One of the few refuges in Valencia, and possibly the only one with Japanese food, where you can eat with complete peace of mind if you are celiac or gluten intolerant, and to which I will surely return many more times. The food is more or less what I expected, delicious, with powerful flavors and good presentation, although I have to say that none of the dishes excited me. The gyozas were all made with vegetables (I think it was our mistake when ordering) and they seemed very normal to me, and the octopus balls were just fine. I liked the katsudon, but it is one of those dishes that I love with the first bite and little by little I get tired of it, possibly because I found it too salty. The ramen was good but the broth, compared to other places, lacked “substance”. The cheesecake is very good. The price may be a little high for the starters taking into account the quantities, but for the mains, with quite substantial portions, I think it is reasonable.

We went to dinner last night, my husband and my friends are not celiacs, but I do sympathize with me and we go where I can eat. It was the first time we went. I searched online, read reviews and took the risk. The homemade nachos are spectacular, gluten-free and lactose-free. They couldn't be any better. I ordered a crispy chicken burger and the gluten-free hamburger bun was so good. For the first time, it didn't feel like I can't swallow sometimes. The service was very attentive. For the first time in many months, I came out of a mess. restaurant where I was able to meet and I didn't have any reaction, there should be more places in all towns like CARAMULL, where people with allergies can go out and eat, we will repeat, to the Caramull team, thank you very much

Best deal IMPOSSIBLE. We had a very good experience at this restaurant. I am celiac and I felt really safe thanks to the FACE certification. We had one of the best gluten-free pizzas we have ever had. The Cacio e Pepe potatoes are brutal, and to finish the evening a delicious Tiramisu! In addition to easy parking near the restaurant. We highly recommend it.
