Apparently I’m not a fan of gluten free bread and pastries. Things tasted dry, we’re crumbly and just lacked the texture I am used to. Flavors were ok, I’m sure it’s a wonderful place for those with the dietary restrictions.

I met Virginia of Epic Magazine there. She is gluten intolerant and I am aiming towards a gluten free lifestyle. Unfortunately I do not know the cashiers, server, or clean up persons name. However her customer service was superb, our food was delicious and I liked the cleaner minimalist look. Came back a second time and bought the gluten free breaded chicken fillets. Excellent and for two people quite a few meals, plus quick and easy.

Lovely little place in downtown SB that you'd never know was gluten-free if you didn't ask! Food was delicious, and they clearly put great care into their decor, tableware, and other accents. Save room for dessert, if you can!

I don’t understand how they’re still in business. The service is decent, but the baked goods are terrible. I tried them years ago when there were hardly any gluten free bakeries around, so they were a decent option considering there was almost nothing else available, but after all these years nothing has improved and there are far better options out there. The frosting is awful and they really need to develop a new recipe. The cakes are dry and just don’t taste that great. One of the items i got was so disgustingly sweet I had to throw it away after a few bites. Everything is completely overpriced especially considering how terrible they are. I’ll just keep going to Modern Bread and Bagel and Kirari West because Erin Mckenna’s is not worth it with the quality of their recipes

Small coffee shop. Sells vegan and Gluten free coffee and treats! Right across the Safeway here. Everything is delicious. I would highly reccomend the Dever cupcake for any sweet tooths out there. And if u love your vailla, you will love it more. The cake is very moist and delicious. Its not at all overpowering with vanilla cake and frosting. 😋🫰🫰

Absolutely loved everything here! The sweet employee suggested trying the breakfast burrito and she was SO RIGHT! As someone who’s had celiac for 15+ years, I haven’t had a decent breakfast burrito since my gluten eating days and this one was definitely worth going back for an I live about an hour away from Alamo/Danville. Obviously the gf cupcakes were amazing too! We got strawberries & cream and cookies n cream!

Okay but why are these so dang good??? I was craving donuts at 1am and decided to search San Diego on Google maps for some Gluten Free options and I am SO HAPPY I found this place. I made it just in time before they closed and asked for the surprise me special. Every flavor option I got was to die for. Crunchy, yet soft donuts, delicious flavors and will be my new cheat sweets 🤤 Free donut as you walk in and the prices are very fair and manageable I believe the strawberry one was my favorite but also can't go wrong with powdered. They were devoured in 10 minutes. The two ladies working at the time were so friendly and explained the menu to me and all the options available GO HERE NOW and try out these donuts I PROMISE they will be better than you think! We need to talk about the outstanding quality that this bakery is pumping out, all in the name of gluten free goodness. My experience started with an instore visit while I was in LA for what needed up being THE BEST gluten free bagels and donuts I’ve ever had. The customer service was on point and the goods delivered. I live in Seattle so I resigned myself to it just being a special treat when I visited LA. But luckily for me they deliver. Getting fresh baked goods send by mail is always tricky but I was relieved to see they knew how to package and seal their goods so they arrived in flawless condition. So I’m living my best life here eating the delicious challah, donuts, cheese buns and bagels like I’m the king of the gf universe. Go and give them your money, in person or on their website because life is too short for crappy gf baked goods, and we’ve all had plenty of those.

I love this place so greatly, when I lived downtown I would eat here on the regular. The best thing is it is very inclusive of most diets and has a pretty nice selection of vegan and gluten free items, including at some times of year seasonal cakes and pies.. yumm.. However, today in summertime, their were more choices in the salad and entree bar; including some delicious looking pasta salads, and did I mention how high quality all the ingredients are? Today I kept it simple, and got the gluten free vegan snickerdoodle cookies. They are like puffs of sweet satisfying heaven. I can have few with a small latte and just allow my mind to travel and vacation for a moment. The latte which I had for their, in a cup, making it all the more cozy was divine. Steamed well as for the almond mylk, and had a lovely sweet nutty flavor to the espresso. Very quick service btw. Thats the beauty of this place is you can go and get a latte and nosh, or an entire meal and perhaps some wine.. I will keep coming back and have heard the best things about the owner, thanks for such a delectable space🙏🏽

I stopped here this morning just to get some GF food. I have never been here before and heard about it from a coworker and wanted to try it. The bakery is inside of the Polenteria restaurant (see pic for guidance to the entrance). The closest parking is the lot surrounding Victory Lane. I was able to find a spot when I arrived around 11 am Thursday even though it was fairly full. I checked the restaurants menu when I got home and found out it had an 'entire gluten free Italian menu'. Now I have to go back for dinner sometime. I got a 3 pack of Jalapeno bagels for $12, 2 large cookies at $5 each, and a brownie for $9. It was pricier than another GF bakery I had recently visited in another town.
