Unfortunately I had a bad reaction to eating here. The product itself is amazing and they understood they needed to be careful - I’m just prob more sensitive to all the flour and cross contamination here.

I recently visited Hula Poke Bowl in Metrotown and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant was clean and had a bright, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.The menu offered a great variety of options, catering to all dietary preferences with vegan and gluten-free choices. I ordered the classic poke bowl of the Koko with salmon, Kimch, and it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The ingredients were vibrant and well-balanced, and the portion size was generous for the price.Service was top-notch; the staff was friendly and quick to help me customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. I also appreciated the speedy service, as my meal was prepared in just a few minutes. For those visiting for the first time, I highly recommend trying the spicy Gochujang sauce—it added a perfect kick to the bowl. Overall, Hula Poke Bowl is a great spot for a healthy and delicious meal in Metrotown. I'll definitely be coming back!

We've done team parties here twice and the buffet cannot be beat. Great service, excellent pizza and a huge variety including gluten free.

Eating solo is also great; we've found it to be great quality at a fair price.

Tucked in Burnaby is this East African Indian fusion place. Great pakoras, lamb biryani and beef ribs. Plenty of gluten free choices. Great service too. Not disappointed at all. No photos to show as we dug into the dishes as soon as they were served.
On behalf of Morley PAC I want to thank Fior Di Latte for catering an amazing lunch for our teachers and staff. Working with FDL was an easy, pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate several dietary requests including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Everything was packed beautifully and delivered on time. I had many staff and teachers tell me the sandwiches and pastries were delicious. Thank you again for helping us show our appreciation for Morley Admin, Teachers and Staff.
I have celiac disease and have been to many keg locations in the past without any issues. I ordered the pistachio crusted salmon, and the server said he would let the kitchen staff know about my celiac. I didn't notice at the time, but typically a manager comes out to confirm that everything is gluten-free, and that didn't happen at this location. I am not sure what wasn't gluten-free with my order or if it was a cross contamination error, but either way I became sick from my meal afterwards. The service overall also was quite slow, the server himself was pleasant though. Would not go to this location again, if you have celiac disease, I can't say I recommend going here unfortunately.
I got the pasta chicken Alfredo with gluten free noodles and it had a good flavor. There wasn't much sauce, not sure if they didn't mix it or what, but many of the noodles were plain and it was hard to mix. But what *was* mixed was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not too tough but still a little charred. I got my food to go, but when I was in the restaurant the vibe was kind of depressing, couldn't exactly say why. The staff were kind and helpful. Ordering online was easy and pick up was a breeze. It's a great gluten free option, especially if you're in a time crunch or on a specific schedule.

Hidden gem in Burnaby for all your keto, gluten free, sugar free options. Lots of variety when the store is fully in stock but if your product is out of stock the staff will call you when the item is back in stock!

While admittedly I haven't had a lot of gluten free pizzas yet, their gluten free crust was the best I've ever had! The margherita, I'm told by my gluten tolerant companion, was also delicious.
Plus, the delivery came almost 20 minutes earlier than the estimate when we ordered. Great food, friendly staff, timely delivery. What more can you ask for?
Our favourite place in town for vegan food! I am gluten free as well and they have plenty of options for me. You can tell that the owners put their heart and soul into managing this place…creating a welcoming atmosphere that is just so pleasant to dine in. Been here many time. Explain I’m celiac, and I’ve never had an issue with any of the foods. They’re very knowledgeable about celiac disease and how to keep us safe. Also on the Canadian Celiac association recommendations page :)

The service on this particular location is very good. Even when it was full the service was 100%, no delays, polite employees, great food.
Consistently yummy food. The menu has changed but we enjoyed everything we tried. Love the happy hour 1/2 priced oysters too! We appreciated that they split our salad. I avoid gluten and didn't have a problem finding options here. Great service and it makes for a fun date night! Dinner and casino for the win 🎉

Another awesome lunch at Take Sushi on Hastings St in Burnaby. A wonderful modification on the Sunshine Roll to meet my Gluten Free needs. The mango is such a nice touch!!This is pairing nicely with my favorite Spicy Salmon Roll. The seared salmon was out of this world delicious and melted like butter as I bit into it.

This ramen shop is decent, I am glad they had the gluten free option noodles for additional 4 ontop the order. I found the broth is oily and heavy to my liking. That is why I am giving it an average, but overall taste was good.
This is my #1 place to get pepperoni pizza. My celiac friend orders gluten free pizza from them too and loves it. They mention the ppm amount of gluten in their pizza so that’s good for anyone who wants to consider them according to their allergy needs. The staff is always friendly too.
I absolutely love Coras. The food is always a 10/10. When I visited on a Tuesday they were under staffed and clearly busier then expected but our server took it in stride and I was very pleased with her positive attitude. Super kid friendly environment and great kids menu to. They've also updated and changed their regular menus as well with vegan and gluten free options as well. I'll definitely be back!
Extremely fun and clean restaurant. Some gluten free GF options available. Food is fresh and flavorful. I went for dinner and breakfast and all options are really fun. I would get there early or make a reservation for dinner

New Fresh Slice at Lougheed Mall. Not the same as the one in the photo.
Super fast service. Really organized. Long line up for the lunch rush but everyone was served really quickly.
New owner was so nice. Greeted everyone and was always smiling.
Pizza was hot and fresh. Also had gluten friendly and dairy free options for my wife. Definitely will come back!

Food was excellent, I came in with someone with celiac diseases and Linh and Asia did a great job explaining what was gluten free and were very careful and thoughtful.

The atmosphere is nice for a walk in quick bite. The pizza is fresh and tasty. They have Gluten free options. And a dedicated place in the stone oven to cook it. The lady at the front was super friendly and knowledgeable.
Great atmosphere, good food, and very friendly staff. The price point is great for this day and age. Also they will accommodate, and make a couple dishes gluten free if you ask. I.e. chicken slovakia, and grilled salmon

My family has been eating here for years, first as Broken Rice and now as Chao Mami. The new rebranding/redesign is fun, and feels much more contemporary. I really appreciate that they've always had several gluten-free and vegetarian and vegan options, and now they've got them listed on the in-house menu (hopefully they'll add that to the website soon, too). Portion sizes are large, and their Hot & Sour Seafood soup is the best thing to help clear your sinuses when you have a cold ;p
