Food was decent. They take celiac/GF very seriously and did a great job with that. Almost everything could be made GF. But as far as how good the food was it does not compare to other places in the area. You will have a good meal just not a great one.

Delicious burger! This quiet outdoor courtyard was just a pleasant bonus. They have such variety of gluten free options. They also have vegan and vegetarian options for those interested. Our server was attentive and offered lots of extras. We took her up on a few.

Wow, can’t recommend enough. A fantastic and separate GF menu that was virtually the same as the “normal” menu. This place was very busy and can see why. Superb.

Definitely recommend. We (family of 4 with 9yr old coeliac) had lunch here and it was excellent. 100% GF with a good variety of dishes that catered for everyone. We had a great mixture of traditional Tuscan food and food that appealed to the children too. Great service and the best GF bread we've tasted too!! 5 mins walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli.

First, let me say the food was amazing. Lots of normal and particularly gluten-free options for my wife. The restaurant was a very good size with an outdoor space despite the small curbside footprint. One thing that really turned me off about the attitude of the waiter; when asked if my wife and I could side side by side, the waiter said it wouldn’t be possible as we would need a 4 person table. Normally I’d agree, but showed up right at opening and the restaurant was empty and remainder virtually empty the entire time we were there. Not impressed.

A lovely spot for a relaxing sit down dinner after a day of wandering around Florence. I got the Cinghiale in umido alla maremmana con polenta ai funghi porcini (wild boar stew with polenta) and it was delicious! Another AiC certified restaurant.

Great gluten-free lunch! For those who are celiac I recommend this Aic certified restaurant. The entire menu is gluten-free! Even the pizzeria. We ate fish, both appetizers and first courses were really good. Prices are normal, highly recommended!

Really amazing glutenfree croissant I never had before within now more than 10 years with coeliac disease (Zöliakie): so fluffy (fluffig), freshly-baked and Even with different flavours (plain, pistaccio/chocolate creme and more). Beside there are a lot more tasty options like focaccia or you can also order pancakes for breakfast. Everything in the bakery is glutenfree with normal prices without extra charges and so a real dream became true!! :-))

A good menu of traditional Italian food but they were also very willing to accommodate our daughters request for a more simple pasta dish. Would def recommend visiting here and their bakery, Il Carrettino - a great selection of delicious freshly made 100% GF bread, pastries and lunch snacks.

Before I went to Italy, I thought it would be a shame not to be able to eat pizza or pasta due to my gluten intolerance. But I was pleasantly surprised many times. At San Domenico, I was able to enjoy pici. They served it with gluten-free bread and beer. I was so impressed, and so impressed by the friendly service, that I went back for lunch the next day. I've never had a gluten-free pizza of this quality before. Wow! Eduardo, my host, was extremely attentive. I initially had a table outside. When the sun started shining too brightly in my face, he repeatedly asked me if I wanted to move to another table. Normally, you don't like doing that because you then have to clean two tables. Great! I can't confirm the long wait times mentioned in the reviews. Firstly, I was on vacation, and secondly, I enjoyed the view of the Medici Chapel. Everything was perfect, and I would gladly go back!

We were totally impressed by this store! The selection of gluten-free products is truly exceptional; you rarely find such a variety. We were particularly impressed by the fresh focaccias and croissants; they were wonderfully fresh and delicious. What we were particularly pleased about was that they even had refrigerated products, such as fresh gluten-free tortellini and other refrigerated goods. Unfortunately, we couldn't take any of these with us because we were driving and it was very hot that day; the products would have gone bad on the journey. The lady in the store was incredibly friendly, took her time, and responded to all our questions and requests. She even gave us tips on where to find certain gluten-free products in Germany. The prices are really fair in comparison, and the selection of alternative products is impressive. A highly recommended place for anyone who relies on a gluten-free diet – or is simply looking for high-quality specialty products.

We were there last night for a dinner for two. The reservation from the site, which lets you choose the table and also the time to go, is very simple and convenient. The confirmation of the reservation arrived quickly. As soon as we arrived in the room the waitress was kind and friendly. We had already said in the reservation that one person was celiac and as soon as we arrived they brought some warm gluten-free bread of excellent quality. We ate an appetizer with cold cuts, cheeses and tomato bruschetta (the bread was also warm and gluten-free). After that we had some tordelli, a Lucca specialty (also available GF), delicious! Having said that I would gladly go back as the food was fantastic and they are very attentive to the needs of the customer, both in the room and for dietary regimes. Congratulations!

Delicious ice cream, and all gluten-free!! In our case, we chose Fior di latte and tiramisu, the latter very soft, which allows it not to become “heavy”. The wafer is delicious.

You really eat like a god. Focaccia, pizza, Spinsa... everything is gluten free and if you didn't know it you wouldn't have noticed. Everything is genuine, even the desserts are gourmet, better, tastier and lighter than you can imagine!!!! Fantastic experience! I really appreciated the philosophy behind this place, everything homemade, zero miles, eco-sustainable and above all suitable for any type of diet. Even for celiacs and lactose intolerants, the options are really good: vegetable cheeses, gluten-free tortelli with a vegetable cheese filling, AMAZING gluten-free bread (all homemade by them). The jams were also very much appreciated, the pear one was special. Beautiful location, friendly staff and fast service.

Nice place, apart from the room with the stage and the music at full volume, luckily they didn't put us there but in another nicer and quieter room😅all in all the food was good, the pici all'aglione and the pizza were good, even the gluten-free one, but the service was really too slow. Waiting 1 hour to be served (with the excuse that they also do takeaway) is really excessive.

The bakery has a seperate case for gluten free items- some pastries and mini sandwiches. I got 2 pastries and they asked if I would like any filling: you can get it plain, chocolate, pistachio, jam, etc. I got one chocolate and one pistachio. Both were delicious! Limited table space but I didn't have to wait too long for a seat.

I often go to Marameo, I really like the large, spacious environment with helpful and attentive staff. The thing that I found changed lately is the gluten-free pizza, I think something has changed and it is definitely not as good as before!!
