The service here is incredible and the staff are very knowledgeable on gluten free meals and how they adapt their menu to fit GF needs. If we were staying longer Iβd be back here for breakfast again!

Very nice dining atmosphere at this venue and there was an acoustic music gig as well on Halloween. There's a gluten free menu too which is great. Overall, the service was very friendly, especially from Mallory the waitress who served me. The shop could be stocked with a wider variety of souvenir items though.
Renowned for its exceptional seafood and a unique order-ahead system, this spot guarantees a fantastic dining experience with a lively atmosphere.

"Gluten free" fish and chips made my husband whezz and cough, obviously not gluten free π‘. Long wait time and mostly batter, small fish. Β£25 for suppers, and an upset stomach. No thank you, won't be back.

Adapted gluten-free breakfasts, without contamination. They give you gluten-free bread if you want and the menu says what does NOT contain gluten. Celiacs, you can have breakfast in peace, my celiac wife was not contaminated.
Modern vibe with great seating, an upstairs bar, and standout dishes make this spot a must-visit for any food lover!

Pizzas were really nice and having both gluten and diary free options is fantastic. Only downside was the miserable woman taking the orders, no manners no friendliness just made us feel like an inconvenience to her.

Chloe, Kirsty and Alice were very helpful and accommodating. We had a coeliac member in our party and we were informed very well what could be gluten free. The food was outstanding and drinks were great - especially the razzle dazzle mocktail. Thanks for a great night!

Really delicious food. Accommodated for coeliac and had gluten free burgers & buns. Staff were very helpful and friendly and showed me allergy table for the menu to be clear about what did/didnβt have gluten.

Myself and two pals were looking for a meal following a tour of Holyrood Distillery and were lucky to pick tapas3 from a google search. The food was excellent as was the service. Two of us are coeliac and were delighted to find that the majority of the menu was gluten free.

Been three times in the last 4-5 months, each time the food has been spot on. Food comes quickly and on the table is a variety of well stocked sauces.
The most recent visit and it looks like the menu has changed to be a lot easier for coeliacs to see what they can have (probably 75% of the menu!).
We had nachos which are banging, a burger with a gluten free bun and the brisket.
The only negative is that on all three occasions the brisket has been significantly different in texture but still delicious.
Awesome cocktails and a lively vibe make this spot perfect for a fun outing while you soak up the ambiance of Bristo Square.

As a coeliac, it can be really scary ordering food as you are never sure if you will be really ill for days afterwards. I've just had the best experience with the lovely manager of the Silverburn branch. Its so good to speak to someone who understands how important it is to get it right. I wish every experience was like this one. Well done and thank you again x
Upon entering I asked for a gluten free menu for breakfast and was told limited options, I asked for a main menu and they said they dont do that till 12pm. Asked for a veggie breakfast to be told none of it was gluten free. Staff rude and told me there was no need to behave like I was as i pulled a face at being told no options available for me. All and all unhappy experience would not recommend breakfast if you have dietary requirements.
After a long journey, you'll find a welcoming vibe, quick service, and a memorable atmosphere that makes for a great experience.

Our server Kirsty was fab, multiple allergies and everything taken in to account. Fussy children, balloon swords and bears! Food was delicious, service was excellent. Great night out with family.
And the pecan pie was vegan and gluten free π

What a great place!!!!!! Admittedly I prejudged the place as it looked too "chainy" and didn't think it'd be good. Thanks to a work lunch I've been introduced to this place, and it's great!!!
There are loads of options and filling combinations available -which are REALLY delicious!
I look forward to going back and trying need things.
You basically select a main, add a filling (or two) and then lots of different toppings!
Even better; there are gluten free options available; rice bowl and nachos
Staff were absolutely lovely, down to earth, friendly and helpful
Freshmex started out in Aberdeen and this is their next branch, great to see!
I'm a new fan now and look forward to my next visit
Price wise I think it's good; ~Β£12 for nachos and a drink.
If you have allergies be wary. Both me and my friend are coeliac (cannot eat gluten). Manager was clear with what can be eaten however our order was taken wrong and we received the wrong food. After this was sent back and we got the correct dishes (which took an hourβ¦), we had our meal which was okay. Sadly, we have both had contamination issues since. Would not recommend for people with dietary restrictions/allergies.
No draught Peroni anymore and when I was given the alternative bottle of same, discovered it was Gluten-free. There's a worrying trend of venues on the west coast of Scotland deciding for whatever reason to stop selling draught Peroni and it makes me sad
Very tasty and generous portions, manager was happy to help us with gluten free options, really nice service and decorations. Looking forward to going back soon!

Finding somewhere to eat with a Coeliac can be challenging, so we looked up the menu and allergen information before we went. My daughter was excited to see on the website that she could have a burger with a gluten-free bun. She was given a book with all the allergen information to use alongside the menu, which was really helpful. However, when she ordered the burger with gluten-free bun, she was told that they never have the gluten-free buns at the restaurant. She was disappointed but opted for the hunter's chicken with mash instead.
I ordered steak and the steak itself was beautiful - a good size and cooked perfectly for my taste. It's a shame that the peas that came with it were inedible as they were far too overcooked.
The food was good overall, but the toilets need a refresh and some toilet roll. It was also disappointing to be sat in the family dining area as our children are mature teenagers, though on the plus side it was quiet because we were eating later and for most of our meal we were the only table in that part of the restaurant.

Very disappointing! After asking for gluten free, the lady behind the counter took the point to joke about this, then went on to get the order wrong, even though I had only asked for a plain cheese wrap. I was then given the plain cheese wrap only to discover when back in the car the wrap was not gluten free! Shocking experience, and left feeling embarrassed as the counter was very busy with customers.

Lovely menu with most dishes gluten free. Very amiable and attentive staff.
We went on Saturday prior to a matinee at the Tron Theatre so had the pre-theatre menu which is very reasonable. Music is played at a suitable volume to allow you to chat without having to raise your voice!
Ideal location for the theatre too.

Good dining in experience with a nice view of the Britannia, very nice waiters & good service. Atmosphere was pretty quiet which my brother and I liked. Very broad menu options to choose from with gluten free & vegetarian options. Definitely worth the visit !
We booked TGIS for the reopening night after COVID_19 myself and the group have all been key workers throughout the pandemic we were really looking forward to a great night.
We arrived at the restaurant and was took straight to the table we orders our normal drink Wich is peroni we were told they had no peroni on tape due to covid we asked for bottles. The bottles arrived to find they weβre gluten free we were not advised off this.
We then asked for the other beers they had on tape to he told we are not offering draft at all again very disappointing he then brought bottles of a different beer I was drinking myself so asked for draft coke to then be told they had run out this was the first night of them opening !! Again very disappointing.
I asked for glass bottles of coke to Be told there was none available I ended up drinking lemonade in the end we orderd food that was a challenge in its self to be told we canβt do this we canβt do that ect ect aging all down to covid ??? My friend wanted the tomahawk steak to be told our butcher is closed due to covid but they had other meat available on offer all very miss leading and concerning.
When the food did arrive it was bellow Average and very simple aging disappointing for a first restaurant experience since March !! One of my friends had a sirloin steak it was like rubber we sent it back to receive yet another steak the same.
The attitude from the staff and the manager on shift was nothing but unprofessional rude and to be honest They did not care.
I then reported this to the website to then get a call back from the general manager the fowling night and to be honest she came up with an answers and excuses for everything.
I have worked in Hospitality for May years and it was a complete. Disaster from start to finish no offer of a return visit at a discount or anything!! Itβs safe to say we will not be returning to TGIS again Wich is disappointing as we went nearly twice a week
Found this place by a google search & took a chance when out a family trip to Deep Sea World. We were impressed by their menu & that they can cater for Gluten Free & Dairy free! Result! Burgers & chips were amazing! Staff were so friendly & helpful & advised us of other MJ restaurants that were local to our hometown. Great food & service all round and great value for money. Highly recommend!

We had the meal for two takeaway (Β£22.95 August 2023) and we were definitely not disappointed. Loads of food of extremely good quality. The large lumps of chicken and lovely sauces (none too overpowering) made for an excellent meal. The kitchen even put what was gluten free and what wasn't (my wife is gluten intolerant) on ever dish. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant looked very clean and comfortable. If we visit this area again we are definitely going to order from them again. Thank you.

Food was delicious, great gluten free options, Iβm coeliac, i cant have wheat/gluten and have to be really careful with cross contamination, the staff took the time to explain everything on the menu, they even changed the fryer oil to allow me to have pakora with no contamination. Will definitely be back!
Been coming here since it opened. Great for a quick but filling meal. Menu informs you of what's vegan, gluten and dairy free etc. Love the spicy sauces they have. Service always been quick and staff friendly. Ordered through deliveroo as well and always arrives on time and hot! Good choice of Mexican juices. Definitely one the best restaurant/takeaways and a must try if you live or are visiting Aberdeen!
