Always fantastic food and friendly service! Online stuff needs work though - online ordering perpetually says "coming soon" and the website menu is often out of date. But I'll give them a pass for that because the ability to go to a restaurant as a celiac and safely order anything I want off the menu is so fantastically wonderful I can't take a star off for such a small oversight.

Wow! We are completely in love with this place! We stopped by for Father's Day because my husband is celiac, and we were so thrilled with the experience. First of all, we absolutely loved that they have separate fryers, and had already heard great things about the care they take with gluten-free food - they did not disappoint! There were so many amazing options. I’m now officially obsessed with their Beet & Pear salad, I was literally texting my friends while eating it because it was that good. My husband had the gluten-free chicken burger, which was super flavourful and perfectly crispy. And our toddler had the gluten-free chicken fingers and mac & cheese, she can be a picky eater, but she gobbled it all up! To top it off, we had the London Fog Crème Brûlée - not only was it delicious, but the portion was huge! We loved the whole experience and will definitely be back. I wish I had snapped a photo of the salad, but I did get one of the crème brûlée!

Absolutely some of the most delicious food I had in my life! I had the Mexican street tacos, which was not a big portion, but the flavour was immense. I travel a lot and this place is outstanding, I will be back bringing 10 friends! 🤩🤩🤩 I only wished I had eaten here before so many times! Gluten-free by default and lots of dairy-free options. I even had room for delicious gluten-free dairy-free fried plantain for dessert with agave syrup subbed for the chocolate and whip. Yummy!! 😋 No wonder they won so many awards!

So happy to find gluten free options. Raspberry cheesecake was good. Nanaimo bar was flavourless. When I was young they had a barely-sweet, chocolate graham cracker base, custard buttercream layer (sweet) and real semi sweet chocolate on top. Now, everywhere not just here, they have no contrast, every layer is sweer, no custard taste and the base is greasy like a keto fat-bomb. Curious if this was a change to the original recipe or new style of Nanaimo bar?

Small town diner vibes. Celiac friendly restaurant. The fryers are naturally gluten free. I got the fried chicken sandwich with slaw and it was stunningly good with a surprisingly very good ciabatta like gluten free bun. Lots of gluten free options on the menu too. This will be my main stop through Pemberton from now on!

We always come here when we are in town because they are so good at dealing with our celiac kiddos. Our server, I think Dexter, was fantastic and attentive. Highly recommend a visit. The huevos rancheros on the brunch menu were excellent.

LOVED the food here! I am celiac and they were able to really cater to gluten free options. I got the beef taco bowl with the dirty rice and it was delicious!! I also didn't get sick so I would reccomend this place to other celiacs. Our server was really lovely and friendly, and she helped to explain the menu and how different items could be altered for me. I didn't get her name, but she is from Germany and I'd love for The Taco Club to know what an excellent job she does! Highly recommend!!

Excellent servers, so helpful and friendly! Our daughter has Celiac and enjoyed the steak and chicken fajitas - they were very accommodating of her allergy and said that almost all of their menu can be gluten free! Everything was delicious!

El Taquero recently catered our wedding. They were absolutely incredible in all aspects. They had an exceptional team during the lead up to the event. On the day of they were extremely organized, personable with our guests, and the food was AMAZING! They managed allergies and took great care with my celiac disease. Celiac Safe meal from Tacofino. I had the Grilled Chicken Burrito Bowl w/ corn tortillas on the side. Such a filling meal! The wait was about 20mins, so make sure you order with the estimation of waiting for food ☺️☺️ amazing and would come back again!

My fiancée and I have been here a few times with our Rottweiler and we’ve always had a great experience. Especially today…we came with our dog and it had rained recently so everything outside was a bit wet, and we didn’t want to impose but we asked if we could sit outside with our dog. Staff immediately made sure to dry everything, and gave us BLANKETS! Our server was super friendly and made great recommendations for my fiancée as she has a gluten and dairy allergy. The TOMATO SOUP was the soup of the day and it was AMAZING! Both vegan and gluten-free. It should stay on the menu. She also wanted a warm drink but couldn’t have the hot chocolate cocktail on the menu, so our server made her a special hot cocktail and she loved it. I forgot his name, but his service was top tier! We’ll always come back and continue to recommend it to our friends. Thanks Trading Post!

Affordable, fast, and pretty healthy. I would not consider this authentic mexican food, but the food quality is solid for a subway-style chain. They have a QR code displayed for the allergens menu, which is very convenient for someone with a gluten allergy like me. The service was very good when I visited. Classic burrito chain restaurant atmosphere.

First time at this specific Barburito location and it was great! Got a gluten-friendly wrap with chicken and a couple of other wraps—everything was fresh and full of flavor. Was in Port Mcneill for a night and decided to go to Devils' Bath on a whim for a drink. We walked in and I grabbed a menu out of habit. I was splendidly surprised to find out that they have a very allergy friendly menu. They can accommodate gluten free and vegan. It's hard for me to eat at restraunts usually but I could eat here! So we did, haha. The staff were hilarious, superf riendly, the beer good and the tacos to die for!
