The gluten free crust was really good! Service definitely stole the show, Giacomo was charming and kind. The rest of the staff were also attentive to guests needs regardless of if it was their table or not. Really makes a difference in making it a great experience. Would definitely come back.

I can’t believe all the great reviews here. The service was terrible- we were ignored for over 30 mins before our order was served. The waitress didn’t seem to even bother to ask us about our food- though she was doing that to all the neighboring tables (racist much?).
The food was quite bad, tbh. The hot shrooms were drenched in oil- had no salt or flavor, and oozed oil when we bit into it. My friend felt really nauseated after because of all the oil in it.
The pizza was also under seasoned(we got the motor thingy)… the tomato sauce was really sweet- not in a good way. It felt like they had added sugar instead of salt. The gluten free crust was more like a focaccia, it wasn’t bad but felt like I was eating a sweet tomato focaccia toast, not a pizza. And there was really no flavor outside of the sweet tomato sauce.
Very disappointed.
Eclectic spot with a vibrant menu, offering a burst of flavor in every dish; perfect for spice lovers and those seeking creative vegan options.

Great food!! Ordered the eggplant, spicy noodles, pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. We finished everything, it was so yummy. Finished with the gluten free chocolate cake, definitely decadent. Will return when we're in town. Service was quick and friendly. Love this place.
Very cool environment, great service, delicious food & beer. Love that there are gluten free options and items are marked on menu. Definitely recommend going! 👌

Great 100% gluten free spot! It is also raw and vegan, so it does not have the most traditional meals and desserts but they are still very yummy. I enjoyed the various raw desserts we ordered and my cashew cheese quesadilla.

BEWARE. The Gluten Free (GF) Labels on the menu mean GF options available for that dish, NOT that the dish is gluten free. Talk to your server about your order.
I was excited when seeing the GF labels all over the menu, especially when seeing that most of those dishes involved pita bread. Sadly after talking to the bartender I learned that their pita is (obviously) not GF. Their rice pilaf also has soy sauce in it, so do not just assume the dish is GF even though they are labeled GF. Service was great and the food was good. Pricey, but normal for the gaslamp area and it was very tasty.

Okay but why are these so dang good???
I was craving donuts at 1am and decided to search San Diego on Google maps for some Gluten Free options and I am SO HAPPY I found this place.
I made it just in time before they closed and asked for the surprise me special.
Every flavor option I got was to die for.
Crunchy, yet soft donuts, delicious flavors and will be my new cheat sweets 🤤
Free donut as you walk in and the prices are very fair and manageable
I believe the strawberry one was my favorite but also can't go wrong with powdered. They were devoured in 10 minutes.
The two ladies working at the time were so friendly and explained the menu to me and all the options available
GO HERE NOW and try out these donuts I PROMISE they will be better than you think!
Can't wait to go back!

The service was lovely and as someone with coeliac disease, I felt very safe eating here (the server let me know that the original owner’s wife is celiac, and so that made me feel like they would have a good understanding of cross-contamination). The eggs and hashbrowns were just OK and the chicken sausage and the pancake that I had were pretty good.

This place is fantastic.
I have celiac and a wheat/oat allergy and the staff was knowledgeable about all allergens for menu items. I had no bad reactions to the food afterward.
The food is delicious too - I'm an omnivore who eats vegan/vegetarian a decent amount. It stands amongst some of my favorite restaurants ever (non vegan included). Did not think it being vegan detracted from flavor whatsoever.
Highly recommend, especially if you have gluten sensitivity.

We went here on a slow evening and sat at the bar. We ordered a cider and the gluten free chicken tinders and fries, I asked the bartender about the fryer and she assured me that it was completely gluten free and no chance of cross contamination. The $15 chicken tinders and fries were just okay, the chicken was dark meat which I thought was kinda gross and cheap for chicken tinders. Then I got violently ill later that evening and knew I had been glutened. 2 days later and I’m still recovering, don’t eat here if you have celiac.
Also i definitely wish I would’ve checked Find me gluten-free reviews before I came.

Upon entering for dinner my party of four were immediately greeted and sat. The lighting was dim, there was still some Christmas decor up. There were families and couples. The staff were neatly dressed to match and very kind and attentive.
Our drinks came immediately. There were Thai Iced Teas everywhere but I opted for a hot green tea.
I saw the Esarn Classic had a meat choice of “Crying Tiger” (marinated steak) which I always get at any Thai place that offers it. It’s my favorite. But I also love duck. Both dishes are more common at restaurants in SoCal than places in Washington state so I have to take advantage. Someone in my party got the Crying Tiger which I tried and recommend. I added a photo of that dish as well.
I ordered the “Duck Three Ways” which I couldn’t find on the online menu to add to this review, unfortunately. But it was divine. It is a gluten free dish that comes with three sauces: a spicy lemon-grass, sweet chili, and tamarind. They were all so flavorful and amazing. The duck was on the bone but abundantly meaty. The skin was crispy and salty while the inside was slightly tough but juicy. The vegetables were bright and added great color and texture. Each sauce complimented the duck so well. The spicy lemongrass (see photo top left) was my favorite. I loaded the pulp on and could put that on pork, steak, chicken, or fish; anything. The sweet chili (top middle) was made in house similar to the bottled but the flavor was more intense the sauce was also less dense and gelatinous which I preferred. The tamarind reminded me of the plum sauce I would normally get with duck just more tang and less floral. It was slightly sweet and what I would compare more to a variation of hoisin. If it had more garlic I might have taken it home with me. But I actually enjoyed it more with the vegetables.
Aside from parking, my experience was definitely satisfying and complete.
I recommend this place.

They have a different singular gluten-free option each week, but they are in the same display as their gluten donuts and the only separation is the wooden trays that they’re displayed on. I asked and all donuts are made in-house, but the man at the register couldn’t answer about if there is separation in time and space for the preparation of the gluten free donut flavor, as well how well the mixing bowls, ovens, and equipment are cleaned before making of the gluten-free donut. I chose to eat a chocolate donut which was delicious and didn’t get sick that day but I did have swollen joints a few days later but it could have been from any number of restaurants I ate at in the days before it started, so it IS risky. Cross-contamination is just evident… everywhere.

My girlfriend and I have always loved blaze. Ordered delivery late Wednesday night for $68 on Uber eats. two pizzas, one gluten free, one regular. My gluten free was horrible, soggy, salty, pepperoni tasted off. Almost inedible.
Even then I wasn’t considering writing a bad review until my girlfriend developed food poisoning symptoms roughly 20 hours after eating delivery from this blaze. We know it was blaze because we ate the same exact food over that 20 hours save for me getting gluten free crust and her getting regular dough.
I suggest the manager of this establishment reviews which of their inadequate employees was working late Wednesday night and figure out what went wrong. We’ll never eat at blaze again.

This is a nice place to go for breakfast. I love the atmosphere! I'm gluten-free, and they have quite a few options. I ordered shrimp and grits, and it was very good. They did a little bit of their own take on the dish, adding in some corn on top, which I could have done without, but it was very tasty. My husband had pancakes, which were good. You do have to pay extra for syrup. They put powdered sugar on the pancakes. My husband ordered the pancakes without the powdered sugar, but it came with it anyway. Our waitress Kassi was very attentive and gave us the perfect amount of attention. It's an uplifting atmosphere. A great way to start the morning!

Wow. Just wow. We just had an absolutely elite meal here. It's an unassuming spot, with a casual but cozy ambiance. Great for a date, celebration, or really any time you want a delicious plate of pasta.
If they have the mushroom flan, start with that. It was savory, and flavorful. We had the gluten free version, but I'm sure the normal is excellent as well.
I was impressed with the range of gluten free options, which is always appreciated for me (celiac). My partner had the crab and shrimp cream sauce with lemon linguini pasta, and she raved about it. I had the same linguini, but with the sausage saffron sauce, and loved it.
The dessert menu had a number of decadent sounding options, we settled for thr ugly chocolate cake and the GF tiaramisu. The tiaramisu was so creamy it was almost a pudding - tasty, and melt in your mouth smooth. The ugly chocolate cake (that's what they call it) was lighter than I expected, rich, but kinda airy like a soufflé.
Anyway, I can't say enough about this spot. It's a gem. If you want good pasta, this place delivers in spades.

Omg An’s Gelato is AMAZING. They start off by taking you on a “flavor tour” where you sample all of their flavors (about 6. They rotate their flavors every couple of weeks). Most flavors are gluten free, but let them know you have an allergy because they do have an occasional flavor that isn't GF. The staff is very knowledgeable. They even make their own GF waffle cones and occasionally GF cookies and breads that they mix into their flavors. I'm not kidding when I say that you will get HOOKED on this place. The first time I tasted their Canvas flavor (olive oil and rosemary with black salt- i know it sounds weird, but TRUST ME) it transported me to another dimension of complete bliss and euphoria with no worries in the world. It's no surprise that this place was awarded #1 Best Gelato/ ice cream in the country. The lines are always long- so expect to wait over 30 minutes on any given day. But it is worth the wait. They also have a location in Del Mar called An’s Hatmakers, and a location inside Petco Park called An's Athletic Field Services.

Had the chicken meal. It was alright, but it wasn't anything noteworthy. You won't be impressed, but you also won't be completely let down either. I think this place is probably better for you if you are gluten free or vegan, which is why I have it a 4 star instead of a 3.

What a cute little place! I'm so glad that I chose this restaurant for my first meal after landing in San Diego. The service was impeccable. It felt like visiting someone's home. Everyone was so genuine and caring. They checked in on me often without being overbearing. And I never felt rushed.
My drink and food came out very quickly. And everything was soooo good! While I didn't try the spicy salsa, the other two were very good. I think the red one was my favorite. I was concerned about needing to order a side, but the Arepa was very filling! I love that it was gluten free and vegan but didn't substitute the flavor.

We enjoyed the food.
I have celiac and I’m trying have less sugar. The prices are high but I should expect that for such a specific type of food.
I felt like the baller bread was my favorite.
We had a few donuts and the peanut butter cup.
I’d love for them to work more with monk fruit or stevia rather than erythritol but I enjoyed it.
The guy working there was also very nice and helpful. I’d love if the prices were a bit more visible and easy to find. But we were very happy and the bread was wonderful.
