This was a lovely surprise! On our way through Nashville, We held over for a night just to try out this gluten feee bakery! And boy are we glad we did!! Delicious sweets! French crueller, Boston creme, pop-tarts, cinnamon rolls, pretzel bites, oatmeal creme pie, scones, apple fritter and more! For savory the had a chicken sausage, egg and cheese biscuit! Delicious! They are only open three days a week. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So plan accordingly. Also, it appears that they take holiday breaks too. At 30 day increments. So make sure that they are not closed if you are planning!!

Very good dinner at Sixty Vines Monday night. The menu clearly identifies a large variety of gluten free options and the staff did well in asking about dietary restrictions. Had one of the best filets I’ve had in a while, along with a few vegetables on the side. Nice (but pricey) wine selection too. If you’re eating on broadway you’re likely going to have to spend a bit, but this is a great spot to treat yourself!

Our server Kaylee who was also the bartender ( we sat at the bar) was sweet, very knowledgeable of the items and how they were cooked. Oh, and made a mean strawberry margarita and Jack and coke! The food was absolutely mouth watering and the gluten free selection is out of this world! I know it’s a picture of half my burger but I forgot to snap a pic before devouring into it. If you are in Nashville and want a great burger and have a gluten allergy THIS is the place!!

Put name on waitlist before going it definitely gets busy. We ended up sitting at the bar had Becca as our bartender. It was so nice we came back the next day. We had gluten free egg scramble with fruit. Cinnamon French toast and shrimp and grits . Blackberry smash and cold vanilla brew with almond milk.

This place is amazing. They offer vegan and gluten free options!! The vegan pancakes were delicious and my boys loved the regular buttermilk pancakes. The service was also great. Everyone was so kind and attentive! My son loved cooking his own pancakes!

Food was great but the gluten free buns fell apart so ask for a lettuce wrap but that didn’t stop me from finishing the burger. Delish! Pak was a great server and very attentive. Music and atmosphere definitely gave us a taste of Nashville on our layover.

One of our favorite spots to eat in The Nations! The American Breakfast with a Cuban coffee is my favorite, and their gluten-free biscuits are surprisingly delicious. The service is outstanding. Always friendly and attentive. A great dining experience here every time!

Had a very good breakfast here. Service was great and the waitress didn’t hesitate when I asked for gluten free options and recommendations. The gluten free pancake was fantastic and had a nice rise/fluffiness to it. I also had eggs with sausage, hash browns, and a side order of some special bacon. All in all a fantastic meal. A little pricey but the price suited the quality of service and food.

Made reservations.it was not too busy.service was wonderful.celiac friendly . We had Frenched chicken breast very strong on the ancho glazed but chicken cooked perfectly. Grilled filet mignonette was overcooked but more because I said medium instead of medium rare.

Incredible food. Helpful waitstaff. Pleasant, fun atmosphere. My girlfriend is gluten free and tries to limit dairy. It was easy to have a great GF meal, and their various sheep and goat milk/cheese dishes made it super easy to go low lactose, too. She’s very sensitive and says this is the best dinner she’s had in years. The portions were appropriate for the richness of the food, and we tried almost everything on the GF menu and both left satisfied (and pleasantly surprised by the bill). The pastel de chocolate was a delightful dessert, too.

I was visiting the area, and a friend of mine recommended this place. The staff provided great service! I ordered the gluten-free nachos-everything was good, except the plant-based chorizo was a bit salty. To be fair, they acknowledged it and only charged me half, which I really appreciated. Great service overall!

We go to Ted’s every time we make a trip to Nashville. The bison burgers are always delicious. My wife is gluten intolerant, and they offer a gluten-free bun that is quite good.

We ended up at Urban Grub after finding out the wait at a nearby breakfast spot was 2.5 hours for 2 people- yikes! Whisper was our server and she was amazing! So personable and sweet. She was also able to help my celiac friend navigate the menu and even offered options for substitutions. My friend ordered the shrimp and grits which was FANTASTIC. I ordered the Oscar Bennie which was OK. The crab comes cold and on the side, which was odd, but the crab was tasty nonetheless. The hollandaise was flavorless, although it was advertised as being “citrus”. I got it with a side of Gouda grits, which were so yummy. Overall, pretty happy with our experience! And kudos to our server, Whisper!

Gluten Free lemon Blueberry Pancakes and the salted Carmel coffee. Typically I don't eat or drink this much sugar - but it was sooo worth every sip and bite. It's not a quiet atmosphere, waited about 35-40 min for a table which is pretty average for Nashville. Definitely will return.

GF eater here. I love that Mitchell Deli hasn’t changed much over the years. It still has the same hippie/Asheville vibe it’s always had. They use quality ingredients and smoke their own meats, which makes the neighborhood smell delicious. Since going gluten-free, though, I don’t enjoy it as much. The GF bread is just bad—so dry it ruins the rest of the sandwich. (There are GF local bakeries doing decent bread, guys!) If you have an allergy be sure to ask for it cold (they use shared toasters), or getting just the filling in a box is an option too. But in the past 6 months, 50% of our takeout orders have gotten my order wrong. Last week I ordered the Pacino, which is basically a turkey sandwich with pesto. The pesto is amazing and makes the sandwich. Mine came with balsamic and no pesto. Stuff like that, where you don’t even discover it until you’re home and you’re stuck with the wrong sandwich, leaves a bad taste in your mouth. But man, when I wasn’t GF, it was the bomb except for the occasional burnt toast.

Every time I order from Them the order is wrong. This time though takes the cake. So I ordered A Cobb salad and the lettuce looks horrible. But the worst part is my burger. I got a Royal Robin With a turkey patty with fries and the egg over hard on a gluten-free bun because I have a gluten allergy… They didn’t give me a gluten-free bun. They gave me beef instead of turkey, And they gave me salad instead of fries, which is crazy. The wild thing is on the ticket. Everything is correct, but they made the burger wrong. It is Charlotte Pike, so if you know you know. I’m trying to stay classy with this.. but it actually gets worse. I called up there to tell them about the mistake they made, and the first person hangs up on me. I call back then all of a sudden somebody has a very strong Accent . Then they hang up on me when I asked for a manager. I’m at work and I had ordered the food for me and my coworker so she calls up there three times and asked for a manager all three times gets hung up on.

I came here for breakfast before heading out to ride bikes. I love that they are open early... I also love the vibes! It's a cozy cafe with real people and vibing playlists. The food was excellent and since it rained when I planned to go ride (yeah I didn't check the weather), I stuck around and wrote for a while. I felt so comfortable and at ease in this warm, inviting space they've created. I have dietary restrictions (gluten) and they were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Come check it out!

My late lunch at Etc. was perfection. The ambiance and service were exceptional. As a foodie with severe gluten and corn allergies, I was thrilled that the staff ensured almost any meal could accommodate my dietary restrictions. Everything was flavorful and delicious. There isn’t much to the menu but the burger was one of the best tasting burgers I’ve ever had! It was seriously so delicious. My celiac daughter had a burger with the gluten free bun and loved it as well. The fries weren’t anything to write home about and I didn’t eat most of them. The drinks (alcoholic) are really expensive, so probably not somewhere you’d want to do a lot of drinking if you have other options.

Didn't even offer the "juice" as I was ordering. The sub was filling. It's great that they have gluten-free bread. It would be a positive review if the bread wasn't super dry and since there is an additional charge the option to make half the sub with regular bread if customers are splitting a giant could have made it better. Just felt overall disappointed.
