Always love to eat here! Can't beat the burgers, so fresh and they taste really good! The service is good and curtious. They also offer gluten free hamberger buns, for those folks that are gluten sensitive just have to let them know .

Not GF! We love Mod Pizza but this location was such a disappointment. Management needs to do better! We will not be back. My first impression was that the place was was not cared for. The floor was dirty. We wanted to sit outside but the outdoor seating was a mess. (The Long Bow location is so much nicer.) We needed a GF pizza and checked the website ahead of time to make sure GF was offered and it was. Beware, if you have an gluten allergy, you cannot eat here. We noticed that the same dipper and sauce was used for G and GF. Then we realized that the pizza goes onto the flour covered surface in the oven. Placing it on tin foil would recify that. The staff seemed annoyed and clarified that they are GFriendly, not GF. Overall a disappointing experience for our guests.

As someone who is gluten-free, I very much enjoy going to In-N-Out Burger. My husband can get a regular burger however they always have protein style, which is a burger and a lettuce wrap which always ends up messy but very delicious. For those who do not use sea salt on their fries, they actually have a little bit of salt and add salt packets for you to add separately, which I think is also a good idea because I need more salt due to a salt deficiency, and this allows me to add more salt to my fries and not to my husband’s

Hello, my gluten-free Celiac friends, I ordered the gluten-free pizza from this restaurant, The gentleman on the phone was so kind and he explained to me how they Make it in a separate sheet but in the shared oven and prep it in a different area with the change of gloves .Honestly it was so delicious I ate it with no problem. I have celiac it was cooked perfectly. I did not get any reaction I ordered plain simple cheese pizza with pepperoncinis. Honestly the 10-in was not enough lol definitely ordering again from them.

I frequent this location, but I'm not sure how much longer that will continue if changes aren't made. Started off on the wrong foot - asked the lady who seated us for a booth and she puts our menus on a normal table. We politely say again we would like a booth or half booth, please, and she moves us to another section. Taco Tuesday - BOGO, sounds great - well, until you order the tacos anyway. I ordered four carne asada tacos, and my wife ordered two Pollo deshebrado. My tacos were overcooked, dry, and underseasoned. When I asked the waiter if this is how they are normally served, he claimed it was because they switched to gluten free? I know BS when I hear it, and yeah - that was an awful excuse. I drowned them in sauce and salsa to get through them. I'd rate this carne asada lower than Filiberto's at twice the cost. That's not a compliment. My wife had a better experience, but her chicken was too salty, and drenched in sauce. If the chicken is sitting in a chefs pan waiting to be heated up each order, this makes sense. Probably the bottom of the pan. Honestly I'm shocked at how the kitchen is so inconsistent every time we come here. The recipes don't change. I shouldn't come in as a customer and be worried about the quality of food I'm about to receive.

What a gem! It was hard to choose an item from their delicious menu. The flatbread, food and green tea were winners today. Fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me with some tips for homemade gluten-free tortillas. I'm happy to have found this place and in such a beautiful setting. This will be a regular stop for me.

Gotta love MOD. My husband recently went gluten free, so I was happy to see they had a gluten friendly crust option. He said it was great - even crisper than the typical crust. Friendly, quick service. Clean location.

My friend loves this place, so we went there for lunch. I had my own tea. Therefore, I did not order a drink. A six inch gluten-free, thin crust pizza with berely no cheese... I paid 40 dollars. They lost me as a customer on the first trial.

Our family of 8 had never been to a Shake Shack before and decided to try it on a whim of "mom doesn't want to cook". We were all left fairly underwhelmed. The staff was kind, attentive and helpful. The food was just ok. Mid at best. We did like that they had GF buns for our celiac son, but they do not have a dedicated GF fryer, so there was definitely cross-contamination. Probably would not return again for the price.

LEAH is the best!! We get her often when we eat here and she remembers EXACTLY what we like each time....and she is super efficient, helpful and fun. The food is healthy, has delicious gluten-free options, and the vibe is chill. Overall, we love eating here or picking up. Highly recommend!

Did Gluten free well. Is is indicated on their menu. Gabriel did a fine job of taking care of us. Thanks Gabriel! There were quite a few choices and the food and drinks were tasty. Portions were huge... So dinner for tomorrow too. They seemed to take the need to be gluten Free very seriously, which I really appreciate. Atmosphere was nice... But casual attire was fine. We WILL go back. The food was VERY good! No wait for us. Service was as expected or better.

This place was one of my favorites for gluten free cookies until recently when I ordered gluten free cookies and they gave me cookies that were not gluten free. I have celiac disease and thankfully I noticed the mistake before eating anything otherwise I would have been sent to the hospital. I called the store to relay this mistake and advise them to be more careful and the "manager" of this location proceeded to argue with me about why I have a medical need to be gluten free. I then spoke to the owner of Twisted Sugar about this terrible customer service and she then told me to go to Crumbl instead! What a joke!!! I will never be returning here ever again and I advise everyone else to do the same. What bad business to argue with a customer about a medical need rather than just apologizing and making the mistake right! That owner and this business do not deserve anyone's money.

Very busy all the time. This is because the food and environment is unbeatable. Starting with a GLUTEN FREE pumpkin chocolate chip scone just the right amount of sweetness. Moving on to the breakfast burritos, I got the Parker with chicken and mushroom spectacular, we also got the supreme which is DELICIOUS.

Went here for brunch since they have gluten-free options. It does get busy. We decided to sit outside (in June) - it was about 11am and with their fans and mister system, it did not feel hot or uncomfortable. We got a protein bowl and avo toast. The protein bowl was amazing. Got their signature coffee. It was good. Good balance of cream and sweetener, for me.

My breakfast was a disaster. The over easy egg (only one egg) on my hash was grossly undercooked. The gluten free toast was burnt on one side and untoasted on the other side. When I showed the gross gelatinous egg white dish to my server she politely offered to bring something else. I ordered just a simple cheese omelet, then asked to add mushrooms. She left the gross egg plate sitting in front if me on our small table. She returned with a boring scrambled egg "omelet" (more like a scrambled egg pancake) folded over some sautéed mushrooms like a laying down egg taco. Zero cheese. This time the gluten free toast was not bad. Would be better if it came with some butter. Should've taken pics. Won't be back.

We visited after our granddaughters' Graduation. Our server was a sweetheart. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The kitchen messed up on one of our orders even after our server specified Gluten-free for a bread order but the rest of the dinner was good. Big dishes so be prepared to share or have some leftovers. Would visit again. I was so hungry, I forgot to take pictures 😔

Been going here for 5 years or so and the pizza is excellent. The crust including the gluten-free crust is excellent, flavorful, and not greasy. The toppings options appeal both to classic and adventurous taste buds. I ordered several pizzas tonight for East Coast Mediterranean family members who have eaten many pizzas and it was a hit for kids and adults. Every time I take someone here, they remember it and want to visit again. The service is also always super friendly and helpful. This place is such a gem in our community. I thus far have been unsuccessful in finding "amazing" or even "good tasting" gluten-free pancakes in Mesa since January 2024. In these past 9 months, including today, we still haven't found any restaurant that has acceptable gf pancakes. I was excited to try this place since someone in the reviews recommended the gf oatmeal pancakes saying they were good, but I have to disagree, and here is why. The gluten-free oatmeal pancake was huge, which is a pro ( considering most places, serve you 1 or 2 very small ones). The first bite was so disappointing. They were lacking in so many ways, but the two biggest issues were taste and texture. Think of a ladle of cooked oatmeal thrown on a hot greasy griddle cooked until browned. After cutting a piece off, I noticed how wet or overly moist they were. The center was sticky and wet. The taste was like eating a scoop of plain, regular cooked oatmeal with a little crunch from the parts that were browned. No taste other than oatmeal and grease. I really tried to like them. I tried the syrup, then the blueberry compote, and lastly, the fresh berries. However, nothing helped to improve the taste of the pancake to make it acceptable. The server, Rustina, was brilliant. So pleasant and courteous. Timely, and she was so delightful. She was wonderful when I let her know that I did not like the pancake. She asked what I'd like to try instead, and I ordered the gluten-free avacado toast. Now, this was a completely different experience! This was delightful on the taste buds. The gluten-free avacado qtoast had a flavorful, helping of avacado on the toast with greens and a slice of lemon. It was so fresh and tasty. I 100% recommend the gluten-free avacado toast, but I suggest avoiding the oatmeal pancakes at all cost if you have taste buds or issues with texture. As a gluten-free, intolerant individual, all restaurants should have gluten-free options that taste just as good as regular food. If they offer gluten-free items, they should make sure they are just as enjoyable.
