My family and I just move to Tennessee from Florida and it was hard for us to find a 100 percent dedicated gluten free bakery until we found this gem. The bakes good were amazing and my wife had a tuna salad panini she devoured in seconds lol, the atmosphere was great and customer service amazing.

I have a gluten allergy, telling workers I have a gluten allergy to this day makes me nervous. I'm always scared they will be super annoyed, and who could blame them really? But at blaze they are always so chill about it. They have never made me feel like they are annoyed and they always are super kind about it. That means alot for me, it takes a huge part of the stress of eating out with a gluten allergy away. I ordered gluten free pizza to go, and it was very undercooked. The gluten free pizzas are also baked with all the others, which defeats the purpose for those with allergies. The restaurant was also very dirty. One restroom was out of order, and the other was absolutely filthy. I would not order from here again due to cleanliness issues and poor food quality.

Woman scooping ice cream was awesome and gave me tiny spoons to try all the gluten free choices. Ended up getting Cadbury Creme Egg (good, with a few too hard chocolate bits), and goat cheese w strawberry (I think. Which was really excellent). I wish I lived closer.

I liked outdoor seating, except one too deep chair set. Really pretty great, and a nice hangout.

Our server Kay was awesome and the food was delicious. We had a vegetarian person and dedicated gluten free person and both were accommodated well. We will definitely be back.
The menu is labeled falsely in regards to allergens. Many items are marked vegan and gluten free, but are full of both allergens. One of the staff members/ cooks was a very kind and understanding lady. She was the highlight of the visit. However, the cashier was very rude and did not care about the important discrepancy. I would recommend that others with food allergies, like myself, avoid Tazikis.
