I had the California Sandwich on Focaccia and it was so yummy! I was meeting some friends to yap, so I didn’t want to be stuffing my face the whole time and stopped ordering after the sandwich, but I WANTED TO DO NOTHING BUT STUFF THEIR WHOLE PASTRY CASE into my mouth! Awesome place to eat first time here in San Francisco, and being a gluten free celiac, they did the best gluten free double burger with lettuce buns I have ever had. Their fryer is also GF and the potatoes are cut on site.

Walking from a nearby restaurant and decided to stop in about 30 minutes before they closed on a weekday. Realized it was a gluten free donut shop, though I don’t have dietary restrictions I decided to order one blueberry donut. It was a good cake style donut! Not grainy at all like some gluten free things I have tasted tend to be.The young man at the register was extremely friendly and welcoming too. Cute shop!

It was a disappointment because online it states they have gluten free pizza with designated ovens. Not only they did not have it the waitress told us it is not a gluten friendly restaurant and that there is flour flying all over the place. Being celiac I walked out. Not nice at all. Celiac friends go across the street to Acquolina. Great service, atmosphere and gluten free options.

Small coffee shop. Sells vegan and Gluten free coffee and treats! Right across the Safeway here. Everything is delicious. I would highly reccomend the Dever cupcake for any sweet tooths out there. And if u love your vailla, you will love it more. The cake is very moist and delicious. Its not at all overpowering with vanilla cake and frosting. 😋🫰🫰

I go here all the time for the sweet plantain bowl so I got it catered to my birthday party ! It was a super easy process and my guests said it was the best food they'd had catered at an event! We had vegan and gluten free people and so it was able to accommodate everyone :)

The service was lovely and as someone with coeliac disease, I felt very safe eating here (the server let me know that the original owner’s wife is celiac, and so that made me feel like they would have a good understanding of cross-contamination). The eggs and hashbrowns were just OK and the chicken sausage and the pancake that I had were pretty good.

What a hidden gem. Tucked inside a pharmacy, it’s easy to miss but absolutely worth the hunt. Everything is completely vegan and gluten free, and you would never even guess. I can't begin to describe how delicious everything is here. The hibiscus donut, the churro donut, the brownie, the cream filled donut hut—every single item is incredible. This is a woman owned small business and truly something special. The prices are more than fair. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You’ll want to keep going back.

My partner and I tried Shojin today and it was incredible. From the amazing customer service, to the delicious sushi rolls, I cant recommend this place enough. The staff were so polite and helpful. I have a gluten allergy, and the staff immediately explained that they are a gluten-free restaurant and even pointed out the other allergy-free options (such as soy-free). We are definitely coming back here soon!

Amazing. I have a lot of allergies/intolerances (gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts), and I can eat everything ! here. Bowls, sides, desserts. Affordable for how fresh, healthy, and delicious it is. Gotta love somewhere where you can get a bowl with perfectly fried plantains. “This place is awesome! The fries and the stuff! OMG! DELICIOUS!! We ordered different things so we could taste it all! Cornbread…are you kidding me? Shrimp and grits…so deliciously creamy. Oxtail tacos…flavor burst! Fried green tomatoes…so good! Mac and cheese…so cheesy! Here’s the kicker…it’s GLUTEN FREE!! Are you kidding me?! We will be back very soon!! The staff and owner are so kind and gracious! So sweet and attentive! It's a Punk Rock themed Japanese (mostly) gluten-free restaurant that specializes in fried chicken (get the fried chicken, trust me). If that description doesn't entice you, you're probably not cool enough for this place anyway. Basically only thing that isn't gluten-free are some of the beer options (there are gluten-free options too)-great for me as my wife has the allergy and I like gluten in my beer. Glad we stumbled across this place.

The food is amazing and the service is awesome. We had Hailey as our server and she was kind, sweet, and attentive. We come from Phoenix a few times a year just to eat here. Love it!

I love Sweetfin! I have celiac so it is such a pleasure to eat at a restaurant where I do not have to worry. Our meal on Sunday was perfect! That being said, this particular location is hit-or-miss on getting the order correct. The Culver City location is my favorite - the manager and the whole team go out of their way to make your meal perfect. The SM is just closer to us.

Went here on a Thursday for lunch after hiking in Griffith Park. Lots of free parking and no wait to order. Pizza done in just over 10 minutes. Many free tables to sit at. Gluten free Hawaiian was fantastic. Gluten free crust only comes in medium. Soda with endless refills.

Milie’s Cafe has so many options, from vegan to regular and gluten-free! I ordered the Devil’s Mess and it was packed with bold, delicious flavors. My hubby got The Usual with gluten-free pancakes and they were 🔥. We also loved their fresh, homemade orange juice, and the Blue Majik latte was a refreshing and tasty surprise. Highly recommend for a flavorful and inclusive brunch spot!

TLDR: celiac friendly My celiac friend and I stopped by to try out their gluten free flatbread and she took half of hers to go which is highly uncommon. Most gf breads are like cardboard or rubbery but this flatbread tasted just like gluten bread! She didn't get sick so there was definitely no gluten in it but whatever it was, it was amazing! I ordered gluten full tortellini which looked and tasted like it was made in house and I was completely satisfied with my meal. We stopped by just as happy hour was ending and our waiter was quick to help us get some happy hour wine orders in before it was too late. The bathroom... it an experience. Like many cities, some locations work within their confines and RoVino got very clever. The restroom is a short walk outside the restaurant which at first seems so strange because they have someone walk you down to it. At the end of the block, tucked away you'll find a very clean little walk to a door with their logo. Type in the code and you enter a 1 stall restroom. It was so random but well done, I'll be talking about that little experience for a while.

I cannot rave about this place enough! This hidden gem needs to be discovered because the quality and intention behind each detail of this place is spectacular. The menu had tons of great options for both breakfast and lunch, from sandwiches and burgers to breakfast bowls and waffles, they made it hard to choose. Safe to say we will be back again to try more in the future, especially with their menu being updated seasonally to keep things fresh and exciting. We settled on the Veggie Bowl and Savory Waffles which were both to die for and tasted even better than they appeared, which was impressive! I especially liked that everything tasted fresh and came well seasoned and so flavorful there was no need to add hot sauce, although they had a great selection of those as well. The curry aioli that came along with the veggie bowl was a delicious and unique touch to an already tasty meal too. The portions were generous enough that we saved half of each plate for later so we could indulge in one of their beautiful pastries, which to my surprise were all gluten free! It’s wonderful to know anything on the menu can also be made gluten free as well. The cookie was giant, soft and delicious without too many chocolate chips to distract from the actual flavor of the cookie itself which was not overly sweet, with just a touch of sea salt that I thoroughly enjoyed. The owners behind the counter were friendly and welcoming, even to my little chihuahua girl who is normally quite shy. There is a great little market section with local and hand crafted goods to check out while you wait and the bathroom was cute and very clean which I appreciated. I love the vibe of the outdoor patio seating with fresh flowers that are also for purchase as well. I can’t wait to come back and visit again soon and am happy to make the trip down to imperial beach just for this experience. I am looking forward to seeing this business grow and continue to thrive within its community for many years to come. Starbird chicken is our family's new favorite food restaurant. This is the second location we have visited in the Bay area and they were both fantastic. As a gluten free family our kids love the gluten free chicken and the reasonably priced children's menu with the excellent choices of craft drinks. I love going because their chicken salad is the best fast food salad out there and I appreciate the healthier option. Highly recommend trying in person if you haven't already. The staff were extra friendly and helpful ❤️
