This was the second time I've had their pizza! The cashew cheese is sooo good! All crusts are wheat free, and they have separate oven and fryer for celiac. The cashew blue cheese dip was the perfect pairing. One thing I wanted to add is the last time I had the BEST vegan ice cream flavor I've ever had. Lavender and butterfly pea! Please do that again!

In heaven. Most items are or can be made safe for celiac. Had the Yum Bowl…sooooo good. The best part though? GLUTEN FREE ONION RINGS. They were just incredible. If you’re able, come down and chow down. It’s definitely worth it.

Came here for our anniversary dinner, as a celiac I usually avoid eating out Italian as the pasta substitute js subpar, that was not the case here. The best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had and most appies and all deserts were gluten free. My gluten eating husband also said it was the best pasta he’s ever had. Was nice to have a desert option that was not a flourless chocolate cake, highly recommend the olive oil cake! The service was really good and they were very knowledgeable about celiac. Would highly recommend!

Service and atmosphere are great but food is beyond mid and overpriced considering the lack of real flavour, definitely not the most enjoyable sushi, iki is miles better for gluten free folks. But this place was alright.

That is a very nice place, with a lot of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I got the drink on the house and it was delicious and refreshing lemonade. Didn’t get the chance to ask a servers name, but he was delightful and very friendly. The food was well seasoned and really tasty. I also asked about the weight of lamb to count the proteins and they provided that to me. I would rate it 6 stars if I could.

Pretty good portion on the dosas if you get their Dosa of the day. I like the lamb on Tuesdays. Pretty fast at in-between times (non-dinner time) when they are quite empty. The dosa is probably gluten-friendly but you might want to ask if other ingredients inside it are gluten-friendly too.
Experience vibrant vibes and outstanding service with a killer bar scene and a menu that caters to diverse tastes and dietary preferences.

Came there to have the gluten free pizza and when I went to order (8:30) they were all out. Not sure what they can really do but it was sad as a celiac who came from out of town for the pizza (not many alternative options either)

If this is your first time visiting Vancouver, Miku would be my top recommendations on your itinerary list for places to eat. Now, this isn't your typical sushi restaurant, in fact, I would consider this to be fine dining and here's why.
When it comes to Japanese food, presentation is the most important next to customer service level, and they are bang on. I absolutely love how intricate their sushi layered to simplicity on a plate. Reminds me of a zen garden. The waiters/ waitress' are knowledgeable of their dishes being served and super friendly! Dishes are, at minimum $20, but the portions are decently sized. (Anything with Wagyu will always be expensive).
They do offer gluten -free and vegetarian dishes and non alcoholic drinks.
(I had their Shiso Nojito and it was the most refreshing non-alcoholic I've ever had. Not too sweet either).
Overall, I would highly recommend it for first time travellers to Vancouver. It's absolutely a beautiful place to dine in!
Nestled in a beautifully restored building in Gastown, this spot boasts an incredible atmosphere, live music, and an extensive drink menu.

I chose the Pour house based on reviews and a widely advertised gluten free menu. There is indeed a gluten free fryer however other allergies were not well managed. We discussed extensively with the team what was available and were offered chips and a green salad. As we were attending a show nearby we took the option believing it to be relatively safe. We were disappointed at the lack of effort to accommodate or make any suggestions of suitable items. I had a reaction shortly after dinner. I would not recommend this venue to anyone with a serious allergy

I tried the gluten-friendly vegan dream pizza. The crust was amazing, and vegan pizza is so delicious! The place has a very chill atmosphere. Since I have gluten sensitivity, I often have trouble finding proper places with good-tasting options. Ignite is one of the best places you can choose in Vancouver if you're looking for gluten-friendly pizza.

Y'all!!
I've been getting delivery for a while from here, but finally went in to eat the other day.
The staff were all friendly.
I would've given 5 stars to the delivery quality alone, but would give 6 stars for the fresh stuff.
The machetes are phenomenal. ¡Perfecto!
And the yuca fries... *Drools
As a celiac, it's nice that most things are gluten free, and as I've never felt sick from eating here, it's one of my safe go-to restaurants.
If you're in the area, I would 100% recommend this place, especially if you eat gluten-free (or even have dairy restrictions too, they can take care of you).

I love the food and vibe here. As a Celiac, I always order their Trifecta Rice Plate and have always been asked if I'm Celiac or have a gluten allergy, which is reassuring.
My non-Celiac partner usually gets their banh mi and he loves them.
Enjoy a unique dining experience with thoughtfully crafted dishes, attentive service, and a complete menu designed to delight every palate.

Loved our experience at Minami - we had a bunch of dietary restrictions and were celebrating our wedding which they thoughtfully provided us with a surprise dairy free/ gluten free dessert 🙏🏼 service was excellent, we loved the aburis, brussel sprouts (try it!) and how fresh the sashimi was!
This spot nails it with a thin, flavorful crust and exciting toppings, making it a must-visit for those craving unique pizza options.

As someone with celiac disease who orders lunch from this restaurant regularly, I’ve always tried to be understanding about the costs of specialty items, but this last experience was a deal-breaker. I’m already paying $9.99 for a 4-5 piece salmon roll, which I think is overpriced to begin with, but now they’ve started charging 20 cents per packet of GF soy sauce. Fair enough, I guess, but this time they charged me $1 per packet of GF soy sauce. That’s just ridiculous.
It feels like they're trying to make up margin on people with allergies, and that’s seriously frustrating. It’s one thing to charge a little extra for gluten-free items, but gouging customers with dietary restrictions feels wrong. I won't be coming back after this.
Start your day with filling smoothies and a variety of tasty options for a refreshing breakfast pick-me-up.

I enjoy eating exotic food while in Vancouver and this time I chose Moroccan cuisine at Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant Mainland street Yaletown.
First, I asked a nice staff member what I should order. The staff was kind and gave me some advice.
I chose Traditional Chicken Pastilla:Traditional Moroocan pastry with halal chicken and almonds. Sweet and savoury Pairs well with Tokaji, Poully Fuse.
Lemon & Olive Halal Chicken Tagine with Saffron:turmeric and ginger saffron notes. Carrots, potatoes. Pairs well with Savignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio. For dessert, I chose whatever caught my eye when I entered the restaurant. M’Hancha - Snake Cake and Almond Briwat.
Healthy and flavourful and full of aromatic spices. Vegan and gluten-free options. I would love to come back here and try the vegetarian food on my next visit to Vancouver. Highly recommend this place!
No gluten free options here
We came thinking there were options due to one comment , but no gluten free bread. Anyway, the rest we ate a avocado toast with eggs, in general, all good if you do not have food restricciones
Perfect for a speedy bite, this spot buzzes with energy and is ideal for grabbing something and going.

I often grab a quick lunch here, almost everything’s GF except the tortilla wraps. Allergen menu is clearly labelled and I’ve previously asked them to change gloves and take fresh food from the fridge to avoid cross contamination

No MSG No Garlic Foodie
Being greeted loudly is not what I would expect when entering Asian restaurants. A loud shout "Hello my friend" hit me as I walked into the restaurant. Shy analytical people do not react well to boisterous greetings, in fact, I felt so awkward I nearly walked out without sitting down. I went to this place for their vegan pho, so, I stayed and ordered a gluten free pho bowl that promised broccoli, tofu, mushroom, bok choy, carrot, cauliflower. I've been to other non vegan Vietnamese restaurants, and their vegetable pho usually contains a decent number of leafy vegetables – I mean, that's what you expect from a veggie place, right? My soup was tongue burning hot, but quite tasty. It contain a few slices of mushrooms amount to one baby king mushroom, that was good. But the broccoli was tiny, and so was the single cauliflower. The bowl also contains two tiny baby gai lan, no bok choy and lots of friend tofu. I didn't look at the price, but I would far rather pay extra for more leafy greens than eating a meal that didn't meat my quota of vegetables in a veggie place. The tofu tasted like they were deep fried with garlic oil. I was told that if I really wanted no garlic, I should order buddha vegan. Their website shows lots of amazing photos of vegan dishes, but I am not sure if I can brave the boisterous welcome, or trust that the food will look exactly like the photos shown a second time.
