I’ve eaten here safely 4 times with celiac (very sensitive to cc) I love the wings, fries, and fried Brussels! Can be a longer wait for a table but worth it for the extensive gf menu and safe prep.

It was very loud and it’s a pretty tight restaurant. I have a severe allergy to gluten and I explained this to my waitress, as I needed accommodations for my meal and their allergy-friendly menu was the entire reason I went. My waitress, Edna, was very kind and understanding, but when I got my meal (the burger), it came with fried onions which were not gluten free, and it also had a hair. I was quickly given a new meal and it was delicious, but my initial impression does not make me want to return.

The food was pretty if not very good. And the atmosphere was good. But the service was absolutely terrible my mom is gluten and dairy free and she asked for a plain burger and a flat bread with out cheese and the poured lots of cheese on everything. Then the dessert took 1 hour to come out for some thing that isn’t worth the wait

Season's 52 has a nice array of Starters, Soups and Salads. They offer Gluten Free, and Vegan Dishes. They offer a complete Kids Menu, and they offer Sides to share.
For my Entree I ordered their Caramelized Grilled Sea Scallops- comes with Risotto and Broccolini. The scallops were cooked perfectly and very tender. The risotto had tons of flavor, and the broccolini was delicious.
My friend ordered Wood Grilled Kona Crusted Lamb Loin- It came with roasted asparagus, Yukon mash, and herb butter. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her meal.
My other friend ordered Cedar Plank-Roasted Salmon-Norwegian salmon, French green beans, Marble potatoes, Dill-mustard sauce. The presentation was lovely, and she too loved her entree.
Since we were celebrating both of my friend's birthdays I decided to order several of their Mini Desserts- with an assortment of flavors. It's just enough to satisfy anyone's sugar craving.
I definitely recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I recently came here, both gluten free, and from the start of the experience we were asked if we were gluten free. This was so the chef knew to make us GLUTEN FREE BREAD to start with!!! It tasted house made and there were 3 different kinds. We were so impressed as this was such a special touch to the meal to make us feel included. There are plenty of gluten free options here and as someone with celiac, I didn’t have any bad reaction after eating here.

My sister and I were in Cape May for the day. I have celiac disease and she has alpha-gal syndrome (the tick transmitted red meat allergy), so we were looking for someplace that was both vegan and gluten-free. I found Good Earth Organic Eatery on the Atly app. The menu included fresh fish, vegan, and GF options. Mostly everything was either GF or could be made GF. All of the desserts were vegan and GF. Everything was delicious. We will definitely go back. The waiter did tell us the restaurant is seasonal, spring through fall.

My daughter got the rigatoni a la vodka and loved it. I got a gluten free pizza which is where it fell apart. I’m always grateful for a gf option, and I am used to paying an extra price for having a dietary restriction despite it not being a personal choice, but an extra $6 for a soft floppy pizza seems wild. And the soda was flat.

For celiacs specifically. Very pleased. Called in advance if accommodations for those with celiac (gluten free) are made. YES! So booked a luncheon. Waitress was attentive and well educated...didn't have to explain preparation to be separate from cross contamination.....
They have a designated fryer too. Felt "safe" eating there and not getting sick. Food came out seperate from rest of my guests, was very tasty and nice ambiance. So grateful for this option!

I have uncontrollable ice powers like Elsafire from the full fortresses (severe asperger's, it feels like that). I went here with my maternal grandfather for Father's Day and it was a very nice dinner and the food was delicious! I had an ice cream that was gluten and dairy free and a delicious freshly squeezed lemonade as well as some nice lemon water and a goat cheese pizza. The only thing I didn't like was there was no family restroom for him to wait right outside my door and hold it shut so please consider adding a family restroom to accommodate certain people's needs but luckily other people were at the dinner my mother and my maternal aunt were there to do that but please do create a family restroom for those who have special needs because a woman can't go in a men's bathroom with her grandson with ice powers and a man can't go in a women's bathroom with his granddaughter with ice powers. 😞 My ice powers are a special need and they need that specific accommodation. My cousin was adorably sharing her dairy ice cream with me. The food is really good here and I really enjoy it at Red Bank. I highly recommend Pazzo because the food is very tasty and they have a beautiful screened in lanai and I LOVE eating here!! I will be coming back here with my maternal grandfather next time I visit him!! Grandpa enjoyed his food as well. 💜 I loved the ice cream and food here was delicious. You should move to Dunedin, Florida. I think that would be very nice. 💜

I was excited to see the transformation from its previous life as a bank is astonishing; there’s no trace of its former identity. The decor is thoughtfully curated, with unique accents and an inviting ambiance. The standout feature is the large, central bar that serves as the restaurant’s focal point. Upstairs, the additional seating area is ideal for hosting a larger group. offering a more private and cozy experience.
As for the food, there were clear winners and a few misses. The Brussels sprouts were a standout dish—perfectly crisp and full of flavor and the squid ink pasta was another highlight. However, the meatballs didn’t quite meet my expectations and are something I’d skip next time.
For those with gluten sensitivities, Wood Stack is accommodating, offering substitutions throughout much of the menu. I’m looking forward to returning and exploring more of their offerings.

Honestly I’m not sure where the good reviews are coming from. The food was okay… it was flavorless and the same for their drinks. Not sure if we came on a bad day, but I would not return. You’re paying a large amount for mediocre food. Not worth it. Plenty of other restaurants with better food.

Went on a Monday morning (holiday) around 1045am, so it looks like we just missed the morning rush. Had a table available immediately and service was fast (can't judge during peak times).
The menu had a wide variety of food (including a separate vegan menu and a lot of gluten-free options). The food was good (had the southwest breakfast wrap, Spanish scramble, and just the two eggs order.
We brought a toddler (19-months) and they had a kids menu and high chair, and didn't bat an eye when we walked him around a little when he was sitting too long.
Would definitely come here again!

Server messed up order and he tried to explain it look like we ordered the wrong thing. My daughter has Celiac and did not feel comfortable eating there as nothing in menu even remotely offers gluten free items, server says " Are you just not hungry". It is not your business.Know your place. Needed separate checks and he stated only 2 could be done. Such bull. There were 9 people in the party. Brendan, If you are busy and cannot handle a 9 top, state that. You clearly did not do steps of service. We had bread plates at the table and you did not bring over bread. Nor did you refill water without being asked. You were friendly but you need to stop taking tables if you cannot handle them. We were very limited on time or we would have our right meals made for us. Time to update the dated Restaurant a tad. The 1960s are calling and would like their uniforms back. Hideous.

We found this restaurant on a whim after being rained out at the Phillies game last night. I was craving wood-fired food. I Googled and came up with Speranza. What a gift! This restaurant is decorated, clean and welcoming. But the food ... I wish I could give it more stars!!! My husband got the crab and tomato bisque soup and we both got gluten-free pizzas that knocked our socks off! So good! We live about 20 minutes away but will definitely be back to try other entrees. The drink menu is impressive as well and our waitress could not have given better service. Affordable pricing. Excellent!

My husband and I went for my birthday weekend in Cape May. We do not normally get to eat out because I am allergic to so many things and I get sick so I am very serious when I say this is a great place to go . I had a strawberry and walnut salad ( I am not allergic to tree nuts) and I added grilled chicken( gluten free ) and it was so yum! Greens were nice and green and strawberries fresh! We had a lovely waiter who was kind and helpful.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, as it is not something I enjoy doing and I like to give the benefit of the doubt. However, this experience was probably the worst I’ve ever had at any restaurant. To start, we asked for our wings to be extra crispy, they were not crispy at all. In fact, they were on the soggy side. We were more than willing to overlook this, not a huge deal. We asked for ranch dressing for the wings. It took 25 minutes and asking three times to finally get the dressing. When we ordered our food, I made it clear that I had a gluten allergy and asked what my options were as far as sides for my sandwich. The waitress was very unsure so she said she would ask the kitchen and get back to me. There was zero communication about it after that. After 20 minutes of her walking past us, we had to stop her and ask her what my options were again. She said that I couldn’t have fries so that she told the kitchen to just give it to me with the potato chips that it comes with. So we then asked if the potato chips were gluten free, again she was unsure and said she would ask the kitchen. Once again, no communication for 20 minutes. We stopped her again and she said that they were also not gluten free. I came very close to being exposed to gluten and served potato chips, had we not asked again. She then said since I can’t have fries or chips that she told the kitchen to not give me anything on the side. Never mentioned or offered a side salad, which was gluten free. I had to ask for it. This side salad came out immediately, well before my meal came out. The sandwich barely had any chicken in it, it was dry, and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. I was blown away at how terrible the service was and I will never be back to this restaurant.

I went to Cuzin’s for a birthday dinner, we sat in the basement which had a nice ambience. I have celiac disease, talked to the waitress about it (I believe her name was Caitlin..she was fantastic! she knew everything about the menu and exactly what I could and could not eat). Although they don’t have a dedicated gluten-free fryer, they did have gluten free penne pasta. There were some dessert options as well (which all sounded really good!).
I ended up eating the brussel sprouts, bacon appetizer, and ahi tuna tower. My drink was fantastic as well. I didn’t get sick, so I’m really pleased with the experience and thankful for their ability to accommodate being gluten free.

We first shared the calamari which was gluten free then for our entrees I got the fried eggplant and the watermelon burrata salad and my husband got the swordfish. All the food was delicious!! Me and my wife got married at the hotel and we were excited to have our second wedding anniversary dinner at the salt restaurant inside the LBI hotel. How’s diagnosed celiac disease the year we were married my wife called the restaurant and asked said they had gluten-free options and they said they did. When we showed up at the restaurant and looked at the menu, it did have a lot of items listed as gluten-free when I asked the waiter if he could double check that the french fries were gluten-free even though they were labeled on the menu you told me they were cooked in a shared fryer with other gluten items. I was very disappointed that their gluten-free menu was very misleading as that could make me very sick given that I have celiac disease. When our food came out, the presentation was nice, but the serving size was very small compared to the price. This was a huge disappointment to me and my wife And tell The portion sizes and menu is fixed. I don’t see us coming back to dine in the restaurant in the future if you have celiac disease, please double check with your waiter if you eat at this establishment to avoid getting sick. The picture below was the fingerling potatoes and filet mignon. The portion was very small for $68.
