This coffee shop is perfectly located downtown. They hands down make the best savory breakfast crepes around. Their drinks are always delicious as well. They have wonderful gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan free options.

We specifically ordered a gluten free Mediterranean pizza, which was clearly labeled on the menu. Our server let us know that he would also let the kitchen know. My daughter was extremely sick for over 4 hours after her meal, and it took hours beyond that to fully recover. I called and spoke with the owner who told me very matter of factly that it was the gyro meat on the pizza - that it needs a binder. No idea why it’s on the gf menu. Complete negligence.

I called to place a take out order. I was told that they did not take orders over the phone and was instructed to use ChowNow app. When looking on the app, I did not see Gluten Free pancakes option. Asking asking the employee on the phone where to locate it on the app and letting her know I was not seeing the same thing she saw on the app, she hung up on me. When I tried to call back they would not answer. I have eaten at this location while in town at least 2-3 times a year for over the last 10 years. I've never had an issue. If a customer is having difficulty with the technology that the restaurant insist on the customer using, i would hope that hanging up on that customer is not the service they would continue to provide. So I ended up ordering at another breakfast restaurant and service there was excellent.

I love the food. Patrick helped me out with picking gluten free and vegan options. I chose gluten-free vegan breadsticks with marinara sauce. They were delicious in flavor and texture. I highly recommend them. You can get four or six with marinara sauce. I got the six piece to share and then I chose the gluten-free vegan crust with vegan cheese and white garlic, pizza sauce. I chose to build your own pizza with chickpeas, caramelized, onions, and I believe it was called roasted tomatoes. It was so good and so filling. My only complaint about this restaurant is it’s very hard to find because the only sign is on the front door. They need a bigger sign that says here I am. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.. and lastly, the pizza reheated with my leftovers was as good as when I first got it.

Great place for breakfast! Very busy so it is popular. Came here as my wife has celiac. The gluten free biscuit was flavorful and not the worst we have had but definitely ranked higher. Gravy was great as well as the loaded home fries. Really nice place for breakfast overall.

This place was absolutely amazing. The service was quick and amazing, and the staff was really nice. It was a bit busy, but they were still quick and nice. And I can definitely understand why it's so busy. The food is AMAZING, and there are so many options to pick from. It was probably the best breakfast I've ever had! And it was filling, too! They do have some gluten free options, too, although their kitchen isn't 100% gluten free, and so some allergens might get in it. They do say this on their menu, and I was basically just rephrasing what they were saying. I also recommend trying their hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is AMAZING, AND it's fancy to top it all off! It even comes with whipped cream in a fancy mug! I also recommend trying their sweet treats meal. You can choose to have three pancakes, one waffle, or a slice of French toast, and then you can choose a topping. The toppings are really good, and I'd definitely recommend trying the waffle with the s'mores topping. The s'mores topping adds graham crackers, a bunch of bits of Hershey's chocolate, chocolate syrup, and marshmallow syrup! It's so good! It's so good, if I could, I'd even rate this five MILLION out of 10. Five stars, and I would definitely recommend eating here.

We visited the bakery around lunchtime on a Wednesday, but the gluten-free section was empty. I was informed there were GF vanilla cupcakes in the back, so I ordered one with lemon icing. My mom wanted the brown butter bourbon cupcake, and my daughter opted for two macaroons. All of the options were delicious. I just wish I had the opportunity to try different items.

The food is absolutely AMAZING especially for the price. The biscuits are TO DIE for as well as the apple butter jam. Even the gluten free biscuits are great. Staff is amazing. All of the girls were super nice and attentive! The manager (?) Kyle made sure to introduce himself to all new guests and checked on all of the tables. He even recommended places to see around Charleston (Definitely should be a tour guide) Thanks for the recommendations! Love the merchandise as well!

DEDICATED FRYER!!! That should say enough for you to get over there! But, their bang bang shrimp (crispy gluten free tempura battered, fried in a dedicated fryer) was delicious! With a sweet Thai chili and spicy mayo drizzle. The fish tacos (gf battered, fried fish - or can be grilled) with a creamy slaw and corn tortillas served with crispy fry/chips were awesome! I had seen a review talking about lack of flavor - don’t listen to that. Could it use a pinch more salt? Sure. But it was incredibly flavorful, hot and so deliciously crispy, GF fried fish and shrimp! Wonderful experience! I recommend putting in a reservation to sit on the deck to make sure you get a spot outside!

I’m not surprised this place had a two hour waitlist today-the food is amazing, and the service is unsurpassed! We loved the gluten free blueberry pancakes, and my father in law swore the turkey sausage was identical to his late mother’s breakfast sausage. The gluten free brussels are out of this world good! We loved it so much we went back again the next day. Do yourself a favor and dine here!

My family loves this place. They have some of the best gluten free accommodations in the area, and their gf chicken tenders are the BEST I’ve had anywhere. Our family who isn’t gf can’t tell the difference. Wings and fried pickles are great too.

I ordered the gluten-free crust, which was surprisingly good. The crust had a somewhat chewy texture that reminded me of eating wheat. They use quality ingredients to make the pizza but it was on the pricy side. A 12 inch gf pizza with 4 toppings was around $35. We also ordered house salads, which weren't anything special. I would come here again for the pizza.

I had eggs cheddar cheese and bacon in a gluten-free crepe. The waitress was very accommodating absolutely sweet they kept refilling my decaffeinated coffee it was wonderful best coffee I've had in a while. The greeting staff was just as kind I got to pick my own table while I waited for my sister-in-law. My sister-in-law treated me to lunch everything was just perfect. I forgot to take pictures.

Handsome Sammy and I were out for a walk and suddenly realized that we have nothing for dinner at home and decided to try the Diner since we were only a couple of hundred feet away. I moved to HHI after living in NJ for 25 years, so my comparison to the original diners may have jaded my view. I tied Handsome Sammy to something stationary to prevent him from running into traffic and wanted to go inside, place a take away order as quickly as possible and back outside before my boy becomes restless. I walk inside and no one is seated at or near the register. I start to look around and finally a lady stands up from a 2 person table, looks at me, yet says nothing. I was not completely sure if she had just finished eating or is part of the staff. After a couple of seconds, I stated that I would like to place a take away order. She pointed me to a gentlemen that had multiple things going on at the same time but handling them all very well. He took the order and I mentioned having celiac. He mentioned that a friend has celiac and I could easily determine that he takes it serious and is very knowledgeable. I decided to take the easy route and ordered omelets for each of us. My omelet consisted of ham & American cheese. Handsome Sammy had ham, bacon and mozzarella cheese. Both included gluten free diner potatoes, which are the greatest. The gentleman that helped me out asked if I would like gluten free toast. I was a little hesitant, but once I realized how much he knows about celiac disease, I was fully at ease. He mentioned that he would include the gluten free bread without toasting it and taking a chance of cross contamination from the toaster and may be better if I waited and used my toaster at home. After overcoming the initial interaction with the first staff member, this gentleman was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. Omelets had a larger amount of ingredients, just like the Jersey diners. They were very good and we both enjoyed. I could not fully understand Handsome Sammy because he attempted to provide his rating while his mouth was full of omelet. Lets just say he picked the platter clean. Its time to return and move forward to other sections of the menu as long as the same gentlemen is working so he may guide the way. Photo of Handsome Sammy a short time after finishing his omelet. 12/10 recommend this lovely place. The service was wonderful, make a reservation for sure, the good was phenomenal. I'm gluten free (intolerant) and they had plenty of options, all their sauces are gf, even their Alfredo! I kind of took one of their dishes and tweaked it, and it was so delicious. The atmosphere was so relaxing, so clean and crisp, not too loud. I have nothing but good things to say, which isn't always the case, especially on vacation. After our day in the sun, this was exactly the relaxing, comfortable, & lovely vibe of a place we wanted.

A great build your own pizza restaurant that offers an extensive variety of toppings and 5 types of crust including gluten free, cauliflower and keto. The way it works is you pick your crust and then you have the option to add as many toppings as you like. Your pizza is then baked for you in about 5 minutes. I have been to similar pics restaurants, but I find Blaze to be the best I've tried so far, mainly for the topping selection and price. This location also offers outdoor seating. I find that the main drawback to this location is that it is always very noisy in the dining room. The service had been quick and friendly when I visited. I will return here again.

What a wonderful restaurant! Food, staff and atmosphere are marvelous! Quaint, charming and very southern. Gluten free options and not too pricey. Fried green tomatoes - 8/10 Brussel Sprouts - 7/10 - cooked with a little too much oil. The sauce has a little kick. Nice, but everyone should know. BLT - so so so good. 9/10 Cobb Salad - 8/10: green, fresh and ripe in all the right ways. Right down to the avacado. Aperol Spritz - 7/10: The sparkling wine or persecco is very dry. Pineapple mimosa- 8/10: again, very dry sparkling.

We love our Mellow Mushroom, this was our first time at this location. I had the custom burger with bacon mushrooms and onion. It is a double patty smash burger style. Slamming good. Service was good the waitress was training and serving several other tables we went during the lunch rush. My wife had the steak and cheese calzone. Good could use a little more cheese. My sone had the gluten free pizza he has severe food allergies and this is the only place he can eat pizza other than if we make at home.

Sidewall is a family favorite! Their gluten-free pizzas are insanely good - you can get virtually any pizza made on gluten-free crust! We've never had an issue with cross-contamination. They do a great job ensuring gluten-free eaters can enjoy their meal. The gluten-free breadsticks are a real treat, too! Save room for ice cream (my favorite is the vegan chocolate)!

We chose to celebrate our ten year anniversary at Husk. We had scallops for our appetizer, that were fresh and light but I would prefer a sear or for them to be warm. I appreciate the creativity of the chef though! I am celiac so wanted to have the cornbread which was a savory delight! We were surprised to only see one fish entree on the menu and that’s what I chose for my entree! It too was very creative with lots of flavor. My husband had the rabbit and while a much heavier and heartier dish, he enjoyed it as well. I think we both would have liked to see more fish on the menu but maybe there is on other nights. Our server was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and aware allergens. I felt very safe eating here with celiac and was so pleased with the options. One way to make a celiac happy is to have more options on the dessert menu and there were several! I couldn’t believe the cake we shared was gluten free! It was out of this world and probably my favorite part of the meal!

Fantastic experience. The food was so good! I had a gluten-free pizza, then got a gluten-free s'mores pizza. Both were delicious. My husband got... idk see picture. He ordered another after eating the first one. They aren't really big, but they're enough for one person. We also went there at 1030, so we were eating off the after-hours menu. Beautiful night and location.

This was mine and my husbands first time at this restaurant and the service was wonderful! The lady taking our order at the register was knowledgeable of the menu and very accommodating to my gluten allergy. I ordered the Be'ef and Broccoli, my husband ordered the Loded Tacos, plus we got the CauliBites with the house seasoning, as an appetizer. They also made sure all of the items we ordered were gluten free. Overall, the food was delicious and we can't wait to come back to try more items from the menu!

We had lunch as a family of five when we first arrived to HHI. It was perfect to walk to from our hotel. We were seated quickly and enjoyed the indoor table since it was warm out.
