We eat at Grindhouse about twice every month, and keep coming back for the consistently-good food. They get popular & sometimes you’ll need to park down the street to hike & might need to wait. But the food/service is great, for both dine-in and takeout. Be sure to try their App for pickup/takeaway orders
My partner is both gluten free (Celiac) and vegetarian, and I LOVE that she can have an Impossible Patty with GF bun while I chow down on a double cowboy style with extra Grindhouse sauce. (NOTE: They have a shared fryer, so she avoids the fries & onion rings because she’s super-sensitive … but she’s never had any tummy problems from the GF bun & impossible patty).
This charming spot blends industrial chic decor with cozy, farm-to-table vibes, featuring a beautifully decorated section and a dog-friendly outdoor patio. It offers an exceptional gluten-free menu with many choices, making it a standout for those seeking Celiac-safe dining in a welcoming atmosphere.

Great food & service. One of the only restaurants in metro Atlanta that offers Celiac safe gluten free dining.
Numerous recommendations - Small Plates- Pimiento Cheese Fritters, Fried Green Tomatoes, Calamari (A+!)… the house salad is fabulous, & even moreso topped w/grilled shrimp…& their cocktail, the Nectarita is divine.

Absolutely one of my favorite places in ATL to eat! The Unicorn wings are my favorite, but I haven't run across anything on the menu yet that I haven't been thrilled with. Service is always friendly, smiling, and quick with a drink refill. The atmosphere is a little in the dark side for my taste, but ... I'm also not usually watching the sports screens at the bar- which is why I suspect the lighting tends to be lower. Overall, this place has everything, including gluten free options. Would definitely recommend

Stopped here for lunch during our bus tour. Wow, it was really good. My wife had the crystal shrimp salad sandwich (got it gluten-free; loved it) and I had the fried flounder reuben (so, so, so good). It was a great meal in a cool place with some history.

One of our favorite local spots in Atlanta! They make delicious food, that also happens to be primarily gluten-free! We’ve enjoyed their GF fried chicken, frito misto, burgers, amazing Brussels sprouts, and of course, the cookie skillet (also GF). Epic cocktails as well and an excellent selection of bourbons. We’ve even gone on night for cocktails, Brussels sprouts and a cookie skillet. Also, don’t miss their new speakeasy The Subway! (Built into an old subway store that used to be next door). During store hours you can go through a book case inside, but later on, you have to go to the back door (there’s a red light - kinda creepy - but super fun place!

. I ordered the seared mahi mahi in grits. My friend ordered the flounder in salad. Both of our fish were way too salty as well as the grits. Kids meals were delicious according to the kids. The food here is amazing! We stopped while traveling back up North after seeing some glowing reviews for their gluten free menu. It's always a struggle to find a place so accommodating while road tripping. My husband said the GF pizza was some of the best he's had. I was won over by the fact they do half & half pizza. I also saw great reviews for the garlic knots and WOW. Little clouds of heaven. My daughter just woke up from a nap and she was cranky... they brought her a pizza dough to make her own pizza, I've never seen that before. It cheered her right up, and when she dropped it on the floor by accident they kindly brought her a new one. Great service to boot! This will be a regular stop for us.

There is a really kind buff dude with a long pony tail of dreadlocks that has been super awesome about greeting us both times my husband and I ate here. This is such a cute restaurant in the heart of midtown. They have indoor, patio and upstairs seating. The food is amazing! I had the lobster bisque to start then shrimp and grits. Yum! They have meat, vegetarian and even gluten free options. Prices were resonable and our service was quick! Note: there are only 3 unisex bathrooms so be aware if it's busy when you dine you may need to wait. There's a parking deck near by within walking distance but be prepared to pay (like with any place in atl) not sure if they have validation. We weren't offered any but didn't expect any either. It didn't take away from our experience. Would still highly recommend.

Visiting from Utah, first time in Atlanta, we stayed a week and this was the best meal we had the whole trip. I have celiac disease and we travel frequently and it’s always a struggle to eat out. The the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy my meal. They gave us a complimentary appetizer and made something gluten free for me so I didn’t feel left out, the waitress Johnette was SO nice, she went over the gluten free options and the chef ended up coming out once I ordered to clarify what I was ordering and what he could substitute to make it gluten free. Everyone was very accommodating. The manager also checked in several times. Food was amazing and so were the desserts! Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

This was an amazing find in Thomasville, some of the best cheeses I've had in a long time. We got the charred brussel sprout and artichoke dip which was my highlight, super creamy melted cheese with the salty brussel sprouts on a crunchy crostini. That set the bar high for the rest of the meal, but nothing disappointed. I loved the homemade fries with tons of dips (the ranch was my favorite), the real cherry coke and shirley temple, the philly cheese steak, and my companions got the pimento burger which was also delicious, of course.
The dedication to gluten free options including true homemade gf burger buns was truly impressive as well! More restaurants should be taking notes.
I also want to shout out our server Melissa who welcomed us to Thomasville and Sweet Grass and told us all about their history and what was best on the menu. Thanks for being so welcoming.
I highly highly recommend stopping by anytime you're in the area, even just for a single bite!

Had pasta bolognese with gluten free noodles last night, and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. This restaurant and all other Pocano locations are not celiac safe. They do wipe down the counters and they do change their gloves when making the gluten-free pizza however they do not put any paper or other protective barrier between the bottom of the gluten-free pizza and the bottom of the pizza oven. This leads to direct cross-contamination and will be a problem for those suffering from celiac disease

Flying out of ATL weekly has given me the time to figure out the places I like to eat and the others I stay away from. One Flew South was always my go to for food because the food is quite good, from the sushi to the smash burger with fries. Unfortunately, the last two visits were miserably with service. From the host being rude because I didnt want to sit at the bar and then seating two groups that walked up after me, to the server rolling his eyes at me because I asked if something was gluten free and then couldnt have the courtesy to say anything after I said thank you and that I hoped he had a good night. I ask for very little because I have both worked in the restaurant industry and currently train people on customer service/experience.
Even though the food is good, I dont plan to go there again due to service alone. Hopefully management can work with their staff to create a better experience for future guests.

Seated quickly. Nice family atmosphere but good adult vibe as well. Sat outside in this wonderful GA weather. Cold Beer and water was at the table by Andrew in two and two😜. Had the wings appetizer and it was great with the house BBQ sauce and blue cheese. Large, saucy crispy wings! I was at 5 stars already but then the pizza came. The photo says it all. It was a little different as it’s Chicago style. More a pie crust than a gluten heavy pizza crust. I did see other pizzas with the traditional crust so don’t let it hinder you from this place. Great sauce, pepperoni, onion and pineapple pie. Not bad price but not great. Everything out is a little more nowadays. Guys, I felt this place was unique, different and absolutely worth the visit. I’ll came back and I do recommend.
Expect a lively atmosphere with great vibes, where clean surroundings and responsive service make for an enjoyable dining experience.

Red Robin was one of my go-to places to get a gluten free burger with confidence. Too bad there isn't one near me in Statesboro, but when travelling, I always look for one. The one on Washington Road in Augusta turned out to be no exception. Good food and great service is a staple. The only mark on a great experience was being sat in a crowded part of the restaurant instead of where there appeared to be many open tables. We had diners to the front, back and side with one large table occupied by two screaming kids whose parents and abuela were obviously used to it. Everything else was perfect.
