Neon Ramen for the win! We ordered the eggplant starter and a stir fry to share between us and could not get over the sheer volume of the portions and deliciousness of both dishes, making them incredible value. I was impressed with the gluten-free options also, I had heaps of choices. Loved the unique and fun decor with onbrand music and Bella and her team were super lovely, taking great care of us as a last minute booking. Would absolutely come again...but I'll come starvin next time!

Absolutely amazing! Food was delicious - rich, bold & so very tasty, plenty of drink choices (incl. Non-alcoholic). Staff were knowledgeable, especially regarding gluten free options. Prawn risotto was amazing - would eat every day if I could. Duck fat potatoes were delicious, but I did find the truffle aoili a bit too overpowering. Highly recommend, would visit again.

If you are gluten free you have to go here!! You can tell that the pasta and pizza bases are so freshly made they both just melt in your mouth!! The bolognese is so flavourful and the mushroom pizza is the perfect balance with the caramelised onions and mushrooms!! But if there is 1 thing to get is the tiramisu it is the most fluffy and creamy tiramisu I’ve ever had and it’s gluten free!!!

All the food was great and the portions were nice. For a celiac eating out in Cairns can be a real problem, here they have a dedicated gluten free menu and they pay attention to contamination. The pizza is cooked in the same oven but on a different tray, separate fryer and friendly staff. So far, I think it is the best choice for those who are gluten intolerant in all of Cairns, I will definitely be back.

Thankyou to the lovely staff member who fixed a custom drink and made it perfect 👌 the sauce with the steak is perfection theres nothing like it anywhere else and I'd encourage others to give it a try you won't be disappointed. The Italian in me for whatever reason didn't feel not like steak for the choice when going to such a lovely Italian restaurant so while away, I got a taste of it though and had to come back a few night later and my friend and I both ordered it it was that good. They got their perfect cocktail again, and I had the most delicious house cocktail. Thankyou it's was all delicious and perfect. All of the food was amazing, but that steak and sauce 🤌 All of the staff were perfect level of kind and courteous with attention to detail and making sure everything ok while being helpful. As an ambulatory wheelchair user who uses a powerchair, it is often a nightmare going one for meals. I never know how staff will react to needing to make room for a large power chair and it "being in the way" for the first time in a long time I felt normal again despite being in my chair they just made adjustments and didn't change tone of voice, show it on their faces or any other way no annoyance at having to move things. Thankyou! Being able to just have dinner and enjoys it and not worry made it all the more perfect it should be standard but it isn't hence my writing all this, all the staff did all the right things please keep it up. Please keep being a safe and welcoming place for wheelchair/powerchair users there arent alot of safe places. I'm also having to eat gluten loved how gluten free friendly the menu was! I ordered their gluten free carbonara takeaway the first night then when going back a few nights later got it again because it was absolute divine creamy heaven 🤤 (I can not comment on the bathroom and if it is WC friendly as I never used the facilities)

Gf fish and chips with housemade tartar sauce was amazing. Poke bowl wasn't celiac safe due to soy sauce, but staff were well informed and friendly. We came back anyway for the smoothies, fish and chips and views. The playground outside is also great for kids (although partially under construction for a year).

Gluten-Free and Coeliac safe ! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a separate Gluten Free Menu with so many options. They prepare the GF food separately and have a GF fryer. Fish & Chips, Burgers, loaded fries, sandwiches, slices (which are individually wrapped), and so much more. As a Coeliac to have a great little place like this when travelling is a god-send 🙏. Definitely 5 ⭐️ Charchy's.

Attended a catered function during a workshop in Gatton. The regular meals (bread rolls, mains and dessert) looked tasty though small portions. Unfortunately, all special dietary requests (gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free) were solved with one very uninspiring dish: gf pasta with a tasteless tomato sauce.

Staying in Noosa for a few days on a family holiday and the food was so good we had to come back again! I had the most delicious pasta ever (the pan fried potato gnocchi) and was very pleased by the great range of options as a gluten free vegetarian. The people were incredibly lovely and made us feel so welcome! 100% would recommend!!

As someone newly diagnosed with coeliac disease, navigating where to eat has been really overwhelming — until I found this restaurant. On my first visit, my partner and I decided to dine in. I let the staff know I had to flag my meal as a gluten allergy, and I was genuinely impressed by how knowledgeable and reassuring they were. It turns out the menu is about 80% gluten free, which was such a relief and made choosing a dish so much easier. I felt confident and safe the entire time — something I haven’t felt in a long while when eating out. For my second visit, I ordered takeaway. Again, I mentioned my gluten allergy, and the staff immediately let me know that while one of the items I was interested in was made with gluten free ingredients, it had unfortunately been exposed to gluten during cooking. That level of honesty and awareness gave me even more confidence in their practices. Since being diagnosed, I’ve struggled to find places that feel truly safe and informed about coeliac disease. This restaurant has been the first place that not only understands but also cares enough to take the necessary precautions. Highly recommend to anyone with coeliac or gluten sensitivity — this place is a rare find!

I'm a very regular Botanica customer & have always really enjoyed the different varieties of food on offer, especially for the Vegan coeliacs out there. Service is always quick & precise. This Christmas however I took home $99 worth of food & half went to waste, in particular the "Christmas coleslaw". It was a flavourless pile of very finely shredded cabbage with absolutely no flavour. We tried to save it by adding mayonnaise & aoli, but nup is was awful. I'll be back in the future, but that coleslaw was a zero out of 10.

I popped in here for breakfast one morning, because it was only one block from my hotel and the reviews were good. They have some really good value breakfast options. I have coeliac disease and when ordering a gluten-free option they ask you whether you're coeliac and inform the cook, which is excellent. My coffee didn't taste as strong as I'd like (small flat white with two shots), but it wasn't bad.

We had the pronto banquet which was 9 courses for $54 and it was very good. Good service, beautiful location right on the river. Thoughtful staff and they were able to accommodate a gluten free diet for every course.

Ordered 2 Hawaiian pizzas for takeaway. One Gluten Free as I am a celiac and it is crucial for me to not ingest gluten. The box was marked incorrectly. I am now very unwell. Rang Sorbellos to let them know this has happened. Very disappointed as I had previously felt confident eating from Sorbellos.
