Drove the 3 hours to Dallas just to come here and it did not disappoint! Incredible gluten free foods and those seem so hard to find these days. Absolutely delicious and everyone was so nice! I’m 100% going to come back!
The best Gluten free donuts I've ever eaten. Plus the Vegan is amazing. They have wonderful savory options and amazing donuts! The coffee, ambiance, service and food are all amazing!
The food is exceptional! However, it's really disappointing that they don't allow you to substitute toast/tortillas for anything else. If somebody is gluten intolerant or is avoiding grains, it's frustrating that they have to throw away money away because "we can only add another side."
Amazing! I thought I was imagining things when I saw it was near the main strip as I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a bit and have a keen eye for places that have gluten friendly alternatives!
I think this is a new location for them! Wonderful experience! Alicia, one of the servers, greeted me right away and walked me through the menu. She offered her recommendations and I ordered a buckwheat crepe and a latte. I had my latte while waiting for my to-go crepe which was very yummy. Very strong and robust which is my preference for coffee. It took maybe 10-15 minutes for my crepe to be done but Alicia offered a water while I was waiting (and I had my coffee). I think if you have the time, sitting down would be nice! It’s a cozy little spot!
Will absolutely be coming back and hopefully bringing some friends too! Alicia had such an inviting & warm energy!! Having been a server myself, I find that most servers in Dallas lack a bit so this was a very refreshing experience!
To celiacs, or gluten intolerant folks - call ahead and ask if they’re out of their gluten free ingredients. They stopped carrying their gluten free bread all together, and often times are out of their gluten free tortillas. Pretty disappointing.
Each time I've come to this location it's been great food. I only eat what can be made gluten free and I've been okay each time. I usually get the Juan's Tacos sub hollandaise sauce for green Chile sauce, add barbacoa, and hasbrowns crispy. The habanero pork belly bacon *chef's kiss*. I just had the gluten free French toast with strawberries and bananas which was excellent. Just haven't been disappointed. Fyi parking is at the back of the buidling and usually theres plenty or park on the street. Hope this helps.

When we went, they had 5 gluten reduced beers on tap (amber, pilsner, blonde, IPA, and Belgian golden) which were great and safe for my wife who has celiac. The brewer's wife apparently has celiac as well. There are also plenty of gluten free food items, including some of the best fried chicken that I (who doesn't have gluten intolerance) have had!
Came here for brunch with a group of friends, but they only serve it on weekends, so it was standard menu.
I had the salad as it was limited for gluten free options. Having said that, the salad was pretty darn good. Coffee was nice too.
The decor of the place is nice, and the choice of music was nice, beinf that it created a nice background ambiance.
The waiter, whose name I cannot remember was decent professional.
What a fun accident to find this place. Visiting from Atlanta for meetings downtown Dallas. Dropped by this morning on my way to meetings for a coffee and now I’m BACK just because I wanted to have lunch here. Vibe is super cool without being obnoxiously boho-bougie.
I got the Hippie Bowl with chicken - so delicious I had to resist wolfing it down like a starving traveler so people wouldn’t stare. I also ordered a Cold Fashioned, since I’m a sucker for the real old fashioned cocktail. I was dubious about bitters and coffee, but it was hands down the best cold brew I’ve ever tasted.
Menu clearly marks dietary info like gluten free etc. I don’t have any diet restrictions but I’m sure people who do, appreciate the menu. Seems like a little something for everyone.
Glad I don’t live in Dallas, or this place would have to charge me rent.
So so good and glad I stumbled into this place!
I did not have a great experience at this restaurant. While the food was good and I was able to make substitutions for a gluten free eggs benedict, the service was barely acceptable. I don't have high standards for service, but my server would talk without letting me respond and walk away. While I don't know what was going on in the back, the restaurant was not busy and the other servers were not rushing around. The server handed me the check with my food and ran, did not bring items I requested, did not check on me, and again would speak then run off without letting me respond.
Overall I did not have a good experience here. I may be getting only takeout in the future.
Best coffee shop ever! Amazing place to come chill and drink your favorite drink ! I have so many favorite drinks Here but my go to for sure is the iced matcha ugh never fails it’s so yummy .Feeling a little rushed and need to be out the door ? Well I grab my favorite oat and vanilla ice coffee can to go! They also have some yummy pastries gluten free and regular donuts perfect with your drink. Enough with the coffee they also have amazing staff they are soo welcoming they make sure to get you out the door happy or if you’re staying in they are very attentive the vibe in this shop is awesome!
This little cafe in Downtown Dallas packs a big punch! Even though this cafe is in the Lone Star State, there should be 4 other stars on permanent loan to this place.
Reasons for those five stars?
The coffee! Often, cafes tend to offer many options to customers. While this helps a customer with options, it can often be a lot. There are two sizes, large or small. (This can also be viewed as "Texas-sized" or "non Texas-sized.") You pick one, you get it, and it comes with delicious coffee. Some coffees come in only the small size, such as the pour-over or nitro, but why overload your body with anxious rocket fuel? Savor this delightful cuppa with sips.
Reason #2, the dietary options. While gluten free avocado toast is available, the breakfast sandwiches come prepackaged, so there are limitations. Vegan and regular I-can-enjoy-wheat options are available, too! And they do have a GF baked good, and it's a brownie. And we bought them 3 times. Every time we went in there.
The third reason for White Rhino getting five stars is their commitment to more sustainable packaging. The avocado toast, a staple of the Millenial hipster, also came in a paper tray!
First responders drink free coffee here if they are on duty. It was comforting to see members of the community in all its forms visiting this space, and I appreciate White Rhino's impact they make. I hope they have continued success, and I recommend you try their coffee and brownies!
The food is great, tons of gluten free options. The coffee is always good, and the people who own the restaurant are very personable and confident in what they do, which allows for great service!
I found this place last week and now I just can't stop coming back, this place is fabulous! The drinks are great, especially the Warlock! They even have some gluten-free snacks that I can eat!
I really love the times I could go here in between classes to eat. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. With me having a gluten allergy I'm always worried about the places I stop to eat, but Corner Bakery always made sure I could order and eat safely.
Cute for dates and girls brunch! Very aesthetically pleasing with indoor and outdoor seating. They are completely nut free and some gluten free options. One of my go to places. Practically there every week:)
Amazing breakfast with large portions!
Gluten-Free options available. I had the GF pancakes and they were good. They soak up syrup fast though so pour light.
The cheesy grits were the best I've ever had. I've had a few. Def. get the strawberry orange mimosa.
The wait staff was super friendly. Jose made me feel welcome and his smile is contagious.
Servers are very friendly and explained any items we weren't familiar with. Gluten free pastry options were yummy and so was the coffee. Hubby got a Nutella empanada (not gf); I got a gf coffee cake which was incredible.
I am a cafe Brazil addict. The servers are super cool and the menu is HUGE. Everyone can find something good to eat here. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, meat lovers, you name it. And sooooo much good coffee. Love ‘em.
Interesting, eclectic sandwich shop. Good quality food. Prices will prevent us from being frequent customers but definitely a nice treat once in a while. They have breakfast and lunch options from open to close. I got the corned beef and hash with an egg in top. The beef was hand shredded and the hash was large chunks of potato. I don't remember what dh had but he enjoyed it. They will make any sandwich into a salad upon request and they do offer gluten free bread.
Great place to start your day with a reasonably priced coffee or smoothie. Food options are amazing with plenty of gluten free, keto and vegetarian options. Happy hour on drinks Thursday -Saturday from 4 to close! Half off all drinks can't beat that. Breakfast is served all day. Huge open area eating with lots of windows.
Went here as an SMU student now my kids eat here all the time. Fantastic food (breakfast chili relleno is my favorite or cake) the servers know us and it is a fantastic place to go for any meal. And the coffee! Yes please
Only thing our family could ask for would be a gluten/nut free burger bun option, but kiddo usually brings one ;)
Cappuccinos at Tre Stelle are absolutely incredible. The esspresso is perfectly balanced in acidity and has a wonderful flavor that is consistent every time you order.
The service is great and it is a nice spot for a meet up with friends or strap down to tackle a project. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, but if you want to up those vibes further, I highly recommend their almound loaf to accompany your beverage. It is seriously delicious and happens to be gluten free.
Nice unique spot that is tucked into a local Dallas neighborhood. We stopped by to have brunch. Good service and good food. Outdoor patio is a nice setup mixed amongst the gardens. Don’t forget to stop by to see the chickens. Several gluten free choices on the menu. Brussels sprouts were great. Small parking lot next to the restaurant or street parking. A kid’s playground is across the street should the kids need an energy outlet.
Their Fries are Americas best kept secret. Wish they served them bottomless 🙏🙌
Honest review! You can even order your burgers gluten free! Here’s the secret! Just tell them no bread with that burger and sometimes they go above and beyond and put the condiments in the middle and seal it off with cheese
This place is very delicious and has a gluten-free menu which works with my wife's diet. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The only downfall I can see about this restaurant is they are on a wait the majority of the time on the weekend. It's not so bad during the week if you want to go on the weekend it's better to get on the waitlist before you go.
Early is AMAZING! What an incredible experience. Impromptu walk thru and then dinner for us. Bypassed the long wait by eating at the bar--which did not feel like being "in" a bar, but just another part of this amazing food heaven. Caution to Celiac customers--even though they can make things gluten free, there is NO protection against cross contamination. Thankfully, our waitress was very well trained. Salad with poached chicken, and salad with tuna plus added steak for us. Can't wait to go back! Enjoy! SW

We tried this spot specifically to see if the gluten free options were good.
We had a pastry that was a mango flavor with mousse and gluten free (GF) vanilla cake.
The orange mirror glaze was very pretty and fun and I appreciated that they had a gluten free option with actual cake in it! However, I was not a fan of the mango flavor but this is a personal preference, not necessarily the quality of the item.
The earl gray gelato was not overpowering in flavor. Overall, we don’t live close so we not be back but if you’re GF, trying it could be worth a shot if you’re in the area!
Delightful, stellar spot! We love the retro vibes and staff are all super kind.
Delicious gluten free and vegan pizza 🍕 Glad to see a few vegan options!
Additionally, I enjoyed the matcha latte with oat milk and the market salad with falafel!
Definitely check it out! :) there is also a bike shop next door, with a speak easy kind of vibe.
My expectations were higher when I saw that they had gluten free options, there was not gluten free options when looking at the pancakes or any sweeter items. Mainly eggs and scrambled were available as gluten free options. Disappointed.
Everything here is amazing! Friendly customer service! The owner really cares about his customers! I don’t know why this place isn’t busy all the time. Also it feels so good to be able to order anything off the menu. They also have gluten free options and American food!!!
If you like cereal, this is a fun spot to hangout and enjoy breakfast. The throwback Nintendo system kept my son entertained while drinking his Dirty Captain milkshake. I tried a delicious high protein, gluten free cereal called Three Wishes. They have all kinds of milk and milk alternatives, too.

Coffee and so much more in a convenient shop & store. Teas, smoothies, kids drinks; burritos, bagels, toast and croissants; 6 loaded shelves of good-for-you snacks and bites; with 3 coolers of cans and bottles to-go; even a freezer of good ice cream, popsicles and GF waffles. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable of keto, Paleo and gluten-free needs. Order online too! Consume with purpose.
Haha I may be biased but, I’ve worked at quite a few coffee shops in the past and this one may be my favorite. The owner Germán and his wife Jael are so incredibly kind and supportive. It has been so sweet meeting all the regulars - like Mrs. Karen and Jeff with their cappuccinos in the morning or Manny with his quad oat milk honey and lavender latte. It has been a joy to get to know some of the people in the neighborhood and make them their drinks.
I think with all that said - the owner’s desire to improve his store and create a wonderful work environment honestly sets this place apart and makes it such a blessing to work there.
On a side note: the peanut butter banana toast is fire🤫, so are ALL of the pinch of salt pastries (gluten free). I am shocked, since normally I am someone who thinks gluten free food tastes dry - everything is so moist and flavorful! They don’t disregard quality and truly put their heart into it every drink made.
Though I am a new hire, I loved this place even as a customer and I am grateful I get to now welcome and serve people along side an amazing team! You should definitely come check out slow and steady if you are in the area :)
Much love,
McKayla - a barista☕️
They have some really good offerings you don’t usually find anywhere else, especially their veg and gluten free products. Plus, it’s a local family-run business.
