We had a great experience here. Good was fantastic and there were a ton of gluten free items available. Three people with celiacs but not a single issue eating! Woooo! Unfortunately, not a great spot for a large group if you want to all sit together.

Honestly the best vegetarian food I have ever eaten, and I am a meat lover! I had the Bandito Burrito. A black bean burrito served with rice, salsa and guacamole. It came with rice and tortilla chips. Many items on the menu can be customized for gluten free. An eclectic and welcoming atmosphere in a sit down restaurant environment. Loved the water fountain in the middle of the restaurant.

Our server Brooke was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu and gluten free options, I have Celiacs Disease and She took it very seriously which I always appreciate. She accommodated very well for our 10 month old, was super nice and even recommended some fun stuff to do / places to go while we were vacationing in Moncton. She was awesome, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was so cool! Lots of room, seating and an outdoor patio. 10/10 would recommend and will be our go to spot whenever we are in Moncton!

The chicken is delicious, but there aren't many options for those who eat gluten-free or dairy-free. Ask for Josée; she's friendly and offers excellent service. She speaks French.

This was my first time at this Keg! I have celiacs, and our server (shout out to Tara!!) made sure the chefs knew. They had the Manager himself bring out my food separate from the rest because of this. I have never in my life been to such a wonderful food establishment. Tara was on top of everything, making sure to check in on us! She even asked us what brought us to Moncton!! (girls trip!!) 10\10 would recommend and can’t WAIT to be back!!

We recently stopped here for dinner while on our maritime vacation, and let me tell you, it was amazing!! We received excellent service, amazing food, and astonishingly amazing craft beer. One of the people in our party had some dietsry restrictions (gluten and dairy). The server without hesitation brought over a menu outlining all of the meals she was able to eat, and was very accomodating to her needs. 10/10 will be making this a stop for future visits to the maritimes!!

Recently chose Guacamole's catering services for our corporate meeting (60+ individuals) and couldn't be happier. They have numerous menu options to fit your crowds' taste, with a variety of dishes to suit all dietary requirements. You won't find much catering services that offer vegan and gluten-free without hassle. Their catering menu also accommodates every budget. The staff was friendly and attentive, and ensured on-time delivery with no items missing. We will definitely use their services again.

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Our server was very attentive and checked in often with us. The food was delicious, especially the biryani and Rohan Josh. The hotel also has a really nice ambience. We also really appreciated that the restaurant has dedicated lactose and gluten free menus. We will definitely visit again next time we’re in Moncton!

Two Wheeled Treks

Italian restaurant located in the Sheraton Hotel. **IMPORTANT** From the outside the restaurant looks like its permanently closed, the door is chained off and the windows blacked out. The entrance is actually inside the hotel, they built a false wall in front of the exterior windows and door. Food was excellent and they and a good selection to choose from, Italian themed. A bit pricy but it is a nice place. Most dishes can be made gluten free as well.

I choose this subway quite often due to the amazing customer service. Sandra and Rhonda are wonderful employees that always greet you with a smile and are very cautious when it comes to my food restrictions (celiac) I will continue to go to this specific subway because of this. The food is fresh, delicious and a little exotic. If you have a chance to try the coconut rice you'll be hooked! Lots of gluten free options too. Very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant meal here a couple days ago. My husband had to have a gluten free meal and they came across great and taste good! And he even says that the same meal at another local restaurant was dry and bland. And you can’t go wrong with never ending salad 🤩. We will be back!

I have been to Ihop all over and I have to say this is the worst. $17 for a mexican tres leches that was barely on one of the 4 pancakes with the other completely dry. Terrible! It puts all other Ihops to shame. The plus side was their gluten friendly option.

The staff here are wonderful at customer service! They make delicious food and provide ordering options that are convenient. They can make just about anything vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. and offer a wide variety of tastes. Their breakfast burrito is my favorite, and the siip mushroom broth. The vegan brownie is really satisfying. Thank you!

First visit to Carrabba's this evening but won't be my last. My positive experience began with their online reservation system which was easy to use and allowed you to enter details for food sensitivities/allergies in advance and highlight of you were dining for a special occasion. The dining room was spacious, seats were comfortable and the decor was adequate for the type of restaurant. A lot of great menu options - many of which can be made gluten-free. Our server (Mariia K) was fabulous. She was friendly, attentive, made great drink and entrée recommendations, and had such a positive/pleasant demeanor which made us feel truly cared for a guests. I began with their Tuscan lemonade cocktail to start... just the right amount of citrus; very refreshing. For supper, I had the tomato basil soup and chicken trio with the garlic mashed potatoes. The soup was flavorful with the fresh basil adding a nice touch. The chicken was juicy and tender - the chicken marsala was my favorite of the trio and the potatoes were well seasoned and had a very creamy texture. For dessert, I had a cappuccino and their John Cole ice cream dessert... the cinnamon rum roasted pecans were delicious!

Brilliant place with lots of room, but wonderful areas to make any group feel more intimate. A wide range of options allow for vegetarian, and even gluten free. Some of the best prices in town, but nothing held back or cut corners. Great for kids and adults alike. They even allow for ordering for pickup or delivery without increasing the prices.

Just a warning to everyone who is gluten free. I fully recognize that unless a place is fully certified it's not guaranteed to be gluten free. However for the most part I've been able to work around it. Except here. When I got to the restaurant I asked them what is gluten free the first waitress gave me my options. Another waitress who took our order told me some of that is wrong. I had her clarify with the back. I ordered the walnut crusted fish which is considered gluten free. I then asked if the fries were fried in oil with anything that has gluten she said yes. I told her I was not able to have them because of the cross conaminations which makes it not gluten free. My order comes with mashed potatoes and my walnut "crusted gluten free" fish just as I'm about to eat it my friend asked are you sure that's not fried. And it was fried in the same oil as everything else.After I just explained to her I can’t have anything friend in the same oil. Anyone who is truly gluten free please be careful here!

Tiara was an exceptional waitress ! If I could choose the person that serves me whenever I come here I’d choose her every. Single. Time. My spouse and I have very very recently been diagnosed with celiac disease so our favourite restaurants can be questionable whether or not we can still dine with them. Tiara was excellent she was able to answer all of our questions with a smile and always made sure our drinks were filled . Boston pizza is excellent will continue to be dining here as we have been for years ! Thanks Tiara you’re going to do very well for your self !

I recently learned that Jean's has gluten free options. I've enjoyed their "liver & onions" and their "eggs, bacon & toasts (gluten free bread in a dedicated fryer)". They don't have gluten free gravy so certain meals aren't an option unless you bring your own gravy (which I'm willing to do) & they heat it up for you. I want to try their hamburg steak dinner. The staff are friendly and attentive. I'm definitely going back.

YQM: best brunch option; "Why not BU café?" A casual 5 minute stroll from the Hyatt regency, Moncton's Korean family-owned BU café is a cute, eclectic, almost Tik Tok'ish brunch place that serves breakfasts and other meals until 4pm Great service, lovely carnivore options, has vegetarian options and even gluten free. I had the korean beef eggs benedict with roasted potatoes. Great ambiance, and the place smells constantly amazing from the herbs and spices cooking 🤤 Take a seat back and serve your inner white girl, cause this place is a solid 10/10 and they will be expecting you! Unfortunately, my experience at Taverna was very disappointing. I was shocked to learn that they don’t allow guests to bring in a gluten-free or vegan cake—even for a special celebration—yet their suggested alternative was yogurt. Yes, yogurt as a gluten-free dessert option. When I politely asked about this, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, hiding behind “restaurant policy.” According to NB Food Services, guests are permitted to bring in allergen-sensitive items like gluten-free or vegan cakes when proper precautions are taken, so this excuse just didn’t hold up. Overall, the lack of flexibility and the attitude from staff made for a really frustrating experience. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending this place.

Wonderful spot for personal/family meals as well as business meetings! Private and cozy booths as well as very open tables that provide a privacy in its own way. Extremely friendly and wonderful staff at this location, and incredible food every time I’ve gone! The deserts here are delicious, and I LOVE that there are so many gluten free options in their menu!
