Friedman’s was a great dinner restaurant to check out, it is close to Times Square with high-quality food options, at a much more reasonable price! In addition they cater to people with dietary restrictions such as gluten free!

Loved this place! Great service. I have several food allergies, and they took the time to go over the menu with me to make sure everything I ordered was safe. They also sell fresh baguettes and frozen gluten-free breads to take home, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

I don’t say this lightly: Friedmans’ fish and chips might be the best I’ve ever had. Golden, crisp, and gluten-free without sacrificing a single ounce of flavor. The batter was perfectly light and crunchy, the fish flaky and fresh—like it dove out of the ocean and straight into the fryer with purpose. The fries? Thick-cut, hot, and seasoned just right. It’s rare to find a gluten-free dish that doesn’t feel gluten-free, but this one absolutely nailed it. I wouldn’t change a thing. 10/10, no notes.

Great options for vegan brunch. Although the vegan BLT was unexpectedly sweet, the quality of the food was excellent.i would return to try another vegan dish. Recommended for groups with various dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, nut free, etc). Service was great!

This place is one of the best in New York. Gluten free. Extensive menu. Superbly delicious … whether breakfast or sushi or dinner or fried chicken. They really do it great. DoorDash or dine in … I’M in. You should be too. Jay and Bailey are fabulous. Give them a raise. They remember my name and order every time. Great job yall. Keep it up.

Really enjoyed the bandeja paisa here! As a celiac it’s nice to have the gluten free guarantee even for foods I know don’t typically have gluten. Service is great and friendly. Feels like to hear Colombian Spanish, made me feel right at home.

Following on from my review, here is a photo of the bowl of mashed potato with the shoe-string onions on still on it on the right. As I said, extremely poor from who could potentially have made me ill. Very careless. They’d do well to learn from London, Piccadilly Square’s HRC who I’d say are the best in the world, followed by Barcelona’s. Please, beware.

I thought the breakfast sandwich was great, they definitely use fresh ingredients. The wife got an avocado toast and the egg was a bit undercooked, over easy is ok but the white wasn’t cooked and when broken it leaked a clearish liquid. They do have an assortment of gluten free baked goods but if you have celiac please note they are cross contaminated which they lady behind the counter told us.

the baked goods are so tasty! my most recent visit here was to get a gluten free cupcake for my friend for my birthday party. I was shocked to see how many gluten free options there were to chose from! she LOVED the gf carrot cake!!

100% gluten free! We got the Mexican bowl and the Mediterranean Chicken Bowl, both were very good. Also had the Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk cookie which was good for a gluten free cookie. Definitely coming back here again!

Just to make people aware that fully gluten-free options are not available, rather low-gluten options. Important in case of coeliac people, I'd advise to go elsewhere. Keen to flag given many reviews stated gluten-free, it's not quite that.

This café provides a nice dining experience with a range of delectable alternatives, and it is conveniently positioned close to one of the most famous monuments in the world. The efficiency of the café is the first notable feature. I anticipated long lines because of the large number of guests, but the service was pleasantly prompt and efficient. In addition to making sure everything was stocked and clean, the staff was kind and accommodating. For a tourist destination, the culinary choices is impressive. There is something for everyone, including hot dinners, traditional American favorites, and fresh salads and sandwiches. Their **Statue of Liberty Burger** was delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection when I tried it. They had generous portion sizes and delicious fries. The yogurt parfaits and fresh fruit cups looked fantastic for a lighter choice. Additionally, they provide gluten-free and vegetarian options, which is advantageous. The Crown Café's outside seating is among its nicest features. It's a special experience to eat while taking in views of the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. After all the sightseeing, it's a tranquil respite. The food is of higher quality than you would find at a normal tourist café, and the prices are fair given the location. Crown Café is worth a visit whether you're in the mood for a full meal, a coffee break, or a quick snack. The experience of visiting Liberty Island is enhanced by this café. It's a must-see when touring the Statue of Liberty because of the excellent cuisine, first-rate service, and incomparable location!

This place was amazing! They have gluten free chicken tenders and fries! If you are gluten free you will love these tenders and fries, they were amazing! I loved their honey mustard dipping sauce and their signature sauce was great as well. The staff was super helpful and even helped me find their restaurant over the phone because the geolocation was off when I was using walking directions.

This place has gluten free bread made by an actual bakery, not from a package. It’s delicious. I got the BLT and what a treat to have a sandwich and not feel jealous of the gluten sandwiches!!! Great place to eat if you are gluten free- lots of options.

This cafe is great. It has clearly labeled vegan and gluten free items. We got the Not Your Every Day Nachos and the Vegan Poke Bowl. Both were yummy and the house made nacho cheese was especially good. They also had house nut milk for their Chai Latte. I had to get the lemon poppy seed muffin on the way out which was one of the most moist gluten free baked goods I have had. You order at the counter and they give you a number to bring to your table so you can choose where to sit. They have free Wi-Fi if you want to bring your laptop and work. The bathrooms are clean which is always a plus. There's one single on the first floor as well as gender neutral stalls in the basement.

Excellent spot so close to Bryant Park, we went because my mom is both gluten and dairy free and it was so nice being able to pick anything on the menu. We got the veggie bolognese pasta and the curry rice dish. The veggie balls were also phenomenal! Everything was fantastic. The only negative was their iced black tea tasted like really bad city water. The iced tea/lemonade mix was... better. Overall, definitely go for the food and get a glass of wine with it 😉

Uva Next Door I have to recommend that everyone goes and eats here if you are in NYC! They have dedicated gluten free kitchen appliances - I just had: Eggplant and whipped ricotta Tuscan Kale Salad Margherita Pizza Diavola Pizza Cappelletti (made in house) with Pesto Sauce Branzino with quinoa salad Cheesecake and a chocolate cake 10's across the board!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing staff too!

Pregnancy Craving Fulfilled — GF Bagel Heaven! I came in with a very specific pregnancy craving—a gluten-free everything bagel with egg, cheese, and pastrami—and they nailed it. It’s SO hard to find GF bagels, let alone ones this delicious. They also had a great variety of gluten-free muffins, cookies, and snacks, which was such a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and their iced coffee hit the spot too.

Pleasantly surprised I love a good burger, but I have to have a gluten-free bun, and prefer sweet potato fries. This place delivered. Everything was fresh, gluten-free bun, toasted, sweet potato fries tasted fresh 10 out of 10 would recommend Music was slightly loud, but I’d still come back
