My wife and I absolutely love coming here, and it has become our favorite Thai spot. The service here has always been amazing, we've always been taken care of, and they're always friendly. The food is always spot on in terms of presentation, flavor, and variety. The one thing I will call out is that some of the prices don't make a lot of sense. My wife, who has a gluten allergy, always gets the pineapple fried rice with beef which ends up being around $20. Which is quite pricey for fried rice of any kind. My normal go-to, panang curry with chicken usually runs about $16. Although, it's been a fairly minor concern in our overall experience with this location. Again, we love this place and suggest you give them a try.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars for the service alone. We came for my wife’s birthday and I was skeptic since it’s a chain but the food (lo mein, fried rice, Changs chicken, firecracker shrimp, shrimp dumplings and chicken lettuce cups) was top notch. Full of flavor and they catered to gluten sensitivity well! They even surprise us with a dessert for my wife and it wasn’t too over the top embarrassing. Best of all, our server Yas was the best. She was knowledgeable, kind and really catering to my family. Extremely impressed and will be back.

We ordered for take out some gluten free sushi and a seaweed salad. Eveline was our server. The sushi was fresh and I was thankful that they went the extra mile to make it gluten free for us. Also Eveline provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

So glad we decided to try this restaurant! Gluten-free and Vegan options that catered to our entire family! Delicious food and the staff were delightful, which made the experience even better. We loved the water station options, hot, cold-flat and cold-bubbly.

Sushi is great! But psa to anyone who has a gluten sensitivity, this is not a safe place to go. I enjoyed everything and the bartender was nice but I got really sick after eating here. Not bashing the place at all, just want to save someone else from the same thing!

Our family loves eating at Konnichiwa! The food is amazing and they are able to accommodate a gluten allergy which has been such a blessing! The staff is always so friendly and attentive. Yogi is so kind and always calls us by name. Our children beg to eat at the restaurant and we also often enjoy getting take-out. Both are great! Highly recommend!

Stop by the Red Bowl Asian Bistro for dinner. A large capacity restaurant with ample seating, friendly staff and delicious food. For our visit, there were not too many seated patrons, but they were doing a brisk take out business. This could, however, be due to the early nature of our dinner, which was 5 PM. Our waiter was Samy and he was very good. Very attentive, checking back frequently and making sure our drinks were full. In addition, he was able to accommodate our meal request. For our meal, we started with a cucumber roll. It was excellent. Our entrées were black pepper chicken, Hunan beef (we had them substitute beef for chicken) and chicken fried rice. All were large portions, so much so, we have enough leftovers for lunch the next day. I will mention, that unlike some Asian restaurants I go to, the dishes were not over salted which is fantastic. Additionally, the menu is extensive and has lots of options for vegetarians and gluten-free. So great food and great service. A winning combination. We will be back again.

This restaurant is a very well maintained restaurant. The owner is nice and so are the staff. Love how the menu lets us know what food is gluten free and peanut free. Jay was my waiter and he was very nice and made sure we got everything we needed. Would recommend!!

My husband and I are vegan and Greenville doesn't offer a lot of options for us so we were both thrilled and delighted to have discovered Lieu's! Not only can they pretty much make any dish vegan but their portions are HUGE, unlike some other places where I leave still feeling hungry. Staff is super friendly and the owner completely understands what vegan actually means and has educated her staff that no, fish sauce is NOT VEGAN nor does it mean we can't eat gluten. So vegans of Greenville, if you're tired of overpaying for a salad or sick of beyond burgers, please come check out Lieu's Chinese Bistro!

Taking a couple stars off because my order has been shorted the last two times. First I paid for extra chicken and received brown rice instead, but I didn’t make a big deal of it—mistakes happen. Tonight I paid extra for extra shrimp for my spicy mango shrimp and was shorted those as well. After driving 30 minutes home and realizing the mistake I called and was told I would have to bring my food back in to prove it had been shorted. Don’t pay $3 for shrimp or chicken—-you won’t get it. Our favorite restaurant in the greater Greenville area! They make the BEST gluten free cuisine! Our favorites are General Tso Chicken, Spicy Mango Shrimp, and Pad Thai, but their gluten free menu is quite extensive and there are many dishes we have yet to try. I have celiacs and have never had a gluten reaction eating here in the two years we have been dining at this specific location. I’ve been eating here for 2 years and never had this issue until the past two weeks, the orders have always been correct.

This was our first time at Wicked Tuna and we already can’t wait to go back. I have been gluten free for about 4 years and that typically means unseasoned protein and steamed vegetables when you eat out. Everything we ordered was amazing and so flavorful! They even had spicy mayo, and gluten-free Soy sauce. The surf and turf was awesome, and the steak was incredibly tender. My husband had shrimp and grits, which he reported to also be great. We had the Oysters Rockefeller and a specialty tuna roll both if which were great. We will definitely eat here again!

Called ahead to ask for a gluten free menu. They didn't have one (around 12pn), we showed up to our reservation at 530 to gluten free menus and several staff communicating and checking in on us. recommended for food and allergen safety ~ get the truffle edamame and the nigiri chef choice!

A great place for authentic Chinese food. GF options are listed on the menu and are cooked separately. I called before going in and they were very helpful and understood celiac. They do not have GF soy sauce, but you can bring your own in. My dish was fine without it.

Great fresh food! There are ample gluten free protein choices and base choices. The sauces for GF are either sriracha or GF soy sauce or wasabi which is good, but I would so love to see a ginger soy sauce gf option. Still it is clean, bright, friendly and tasty.

We came here for my birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! As self proclaimed foodies who raise and grow most all of our food, this meal was outstanding. I ordered the crab-stuffed flounder special with a grit cake. I will be thinking of thinking of that meal for years to come. It was absolutely perfect. The flounder was rolled with a very generous amount of crab inside. The delicately fried grit cake was like nothing I've ever tasted before - light and satiating but substantive. This was, by far, the best dish I've had at a restaurant in years. Simply delectable. My dining companions' meals were equally as incredible. Plus, the chef was easily able to accommodate my celiac friend. Really an outstanding evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Two members of our party were gluten-free and they were able to accommodate in the hibachi dinner. The gluten-free people enjoyed a miso soup and the chef used gluten-free soy sauce and cooked their food first. The Yum Yum sauce and the ginger salad dressing were also gluten-free. The only part of the experience they weren’t able to enjoy was the ginger dipping sauce. The group got filet mignon, shrimp, steak, chicken, and calamari and all enjoyed their proteins.

We stopped in for dinner on a Wednesday thinking it wouldn’t be busy. It was & the volume level was high (lively & fun). I know some people enjoy that hustle & bustle, but it was a tad too loud for us. However, it didn’t hinder our experience. We were pleasantly surprised they had happy hour drink specials. We had zero wait & our waitress (Michelle) greeted us promptly. I have to give her two snaps for how amazing she was. Just one word of warning - on the gluten free menu, the Spicy Salmon Bowl does NOT list spicy mayo in the menu description. There IS mayo in the dish. I have an egg allergy & cannot eat anything with egg. Luckily, Michelle whisked away my meal & quick as lightening brought back a bowl with no mayo. My husband enjoyed the Kung Fu Crunch roll immensely. Michelle, you are a fantastic server, thank you so much for making our meal perfect. If management sees this, give that woman a hefty Christmas bonus.

Celiac Safe- Gluten Free- Allergy Friendly The waiter was super knowledgeable on all allergies. He even printed special menus for a nut and gluten allergy. The GF Shrimp W/Lobster sauce was delicious! Drinks were also very good:)

I have a gluten allergy and rely on reviews when traveling. We tried calling in an order, but couldn’t get through so we went in to place a pickup order. I’m glad we did because this was the best Thai food I’ve had in years. The spiciness scale was 1-5. I ordered the yellow curry with tofu (level 3 medium) and it was the perfect medium spice. We also ordered a large shrimp tom yum soup (level 4 spicy) which was perfectly balanced for sweet, spicy, sour, salty. My husband got the beef pad Thai and said it was the best he’d ever had.

Good quality sushi. Great on accommodating gluten allergy. Only complaint is portions are small. Islander Roll, for example, was only 5 pieces but a more expensive roll. I would disclose that on the menu for those who are more hungry.

The food was great, and the atmosphere was delightful. However, it was chilly inside, so we opted for the more comfortable outdoor seating. The waitresses seemed rushed and strained to be polite. They would quickly check if we needed anything but then hurry off right away. They offered a Gluten Free menu which was nice.

I have celiac disease and I have to adhere to a strict gluten free diet. As we were sat, our server asked if anyone at the table had any food allergies. Although celiac disease isn’t an allergy but an auto immune disorder, I raised my hand and told him no gluten for me. He informed me that the only salad dressing I could have was shrimp sauce. He also said that I would be given steamed rice and my food would be prepared first. Additionally, if I would bring in an unopened bottle of GF soy sauce next time, they would prepare the food with that for me. He didn’t mention anything about the soup containing gluten, but I ate it and had no reaction. Salad was ok too. I ordered the mahi mahi and the chef prepared it as he started the vegetables and before he used any sauce. He asked if lemon, salt, and pepper was ok on my food and I said yes. He served me my food, and then continued to prepare for the rest of the table using soy and teriyaki sauces. My food was delicious and definitely gluten free. My husband had the Yakinuku and said it was delicious. Our chef and server (I think his name was Rob) were very attentive and entertaining and even did a fabulous job at calming a young boy at the table who initially was scared of the fire at other tables. He was clapping by the time our chef used fire on our table. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for food is because the restaurant did not have GF soy sauce, but I will definitely bring a bottle next time.

Just had the good fortune of ending up at Akomeya late this afternoon. We were looking for something off the Island and different and we found it! Both our entrees were delicious, menu options are vast and service was excellent by everyone we met. "Shorty" even assisted w/the difficulty of gluten allergy restrictions, which was most important and very helpful. It was a nice quiet spot and yet the contemporary design and atmosphere made me feel I was in a well appointed, hot new City spot. A welcome change for these two pandemic weary, Chicagoan foodies. The food was not very good. My meal tasted pretty bland and my husband was extremely salty. Our server was new and was not knowledgeable about the menu. My order came out wrong the first time, and I was very concerned with cross contamination(having a gluten allergy) However, the manager did come over, apologized, then personally fixed my order and ensured my food was safe for me to eat. He also comped one of our meals, due to the inconveniences that occurred which was very kind of him.

We had a fantastic lunch. They were really helpful with managing multiple allergies (dairy, soy, gluten) for one of the people in our group. They were very careful in prepping in a clean area, separate from potential allergens. Our meals were amazing - sushi was so fresh and they had endless options to choose from.
