This is a fun place to go with great gluten free options for Italian food. My server had celiac disease and was very knowledgeable. I have been here a few times and not had any problems here.

They have this vegan cilantro sauce that is phenomenal. I’ve gotten the vegan beyond arepa with avacados, lettuce, and Fritos. The rice and beans (the beans depend on who is making it; there have been some inconsistencies there), but everything else is good. I also love their fresh juices. This place is under new ownership and definitely miss the original staff. They got rid of a lot of the valuable , free health literature which was nice to take home to read with your purchases. Overall still a great place to find your nutritional needs and they have a huge selection in the back of the store for Gluten free.

Let me just say- a cafe that is SPACIOUS, open EVERY DAY until 8pm, has tons of flavors, is affordable, GREAT service!!!! this was my first time here and i got a cold brew with sugar free chocolate and raspberry it was SO GOOD!! i am gluten free and appreciated the separate case for gf items, but unfortunate it all contains nuts so i wasn’t able to try any of it… however it looks fantastic!!!

I’m so happy to have a vegan place so close to home and that they also have gluten free options as well! My personal favorite thing to order is the chorizo tacos, they are so flavorful and delicious. Love this place!

Food was delicious! We had 3 different chicken dishes. And three different desserts! Service was excellent ! All of the food items were gluten free except for Chili Naam! We were given extra chili sauce to accommodate different palates!

I've been here before a year ago or so, the service and atmosphere are wonderful, I really enjoy eating there! I got the smoked salmon frittata and it was delicious! I had to ask for a bit more salad dressing, but our server was very kind and was happy to get me some more. The reason I've given the good a low review isn't because it's bad, but because they've gotten rid of their gluten free/friendly options (still have gf toast though, it was pretty good). I was super excited to go back and even more so when I saw all the delicious Fall options for pancakes, only to find out they no longer had the option to make them gf. I hope to hear they reintroduce that in the future.

Went here for the first time and wasn’t expecting much but it was GREAT. My spouse is Italian and very picky and also enjoyed it. We’ve tried lots of Italian places in Raleigh area and this is the best. Excited to bring my friends with dietary needs here as well because apparently they also have gluten free options I’m very picky about my Alfredo (for some reason most restaurants have such bland Alfredo) but their Cajun pasta with Alfredo was very flavorful. The penne vodka is their most popular dish for good reason and also very flavorful. I also enjoyed their steak and cheese during lunch

Caribou Coffee offers a cozy and inviting vibe with an eclectic charm. Inside, you'll find a mix of warm wood furnishings, comfortable high-top tables with padded seats, leather chairs, and traditional wooden tables and chairs. If you prefer the outdoors, the spacious patio provides plenty of seating options, and the surrounding trees help muffle the road noise. It's the perfect spot to bask in the morning sun while savoring a delicious cup of coffee. Speaking of coffee, you can count on Caribou Coffee to serve it piping hot and prepared just the way you like it, right from the first attempt. They also offer a variety of beverages, including water. However, if you're gluten free or have celiac dietary restrictions, you will find no options among their enticing baked goods and breakfast offerings. As for staying connected, the WiFi can get a bit congested during peak hours. My T-Mobile hotspot worked like a charm with a solid 5-bar connection. Caribou Coffee's low background music makes it an ideal spot for conducting phone calls, in-person chats, studying, or business meetings. The service is top-notch thanks to the staff at Caribou Coffee are a friendly and attentive bunch, with Suzanne, my personal favorite barista, setting the bar high with her warm and welcoming demeanor, helpfulness, and all-around friendliness. The drive thru is perpetually bustling, but it flows efficiently. All in all, Caribou Coffee is an excellent place to unwind, be productive, contemplate life's mysteries, or strike up conversations with new acquaintances.

We sat at the sushi bar. The gentlemen who were preparing our meal were funny, the service was pretty good. We engorged on sushi. The atmosphere was appreciated because we got to watch them construct the rolls we ordered! Recommend for sure! Only suggestion I would have is the addition of gluten free soy sauce so I could enjoy the wasabi as well. (I like to mix the 2 & dip my roll in it. ) I cannot have the hibachi because of the excessive amount of gluten/ soy sauce.

If you are looking for somewhere classy and innovative then look no further! Iris, dear restaurant attached to the North Carolina museum of art, is a beautiful atmosphere with swirling a sculpture on the walls and beautiful natural light. It does not feel overcrowded although there is enough space for a party of 16. All of the servers are very professional and helpful by guiding you on the menu. They have lots of options for people who are on special diet's, like folks who do not eat gluten or R vegan. It's nice to have an option after walking around the grounds or the museum itself to feed yourself or your family. The food is absolutely delicious and obviously crafted by someone with culinary Expertise. There are so many of flavors that go into each dish and they are plated beautiful I like the plates are pieces of art themselves. It is a great place to go for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, but I highly suggest you call and make a reservation or hold a table because it can get very busy. I give this place 5 stars and highly suggest it to anyone who is intrested and a lovely dining experience. The high ceilings really give the place an air of luxury and contribute to the culture that you might find in the Room. The options for drinks are wonderful and your server well pair them with your dish with ease. I enjoy that they have fresh juices and coffee options as well. Everything is so nice looking and a semi formal it is a great place to go on a date as well!

Delicious lunch! I enjoyed the California chicken salad sandwich & potato salad. Everything was fresh and filling. Staff were very friendly and attentive. My friend loved the gluten free options.

I had a few early morning appointments across town and needed to grab food in between. Due to my mindful lifestyle and autoimmune issues, I’m very particular about the quality of ingredients, preparation, and nutrients, so I don't eat out often. I ordered the "Triathlete" plate with a side of chicken sausage and gluten-free toast. The first plate came out with old-looking fruit, no tomatoes, no toast, no pico, and no mushrooms—half the ingredients of the dish were missing. Essentially, it was just an egg white omelette with canned green chili and onions, a few grapes, and the chicken sausage I ordered. I had to call the server over, as she hadn’t checked on me. I pointed out the missing items, and she took the dish back to be remade. She mentioned they were out of mushrooms initially but were now cooking more. It seemed like they hoped I wouldn’t notice the missing ingredients. About 10 minutes later, the server returned with the dish, which still lacked pico and had only one piece of diced tomato. They did add more fruit, which was nice. Again, I had to call out to the server, who was hanging out at the hostess stand. I told her I was over the experience and wasn’t going to send the food back again. She brought me a box for my fruit and handed me a gift card as I left. Overall, it was a lackluster experience and a stark reminder of why I’ve been avoiding eating out post-c0vid. The photo is the "remake".

To begin, I am not a huge Mexican food person but anytime I want delicious food with a large variety of low carb options, gluten free options in the friendliest restaurant around I take my family here. The food is cooked to order, fresh and delicious and they have something for everyone. Excellent food, very clean restaurant and superb staff.

We visited for the first time yesterday and were seated outside. The space was very comfortable with a covered patio and fans on high blast. We were welcomed and very well taken care of by the host and waitresses who were all very knowledgeable and helpful navigating gluten free options! Not only that but the drinks and appetizer we got (barria tacos) were AMAZING! I would highly recommend for date night or night out with friends.

I was excited to try this place because they had 2 dedicated vegan options, that also just galen to be gluten free. I could either get the blue corn tortilla tacos or the enchiladas. Both came with nopales (cactus) and black beans. I chose the tacos, simply becauseI'm not typically a big fan of green tomatillo sauce, which was on the enchiladas. The tacos were very good and extremely filling. I feel they could have used more veggies in them and less beans though, for my personal preference, because the beans are pretty salty. We also got the guac and chips as an appetizer, and the guac was pretty darn good! I decided to try their Cadillac Margarita and was happy I did. Very flavorful and strong. Definitely not one of those weak ones with the electric neon green fake mix I've seen at other places. The atmosphere really has some cool touches and the building itself is a fantastic architectural design. If you haven't checked this place out yet, I highly suggest it!

Family run. Very pleasant employees. Excellent choice of menu options including gluten free toast and baklava, large muffins and danishes. Sweet little find in a strip mall. Highly recommend for “home cooked” food. It was busier than I expected for a Friday around 10:30 am. That tells us the food and service is very good. We will be back. (Overlook the worn booth seats-it just means the food is great!) Special thanks to Kanisha our server for making our experience very personal. Number one best Indian place in Raleigh! We normally get takeout, but we took some out of town friends who are vegan and gluten free, and they were delighted! They couldn't stop saying how good it was. They were very accommodating of dietary requirements and the food, as always, was incredible. The worst part about coming here is eventually I run out of leftovers.

Great sushi and great Thai food! They have BOGO rolls so we always get those with a Tom kha gai (Thai coconut soup) appetizer. The service is great and the rolls are fresh. Our favorite sushi place in Raleigh. Gluten free rolls are marked which is always appreciated.

Since it was my first time in, they were very patient with me explaining all the options and going through all the items with me. Loved that there were so many gluten free options. I had a lamb bowl on a bed of rice and chickpeas. Food was tasty and plentiful. Loved hearing how they welcomed everyone in as if they were family! Place is small, so I sat in a barstool facing the wall at the long bar table. Only a few tables inside and weather wasn’t great for sitting outside.

My favorite place to eat when I drive thru Raleigh... My dad took me to the original as a child and it's delicious comfort food that accompanies many fond memories. The milk shakes are the best! Fries are cooked to perfection and I love the char grill hamburger steak over a bed of lettuce(I'm gluten free)

I have tried their fries, Buffalo chicken dip, Cobb salad, and gluten free buffalo chicken pizza. All have been delicious. I dream about that salad sometimes. During my second dine in experience, our waiter made a comment in support of my friend’s looks but also made a comment towards me that was probably not meant to be unkind but what he said to both of us made us uncomfortable and left us speechless for a moment. He also made a comment in a teasing way about why I didn’t order a drink just because I was looking at the menu. I didn’t feel this was appropriate either. He did inform us that it was his second week. At the end of our experience we were trying to get out of our booth but he was still standing there beginning to clear the table when he could have just let us out and then cleared it. We still have great tips but someone needs to watch this one.

Good gluten free selection for celiacs. Many of the side items are not gluten-free, that's the issue. Make sure you check with your server and if they're not 100% sure yet a manager to verify it, things like the rice are gluten free. Excellent food though

Love this little place. It is one of the few places to go for a good healthy lunch or supper for a very reasonable price in this area. The restaurant is clean, the veggies are very fresh, the meat is fresh and real, juicy and tasty, the wraps are soft and fresh. I love that I can order gluten free for my GF friends or get vegetarian if I desire. The owner serves and is very kind very polite. Nicest man! I would highly recommend!
