It is a workshop, where you can buy products with and without gluten. I didn't know about it because I usually order gluten-free products from them online, but the service is great and so are the products.

My favorite restaurant in Santander, unbeatable service, accompanied by incredible dishes, the best fish I have ever tasted, I recommend the natural braised leeks, the duck tartare, the truffled meatloaf are a 10, along with the homemade ravioli with crayfish, the ribs melt in the mouth and to finish their apple pie with puff pastry that I fell in love with! You can choose a terrace, but it also has 2 indoor dining rooms, in addition to the entrance, where you can have your coffee moment, or choose it to have a vermouth and finish snacking anyway, You can also bring your pet on their terrace and they have a gluten-free menu!

We went to eat on Saturday March 23 because we had seen online that the food was very good, but above all because celiacs would have no problems eating. Everything I can express here falls short of the experience we have had, my 6-year-old daughter, who has celiac disease, was delighted, she had 5 or 6 starters to choose from and another 5 or 6 seconds, plus dessert, incredible. For non-celiacs, maybe 6 or 7 first ones and as many seconds. The food is delicious, it is homemade food and you can see the dedication and care with which they make it. My daughter ate paella which she loved, we tried it and it was delicious, we ate mountain stew which was to die for and my wife ate lasagna which was also delicious. For the main course we had a hamburger with cheese and jalapeños, which was also very good. We were so delighted that today the 26th we went to eat again. My daughter ate lentils today, needless to say, she said again how delicious they were. The staff that works are charming, attentive, it's like you're eating as a family. Thanks for everything. When we return to Cantabria, we will go to eat again. Don't hesitate to go eat there.

I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the menu on the weekend is not offered in its entirety. For example, you can't have hamburgers. They also do not offer a weekend menu. Otherwise the food and service were very good. They also offer a menu for celiacs.
