Delicious! The food is so good I started eating before taking pictures. All of the food is flavorful. 3 in 1 also accommodates our family's dietary restrictions and offers a wide variety of choices for vegetarian, vegans, and gluten-free diners. The staff are extremely kind and maintain a clean, even if spartan, restaurant. Highly recommend!

We make this a usual stop about once every 3 months. Service was far better this time than last. My wife has to be gluten free and she hasn't had any issues when eating here! The tacos are fantastic!
I’m a big fan of Proximo, especially after working with them to host my wedding reception in their private dining room. They were very accommodating, the food was stellar as always (with great vegetarian and gluten free options to accommodate all guests), and the cocktails and wine were perfect. Thank you Proximo!
So, as a person with Celiac, when I found this place, I was so excited. I have been going there for quite a bit of time. Sometimes, twice a week. Sadly, I will not continue going there or recommending it. When I come into a restaurant, which is very rare because of my Celiac, I don't want politics or a political agenda to hit me in the face. Today, there is a flag hanging behind the welcome desk that I do not believe in, and I am sure others would say the same. I know everyone is welcome to their own opinion, but I wonder if they would hang an American Flag or a Christian Flag as quickly behind their welcome desk? Like professional sports, restaurants should not use their restaurant as a political platform. It actually made me sad that one of the only places I can eat, is no longer a choice.
Honestly, we couldn’t love this place more. By far our favorite restaurant in town. We have ordered out multiple times for lunch and have never been disappointed. We also have dined in and they have been so accommodating to our bigger party. Recently we had a galentine’s evening catered and it was the best experience. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. They took such great care of us and the food was absolutely perfect.
Side note: we have a girl with celiac so everything has to be gluten free with no cross contamination. This was no problem for them and they took extra care to make sure she was safe.
Update 9/13/24
Finally dined in and had a great time. The food was outstanding. You had Gluten Free options and alternatives! You can't beat the flavor and service!
Every now and then I try them out again to see if they have anything a person who is GF and vegan can eat, but no. Their vegan options are always something deep fried in gluten and they have no vegan meat substitutes.
A different kind of Mexican food! Loved it! The vegetarian tacos and bowl were the best I ever had. Nice blend of sweet and spicy. Availability of gluten free option makes it more special. Plenty of sitting area. Only street parking. Quick service and friendly staff.
Great place for breakfast, awesome Mexican grocery. They make excellent cakes including gluten free ( very good not dry). Ask for Ashley to order a cake, very fast turnaround
My wife and I visited while on a getaway. She has celiac disease, and they have GLUTEN FREE QUESO! That was the big selling point for us, as she had been craving chips and queso that were celiac safe for some time. The staff was friendly, and our orders came out quickly. I had the Huevos Michoacános, which were fantastic. I would love to come back another time and try other menu items. Be sure to clearly state any food allergies to your server when ordering.
Well this was a severe disappointment. My wife, who has celiac disease, and myself were going to get what we thought would be a fast and good GF meal. I can eat anything, however my wife is very gluten intolerant, therefore, I eat where she eats. This is one of the few places near our house that “offers” GF on their menu. Anyway, when my wife went to place her order she asked the chef if he could change his gloves. He rolled his eyes and turned his back. I noticed it too, and there was no convincing my wife to stay, nor did I want to. We drove the extra 10 mins and had great service and dinner at the Salsa Grill.
Very pricey! The pulled pork was good- had that on taco. The pulled beef was too spicy. The chicken was ok. My wife did like the bowl and we appreciated most of all the gluten free options. The service eh, one person helping by register was snarky.
Placed a $400 catering order for an executive staff meeting. The delivery was on time, packaged well, and the catering manager was so lovely. We got a taco bar, a few sides, chips and dips, and desserts. All fantastic. The portion sizes were wonderful and the quality of food was great. I had senior staff coming to find me to ask where it was from and say it was delicious. Worked out great to ensure my vegetarian and gluten free staff members could easily eat.
It was refreshing to find a restaurant that took gluten free serious. Chips are all fried in a dedicated fryer so no cross contamination. Servers were ok but sometimes not very attentive. When we arrived there was only 1 other table with people, but took 5-10 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Then drinks would run dry and had to ask to get chips or salsa. The food tasted great. My wife and I split the fajitas and it had chicken and shrimp. Absolutely fantastic. Mixed veggies cooked to perfection. One daughter got something that looked almost like a breaded tenderloin but was chicken instead. She said it was great. Other daughter had a ceasar salad and added steak. Very filling and a large salad. The strip steak had a lot of flavor and was very tender. Son got Diego nachos but only with steak cheese and queso. Food all was great. Drink glasses are a little small.
The food was absolutely AMAZING!! The gluten-free menu is vast and they truly pay attention to the concern (and need) to be gluten-free. Our server, Hailey, was attentive and went above and beyond. Lovely experience, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you!!
Going to say I love Chipotle as someone who is gluten free and think that this location was just busy and it was an honest mistake! Ordered for pickup (5 bowls) and each bowl wasn’t labeled and wasn’t assembled correctly. When we went inside to pick it up there was a long line so I think the staff was in a rush. Very fun puzzle of figuring out who’s bowl was what but we lived!
Huge portions, we went with a group of 7 on a monday night and were taken care of very well. The food was good and everyone enjoyed what they ate. Being from Texas, it was not at all spicy, but that is more in line with the Hoosiers' expectations. Did I mention the big portions... even the 2 teenage boys were full at the end.
My sister is allergic to gluten, and they were very understanding. The chips are all corn, so she was able to get a chicken nacho plate.
The chips are a thicker style, not my favorite but I still ate a whole basket. Salsa was not spicy at all, but had a good flavor.

This chipotle is pretty clean and has outdoor seating on Bloomington's main down-town street, Kirkwood. They have vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options for all of those millennial children if need be, even.
I recommend Torchy's Tacos as Hospitality Manager, B.J., launched into motion the good energy vibe. This is my 1st time dining here, accommodated with Gluten Free options, clean and maintained facility and staff working with expertise and pride. Well done.
I have celiac disease. It is always a concern to eat out. I mentioned that I was celiac upon ordering and someone from corporate was there and jumped right in educating the new staff how to serve someone like me. It was an amazing experience. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and I did not become ill!! Celiac disease knowledgeable!
If you’re looking for a safe bet, Chipotle is always a good choice, especially if you’re looking for meatless options. This time around, I ordered the sofritas (which is a tofu based protein) in a burrito, loaded with fajita veggies, corn salsa, beans, etc.
A solid choice if you’re vegan.
Also worth noting that if you’re avoiding gluten, their burrito bowls are a great choice.
We were in town to have dinner with daughter and her husband and their two high school children before we went to hear Dr. Tyson talk. The food was tasty the service was what made the evening so special. Took care of our people with gluten issues with the minimum of fanfare. It was the perfect place to have a meal with 3 generations in attendance. We had fun and everyone got their hearts desire to eat. Thank you all for making our meal together memorable.
Great food here! The guacamole is especially yummy. They had lots of gluten free, and vegetarian options were beans instead of meat. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We frequented Hacienda as teens and it's still a favorite. No girls trip back home is complete without Haci chips and salsa -- and ranch, obviously. The Goshen location had a dedicated fryer for chips when we visited l, which made the chips, salsa, and ranch all gluten free for those who need it!
Pretty delicious, and they were helpful with accommodating gluten/celiac. The bleach cleaner smell was strong which affected the atmosphere a bit. But since I was eating in the car to go the flavor wasn't bothered.
