (udon) shop information Juwari Soba Specialty Store 10 Soba Kyoto Miyukicho Branch (341-7 Daimonji-cho, Miyukicho-dori Oikeshita-ru, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto City) I visited with my wife for lunch on Wednesday, April 30, 2025🥢 This is a soba restaurant based on the concept of 100% soba noodles that can be eaten for just one coin.We want you to enjoy delicious 100% soba noodles made with domestic buckwheat flour.The tempura is also made with gluten-free buckwheat flour instead of wheat flour. Today I ordered the new style cold mixed soba Genovese (990 yen), maitake tempura, and red ginger onion kakiage 😀 My wife ordered zaru soba (500 yen), maitake mushroom tempura, and chikuwa tempura 😉 However, we like 100% soba and have eaten 100% soba from various places, but the flavor and texture of 100% soba did not feel like 100% soba. Also, the tempura and kakiage were not good enough🥴 The new style cold mixed soba Genovese was delicious, but that's about it😡 There was sobayu too••••••••••••••🤤 But at this price, it can't be helped. Thank you for the meal🙏

Loved this place! We opted for the 5pm gluten free dining and myself and my non-gluten free partner found the experience 10/10. They do a 5pm gluten free allergen seating and from 6pm gluten is introduced into the kitchen. They are very aware of other allergens as well. Felt like dining at a friendly Japanese home. Hideki-san & Naoko-san share their culinary skills with us and really really know how to cook, entertain and share their love of food and Kyoto. Bookings are definitely essential. Will visit again when we return to Kyoto one day!

A small and very local place where you can cook your own Okonomiyaki on a griddle (one per table). For an additional fee, you can order a gluten-free Okonomiyaki. The prices are very reasonable.

We sell frozen cakes. The family only ate one bite. The staff worked hard. This is an oversight on the part of the owner. Aren't you ashamed of selling something like this? Do you think these are delicious to eat? The good thing is that the staff was polite and pleasant. Ingredients were also clearly labeled. Never Again

A very relaxing place with several gluten free options ideal for people with celiac disease If you are celiac you will enjoy it, especially the chocolate cake seemed spectacular, very tasty. They only accept cash payments. They speak English, at least the basics to order.

Cute little place with nice flavors varying from traditional Japanese (black sesame, matcha, kinako brown sugar) to Italian classic (pistachio, hazelnut). Allergens are listed. Lots of gluten free flavors ! We chose to eat takeaway in front because there was an extra charge to sit in the back on their deck overlooking the river.

The service here is great, and the interior is cute and cosy. It is very small though - 8 seats, squished in together. The fries are nice, strangely not crispy but still yum. Servings are large - the Regular is like a small meal for 2 people. The place is very expensive. It cost close to 5,000 JPY to get regular chips and 2 drinks. The chips and some sauces are gluten-free according to staff.

Afternoon tea was full, so I made a reservation here for lunch. It is also gluten-free and caffeine-free, so you can choose according to your mood. This time, I had a light lunch as I had enjoyed the traditional Japanese cuisine in the morning, but next time I would like to stay at the Park Hyatt and enjoy the food at a more leisurely pace, so I made a reservation.

One of the most amazing experiences in Kyoto, it was fun but not demanding and the food was delicious. The staff were amazing and accommodating, I would highly reccomend. Me being Gluten Free I would reccomend, I'm not coeliac, but we did notice everything was cooked separately and they made a big effort to make sure I wouldn't get the wrong order. 10/10 No Ramen, No Life

It is located near Shijo Street, so super convenient to include this restaurant to the travel itinerary. The venue gets crowded very quickly, so it would be better visit early. They seem to have gluten-free options as well, but I have not checked with the staff directly yet.
