Literally heaven for celiacs💞 they have a department dedicated only to gluten-free desserts, fresh desserts, of their own production, something that has never happened to me in a bar, where I usually find the usual packaged biscuits. I took the pasticciotto, a chocolate croissant and another sweet with Nutella and smarties, it was all delicious, truly exceptional. Furthermore, the owners, Danilo and Paola, are two ultra kind people, very cute, they even gave me a t-shirt as a gift, which was super appreciated 💕

There is care in everything at Gouterie, and in everything there is a pleasant surprise. You will be amazed by the mastery of the pastry chefs in producing crunchy sheets and very light sponge cakes, tasty creams and the right balance of aromas. The focaccia will leave even those who loved it before discovering they had celiac disease and were forced to give it up for a long time speechless (eager to be filled again). The rustic ones, the onion calzone are always pleasant. And beyond the counter, a friendly staff capable of guiding you through the store's varied assortment. It is a place where it is always worth returning, even for those who live far from Bari like me.

The girls are very kind, in fact always willing to let you try something new gluten-free that they prepare on the spot or just to try and then choose. It's not for everyone, actually. Fresh weekend pastries, which always dry out. Always excellent.

My friends and I stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Hospitality and education were the fundamental pillars of our experience with the staff. The menu offers the customer the opportunity to choose between several very attractive dishes, which certainly will not disappoint you. Furthermore, it is possible to eat their sandwiches with the gluten-free formula in order to accommodate those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. The environment is calm: you can consume both inside and outside. The only flaw for those going in a group is that the place has adopted a policy whereby separate accounts cannot be made. Lastly, to my displeasure, two extra covers were added to the bill but we noticed this when we had already left the restaurant. Despite this, I would like to recommend everyone to stop by here. ❤️

I admit my lack, many years in Salento and only last night I was in this restaurant despite having 'passed over' dozens and dozens of times. Enchanting place, impeccable service with a smile, good food and a fair price. A detail that doesn't hurt if you are informed and prepared about allergens or intolerances (my wife has celiac disease)... several dishes are already gluten-free, then they have (packaged) SG bread and even fried SG fish (very good) in a dedicated fryer. Of course we will return.

I have been a regular customer for years now, I wouldn't change it for anyone in the world, in addition to the high quality of the products and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff employed, it has the great advantage, compared to its rivals, of having a vast choice even for lactose/gluten intolerants. Positive opinion, even if I prefer a more Easy atmosphere. I didn't really understand if it was actually a formal place or if it wanted to appear so. Location on the pleasant terrace (the same fryer visible at the entrance is also worth considering). What we got was well made, some mix-ups with the bill, but resolved without a hitch. The arrival of gluten-free bread was much appreciated due to the presence of a celiac at the table. Some types of pasta are available for intolerance.

A beautiful discovery! I celebrated my graduation here. The owners are extraordinary and very kind people, they even prepared a cake for me at the last moment (requested for lunch that same evening). The appetizers left us speechless, due to the imagination of the dishes, the presentation and their goodness! The first courses have unique and truly high-level flavours. The ingredients are excellent. The mixed grill was also enjoyed by many guests. Furthermore, the natural wines offered on the menu are one better than the other. My sister who has celiac disease was so happy to be able to eat whatever was on the menu! Well done!!! I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice culinary trip!

Finally, after decades, I was able to taste a real pasticciotto from Lecce worthy of the name and designed for us who are lactose intolerant! We had lunch at Crianza on Easter day. Even though we hadn't booked, the staff welcomed us with enthusiasm and was ready to satisfy our every need. Giorgio, together with the other waiters, guided us in choosing the dishes which, in fact, were better than each other. We tasted the specials of the day: Tris Sea Tartare and Paccheri Filled with Creamed Cod, what can I say SPECTACULAR! Furthermore, for those intolerant to lactose and gluten, there are also dedicated options for desserts (what not taken for granted even today). I tasted the Artisan Ice Cream Pralines. Tasting of three flavors of ice cream covered in dark chocolate: Marzipan, Orange Dark Chocolate, Dried Figs and Cupeta were superlative! The alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were also carefully crafted and were excellent. Delicious! Gluten free / senza glutine pasta on request for any of the pastas listed on the menu! Allergens listed on menu. I had the cacio e Pepe tuna tartar - delicious! I thought it was an odd combination, but word so well together. They had gluten free crackers complimentary with the meal. Staff were knowledgable. Seemed like a family run business. Friendly and accommodating staff. Was a lovely experience. Would 100% recommend!

Very popular place but, in my opinion, very overrated. We booked a Saturday evening (very windy) for a dinner with friends. The idea was to have a place that made pizzas and also first/second courses. The presence of gluten-free products (especially pizza) is essential. For this reason we called in the afternoon EXPLICITLY asking for the presence of gluten free products before proceeding with the booking. We booked because they reassured us about the presence of these products. When we arrived at the restaurant we asked for gluten free products and, in summary, we were told that they cook the pizza in the same oven as the classic pizzas, that their pizza is simply a Schar base and that they therefore do not recommend it for those with a high level of intolerance (I didn't know celiac disease had levels, but okay). When I point out that we called precisely to ask for this information I am told "eh but on the phone you have quick conversations, you can't give all the information". I briefly analyze the food: cold appetizers eaten on the fly (not even a small plate on which to place the fried foods and chips, which have to be eaten on the fly), the pizzas overall good, the main courses good. I don't judge prices. My score is the result of the frightening and extremely annoying superficiality in the management of reservations and such important issues. I would add that I asked to use the receipt lottery for payment and the person at the checkout, very annoyed, entered the code which then did not appear on the receipt or even in my personal area.

We had the beef pistachio tartare, gluten free orecchiette and the rabbit with pistachio panna cotta. I can’t complain about anything. It was the best dinner we’ve had in Italy thus far. The waiter also had red wine recommendations and an Amari recommendation that were both fantastic although strong 🥴😂
