Incredible cafe & shop! I have to eat low fodmap and this places has so many gluten free & vegan bakery items as well as having a huge shop downstairs where you can pick up food or ingredients that are fodmap friendly as well as catering for other dietary requirements too.
I was looking for a cozy café and happened to stumble upon Belle Central. The decor and atmosphere immediately appealed to me. I tried a dandy latte, which I had never had before, and a piece of salted caramel. Delicious, and the service was pleasant as well. The selection of sugar-free and gluten-free options is perfect for me. I would love to come back.
My boyfriend and I come here all the time—the staff are absolutely lovely. They’re consistently professional, kind, and always go out of their way to accommodate us. The coffee is fantastic, and the food is definitely worth the price. Portions are super generous; we often leave with takeaway containers (which we’ve never had to pay extra for—such a bonus!).
The quality is always top-notch. I absolutely adore the design of the space—it’s warm, full of life, laughter, and great vibes.
As someone who’s gluten-free and highly sensitive, I’m so grateful for the range of safe options available. I’ve never gotten sick, which speaks volumes about how seriously they take dietary needs.
The Bunker never disappoints, me and my mum love coming here, everyone is so lovely and the food is always a ten out of ten!
Special thank you to Yatin the chef who always makes my mum’s night by making the gluten free schnitzel as is her favourite with the gluten free gravy - easily the best!
And special thank you to Taylor who radiates - making you feel so welcome!
Couldn’t recommend this place more!
A wide range of options, including gluten-free (not many GF Options at nearby cafes) and vegetarian. Produce was fresh and tasty, and serving sizes are ample. My friend had the eggs benedict and rated it highly.
Salad was super fresh.
Purchased some cake to bring home to share with familly and OMG they were sublime and they were GF. Champagne and watermelon and the chocolate 😋
Then there's the staff - very friendly, helpful and provide great service.
I don’t usually leave anything but 5 star reviews but I felt compelled to share this experience in case it’s helpful for anyone deciding where to dine/have lunch. We were so disappointed with the food vs cost. And just the food generally. We ordered two salads, the fish and the summer salad. And two coffees. For $81. Two small salads and two coffees for $81. Both too small and lacklustre, too sweet for the summer salad and too flavourless and buttery/oily for the fish salad. We also ordered GF banana bread and waited a really long time for it, when it arrived it looked like it wasn’t gluten free (having seen both in the glass cabinet) and we had to double check and they confirmed it was not. Then they brought out the GF banana bread. In the grand scheme of things, life is short and this all might seem pretty trivial. But I guess life is short and sometimes you want good food and good service if you’re paying for it. So, if you want to eat good food, for good value, this is not the place to go. At least not for the salads and certainly not if you are in any kind of hurry.
Had coffee but didn't order food because there were no gluten free options. This was a bit funny since the menu has the note at the bottom to indicate what GF and GFO mean.

Sales assistant is not the brightest and she's really rude. I asked a simple question about the difference between the seconds products and the full price products and she stared at me for ages, then gave a stupid answer, something like "well, the gluten ones have gluten and the non-gluten ones don't". Not really the place for attitude when I was expecting an answer that would reassure me that although they're seconds the taste is fine, they're just not the right shape or something like that. Anyway, I was going to buy a lot more but not with that attitude, ended up only buying a couple of things. Visit was on 4/11/2024 and an old woman served me.
Lovely staff who accommodated us for dinner even though we didn’t have a booking. Great gluten free options - I really enjoyed the salmon :) Only one star lost on food as my boyfriend’s sirloin was overcooked (asked for medium rare and it was closer to well done).
We dove across town after checking menu online for gluten free Salt and pepper squid only find out their deep frier is cross contaminated as it is used for everything so definitely NOT gluten free. What we had was good but not what was wanted. Spoke to manager to make aware of mistake. Care factor very low. Disappointing 😞
Thanks to Google, we found this cafe because our fav one did not open for business today. A little skeptical initially about the reviews - how can banana bread be that fantastic…..we ordered their gluten free banana cake, tea with oatmeal and a dirty chai (chai with a shot of expresso-unheard of so was keen to try it!) and oh my, mic drop moment after we dug into the banana bread (I mean seriously, how can gluten free bread of any sort tastes any good but that piece of goodness surprised me 🥸). And the chai was strangely so pleasing. I am happy with this rare find today. This may well be another one of our fav cafes from now on.
Absolutely blown away by the food, quality, seving size, service and atmosphere of laid back but busy. Also inspired at the fact that a rural town with a population of 1600 can support a vegetarian and vegan cafe that more than holds its own with anything I have seen while living decdes in Melbourne or Sydney. It totally gives the lie to the claim I so often hear in similar sized towns that vegan or vegetarian cuisine is not viable in predominantly meat eating markets. It certainly is, if you do it well enough - as is the case at Pilgrims. Although often serving a line of customers, alterations to set items are not only accepted cheerfully, but suggested. Burgers to wraps and ingredient substitutions. My colleagues gluten intolerance was a non issue with the availability of ridiculously good gluten free burger buns
Highly recommended breakfast and lunch place in Tamworth. The atmosphere, food, service...everything is good everything.
Freshest food and bread.
My favorite are chips, gluten free pumpkin bread made in the cafe and hashbrowns.
Ice lattes are unbeatable.
For all travelers passing through town there is summer splash pad for kids next to the cafe. The kids have a ball there.
The open air gym adds to the fun.
I keep coming back for more.
Wonderful spot to eat breakfast or lunch with the kids. Playground is really close and beautiful ocean views as you eat. Staff were absolutely wonderful. An error with a meal which they were super quick to rectify and then personal apology from both the server and the person who took the order. Strongly recommend this place as a must when travelling through the area. I had the risotto which was amazing, highly recommend as a gluten free meal and the best margarita on the coast. Children were very happy with their own meals as well.
We went here for our office's Christmas meal. The Christmas meal has some diversity, including vegan and gluten-free options. The service was also decent. Overall, will return to sample their regular menu.
Lovely views, but that’s about it.
Parking up near the restaurant can be tricky (very few spaces and not much room to reverse).
Food was fresh but bland eg eggs benedict had no herbs or spices, not even salted enough and poached eggs were cooked through.
Good coffee. Gluten-free option is basic commercial sliced white bread.
My dietary requirements of no cream and no gluten is very difficult for a lot of restaurants. Not here! I was able to have a very long list of options presented to me which was really unique and VERY much appreciated!

Had such a lovely morning tea at patissons today. I’m gluten free so I always am weary of pastries but the amazing server Estella gave me such great advice and suggested that I try the fleur de lys and must I say, they were so delicious! Would 100% recommend!
We ordered half the menu… everything we were served was cooked perfectly and well presented. Everyone was super happy with their meals. I am gluten free.. the owner was kind enough to alter the menu to suit… and it was the best all day breakfast I have had out in a long time. We will definitely be back!!
Items on the menu were advertised as gluten free but the kitchen couldn’t make any of them. The server didn’t know what could be made gluten free. Eventually they found an orange poppy cake which was so dry and tough that you could not even cut into it.
The server was lovely though- she was really trying her best with a very confusing menu
Great place to eat ! Forgot to give me butter with gluten free bread . Staff are very friendly and it’s super clean always . Fast coffee for takeaways too
Enjoyed the experience at 3 Blue Ducks situated on The Farm at Byron Bay, offering alfresco dining and undercover with a view of the gardens and animals. Dogs are welcome, and there were a number of vegan choices. We shared two dishes as our main. Many of the dishes you can have large or small in size. Our first dish was a large plate of Miso glazed eggplant, tofu, bean sprouts, veggies, and chilli peanuts. The eggplant was juicy and melted when eating. Our second dish was gluten-free polenta gnocchi , grilled zucchini, slow roasted tomatoes, Pepitas and Sunflower pesto, which we soaked up with freshly baked sourdough. After we checked our gelato shop, garden shop, and produce stored with many gourmet delights to purchase. Then, we strolled around the farm. There are several picnic areas, and one family was enjoying eating fresh macadamia nuts that had fallen to the ground and offered us some as the shell is so hard you need a hammer. Make sure your dogs should never eat macadamia nuts they are toxic to them. There were little piglets playing in the mud, cows, chickens with ibis birds perched on the fence, banana trees pads with bananas, Definitely visit the farm and dine at the restaurant you can spend the day. There's live jazz on Sundays.
Absolute compliments to the chef. The food was amazing! We got the Pescatore risotto and the Pumpkin risotto. Both were incredibly delicious! The extensive gluten-free options really made it all that much better. Great service and lovely atmosphere.
i’ve been to this cafe many times and i just say it is my favourite halal cafe in Sydney! The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. They have a wide variety of options to choose from such as pasta, seafood, salad, burgers, desserts all day breakfast, vegan AND gluten free options!!! Offers outdoor and indoor seating and i must say the aesthetic of this cafe is gorgeous, don’t forget to book a booth with your friends as they do get busy on weekends! Service is amazing and the workers always ensure we are kept happy. MUST VISIT CAFE!

Really lovely find and very good options you’ll manage to find something for everyone. The avo was to die for and the gluten free bread was so yummy, whoever your supplier is keep them! The only reason for a 4 not 5 is because the crab roll didn’t have much crab at all. Flavours to die for, compliments to the chef. Chances of us coming back while we’re only here for a week is quite high and will be a Sydney recommendation. Thanks!
Had gluten free afternoon tea of biscotti, and an orange and almond cake. There was one more GF option, which was bliss balls. The biscotti was softer than expected, but that made it easier to cut and share, so we didn't mind. The almond flavour was strong, but not excessively so. The cake had a decent orange flavour, neither too strong nor too weak. Both were on the sweet side.
We ordered the avocado with baby spinach & lemon on sourdough. We had a hard time finding the avocado and the bread wasn’t sourdough just normal white bread. I think they may have only had one avocado which was split between both plates.
We ate there two days due to not much on offer in the area. First day it was like everything was an effort for some of the staff. Coffee was like dish water with not substance. There was another couple in the cafe at the same time who had issues with gluten free diet request.
Such a shame as we prefer to support local cafes rather than the likes of MacDonald’s when we are travelling.
