We had dinner for the first time last night, welcomed very well, very friendly staff (we laughed during the whole dinner), attentive and always ready, we seemed to be at a friend's house. The food was excellent, we ate everything gluten-free, everything was amazing from the seafood appetizer to the culurgiones and the fried food, even the tiramisu... Top!!! Highly recommended!!! AMAZING ♥️ Everything here is gluten free. Homemade pizza dough which I had to double check was actually gluten free because it was soooo good. Like THE best pizza I’ve ever eaten. To have a choice and not have to worry was incredible. Would eat here forever 🌟

We arrive at the hotel at 9pm, no staff present at the reception, they tell us to wait, no problem for us, but we hear someone from the kitchen complaining that it was not time to check in (I should point out that when I booked there were several exchanges via email and I was never given information on the opening hours of the reception, which in any case in a three-star hotel must be open at 9pm). We immediately notice that the room is very hot, we do not sleep well. We arrive at the restaurant for dinner, my husband is celiac and allergic to dairy products, we obviously informed the hotel of this already at the time of booking and again at the table. They bring us warm sparkling wine, we ask for the ice bucket and they bring us one with water and three ice cubes. We have to ask again. We ask for a simple spaghetti with bottarga for our 8-year-old daughter, instead they send bottarga, cherry tomatoes and CHILLI PEPPER! The waitress justifies herself by saying "they make them like this here" and then contradicts herself a moment later "we can also make them without". Spaghetti remade, all ok. Let's move on to the most serious issue, that is, a restaurant that presents itself as gluten-free but has nothing gluten-free about it! Not even the bread! My husband chose an appetizer and a second course, we asked if everything was safe even from contamination, needless to say he was very sick all night and this is a serious matter! Not to mention the breakfast which was embarrassing, among the various emails where I warned of food problems they had told me that there would be no problem, the lady at breakfast, who I assume belongs to the owners' family, arrives mumbling something about allergies to products of animal origin as if it were science fiction, shows up with two packaged biscuits and a slice of bread, adds giggling that there is fruit on the buffet and oat milk. The end. Obviously shocked by the poisoning the night before he didn't touch anything. I am sorry to write this review about a family-run business, but it is intolerable that there are restaurants that pretend to be equipped and aware of how to provide gluten-free cuisine. People's health is at stake. At check out not a single question about how the stay had gone, no attention to customers, in every sense. If there had been, we would have explained what had happened and probably would not have gotten to writing the review.

Welcoming place with a view directly on the beach where you can contemplate the sea. The quality of the products is of a high level. Since my husband is celiac, this place is a safe bet because it is certified. Very kind staff and available to recommend dishes and wine. Mrs. Roberta very professional and empathetic. Quality/price ratio in line with the products used and the place. I recommend.

Perfect for celiacs! An endless selection of pizzas in different sizes. There are also vegan pizzas with mozzarella made from rice. Dessert is also explicitly gluten-free. However, I was already too full from the pizza for that

The best gluten free pizza I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I’ve been gluten intolerant for close to 20 years now, and in all of my life of eating both gluten and gluten free pizza I have never come across anything that was this good. The crust was pillowy where it needed to be and the base of the pizza thin but strong enough to manage to hold itself in a fold. Their pizza toppings may not be traditional but instead they’re creative and culinary adventures. All of the staff is friendly, kind, and incredibly attentive. The restaurant is extremely knowledgeable on food allergies and can accommodate gluten and lactose intolerances very well. Do not forget to visit this restaurant if you are in Sardinia. I’m talking about anywhere in Sardinia. It will be worth your trip to Sassari just to visit this restaurant. Do not be alarmed by the restaurant being located next to a Burger King or a McDonald’s, I guarantee you that it’ll be the best gluten free pizza experience you will ever have.

Stay away. Extremely long waiting times, almost an hour for two dishes, the lady rudely replied that she realized the place was full, I have seen really full places with minimal waiting times. Totally inexperienced waiters who kept bringing the wrong dishes to the tables. I ask for gluten-free pasta, I am told that there was a possibility of having a spaghetti as a format, I get a miserable plate of mezze penne. The other person with me gets the dish ordered 10 minutes after mine. Supplement of €2.50 for gluten-free dishes, unfortunately in 2025 there are those who still don't know that we don't do it for fashion. To be avoided.

Very large and beautiful place, very kind and helpful staff. The vegan sandwich wasn't great, we then returned after a few evenings and took several pizzas with mushrooms that were really delicious, even the gluten-free one.

Very delicious pizza with a beautiful view of the sea. They have a list of one of a kind pizzas along with the Italian classics. They also have gluten free pizza safe for celiacs. This was the best gluten free pizza we have had in Italy. Can’t recommend enough!

This is the best ice cream I have ever tasted! I lived in Italy for many years and never found ice cream as good as this. The added bonus is that the recipes are original and gluten-free. The owner deserves recognition for her efforts to provide healthy food, which is quite rare to see these days.

We were here for dinner and had pizzas and drinks: Both the classic and gluten-free pizzas arrived in less than 15 minutes, despite the rush hour. The classic pizzas sound delicious and in particular the gluten-free one, which arrived together with the others without delay, also exquisite. The restaurant/pizzeria with one of the best services and quality of food that I have found in Olbia. The staff is super attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised. The first impression was not good, especially due to the type of furniture, which does not suit my tastes. But this feeling didn't last long. Super organized pizzeria. From my table I could see the workbench and it was like watching a show. A practically perfect assembly line! I would like to point out that we were there on a Saturday evening (booked for 9pm) and despite it being peak time (especially for takeaway), after about 10/15 minutes, we were already eating... a pizza which was EXTRAORDINARY to say the least (even the gluten-free one was delicious). The dining room staff was super courteous and efficient. When we left I wanted to compliment the owner, but it wasn't possible because he was super busy working. I'm taking advantage of it now: congratulations! We will be back for sure.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We order 4 pizzas (one of which is gluten-free) at 6.00pm for 9.00pm, at the time of collection we go to the pizzeria, we are told that gluten-free pizza cannot be cooked and that we should have taken it raw and cooked it At home. After asking for explanations we were told that the oven hadn't even been turned on and we were asked what we wanted to do, after having asked for at least the normal pizzas we were told that those weren't ready either. The order was probably never marked. We are told that normal pizzas could have been made at that time, but after answering no the girl also got annoyed. Is that any way to work?!

I don't know why this restaurant has a 4.1 rating today, but I know for sure that it deserves much more. We looked for this restaurant because my partner is celiac, and we let ourselves be tempted. We took a classic margherita to share to try this much-vaunted pizza: they were right. A FRIGHTENINGLY good pizza. I told my partner that we would probably never eat a pizza like that again, whether it's with or without gluten. The crust was so soft, fragrant and crunchy that it seemed fried, good tomato, good oil, good fiordilatte, the pinch of basil, everything PERFECT. My partner was also really impressed, he's been celiac for a lifetime. We then decided to try the cuisine with a "Profumo" risotto and a "Casper" turbot. Well, what can I say, in the kitchen they know exactly what they're doing, and places like this should be the norm, not the exception. Everything was perfect. We want to compliment the service staff, who were truly professional and pleasant, we spent a lovely evening in Porto Cervo, eating very well, in a beautiful restaurant and with a service as we like it. Whoever says it is expensive or complains about something in this restaurant, better go to Mc. Thank you very much. We will definitely be back!

The pizza was great – wonderfully baked dough and perfectly seasoned. We also really appreciate the gluten-free option, that is really appreciated! We waited a little longer for our food, but the waiter apologized, which we appreciated. Overall, she seemed a little confused, but she was nice. Some of the dishes seemed a little more expensive than in other establishments with similar quality pizza, but we still enjoyed the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend it – especially if you want to soak up the pleasant evening atmosphere. We just recommend making a reservation in advance, otherwise you may have to wait up to 40 minutes for a seat.

We left the restaurant with a full and happy stomach - that's all we can say in advance. We ordered two pizzas. One of them was gluten free. Both pizzas were very tasty. There are also other gluten-free options such as pasta, focaccia, fish or risotto. It is marked on the menu and the staff can also help with the selection. The two desserts “non-tiramisu” and “lemon tart” were lovingly prepared and were also very tasty. The lemon tart was modified by the service so that it was gluten-free. Very attentive. What surprises me are the bad reviews about the service. We cannot confirm that. We experienced very courteous and polite service staff who tried very hard to satisfy me and my gluten intolerance. All in all a successful evening.

I would literally hop on a plane and fly back to Sardinia just for this gelato. The entire right side of flavors is milk-free, gluten free options, and sugar free. The canella (cinnamon) flavor was like heaven on a cone. It surprised me how creamy the flavors are- Strawberry, coffee, and dark chocolate, were also very good. I dragged my family back here almost every night of our vacation because it was actually what I looked forward to every day. Sweet treat o clock!!!!

Lots of gluten free options! I ate very well from the first course to the dessert, the pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was mixed very well (which is difficult to find with gluten-free pasta). Even the dessert, an amaretto cheesecake, was spectacular! I will happily return
