𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝟓 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬. A unique menu requires special attention. The food here is about what you’d expect from a place like this - gluten-free, peanut-free, and very mindful of allergies - this place doesn’t lack in the flavor department. I got the bison burger. My bun, almost like a muffin - was soft and flaky. Under it, a smooth umami sauce and a fried egg. The bison patty was not as chewy as beef and well seasoned. Overall, a solid but not heavy burger overpriced but satisfying at $18. No sides unfortunately. The breakfast tacos were also well seasoned and while I only had a bite, it was a great bite. Pricey, but generally worth the price of admission. Would visit again and enjoy a brunch here.

My wife ordered food delivery from this True Food location. She has a severe gluten allergy and specifically requested food prepared without gluten. After the first bite of her rice bowl she could tell gluten was in her meal and she became drastically sick. Would like to hear from the manager for some kind of compensation please.

We were excited to try this place after all the recommendations and the face that it is gluten-free. I also love their philosophy. The service is severely lacking. There is minimal communication from staff. We were sat down and then had to wait 10 minutes for a server or anyone to come over to introduce themselves or bring water. It took ages for the food to come and not once did they come over to check in how we were doing or come to refill the water. Terrible service experience. If they were short-staffed or something I would rather know that or communicate something to us rather than leaving us hanging.

I had a Turkey burger on a gluten free bun and sweet potato fries. Also the gluten free cookie. Very good with gluten, dairy, and beef allergies.

While our server was wonderful, I would not recommend breakfast/brunch here. We’ve been to a few other True Food locations so this one was an unfortunate surprise… Portions were so crazy tiny for the price. One person’s entree came out cold. Gluten free buns and breakfast patties tasted and looked like they had been heated up from frozen. Berries weren’t washed properly. The only milk options for a latte were either oat or *heavy cream*. We all left hungry after paying $100 + tip for 4 people. So disappointing.

Great diner, the staff is always friendly and the food is classic American fare. Even though it's not an entirely GF restaurant they are very good about keeping the gluten free options separate and safe. They aren't nearly as busy as they deserve to be!

They offer a tasty gluten free bun and will prepare GF orders separately to reduce risk of cross contamination. Fries are fried in their own frier (no wheat contamination). Recommend for Celiacs and non-celiacs!
