The perfect place to have or take a good chocolate with churros, both gluten-free or normal, everything is well organized for take-away orders or eating at the premises, the staff is very kind and friendly but the most important thing is that the gluten-free churros are delicious, they taste just like the normal ones, you can't tell the difference, we loved them, it is a must stop in the center of Madrid.
Highly recommended ⭐️

I had breakfast several times and the pastries were very good, but I bought 2 torrijas to try and it was a big disappointment, very hard, I called to say so and they told me that the bread is like that, I've been celiac for 20 years and I can assure you that if they are soaked well in milk they don't have to come out hard.
Thank you and greetings.

Very good place to eat with the family and suitable for celiacs. They have a lot of variety and everything is very delicious, plus they are medium-large sized dishes. The place is small but cozy, it's worth it.

We went with a gluten-intolerant friend and there were several things I didn't like. But the worst was the quality of the matcha and chai tea, they are powders that, apart from tasting very artificial, do not feel good. I expected a little more quality in a place like this.
A chill spot with a cozy vibe, this bakery offers a classic menu and is perfect for enjoying treats without the crowds.

The price is expensive and the service is slow and I won't say borderline, but it is lacking in friendliness. But yes, the chocolate palm trees are delicious (€3.95). It's not that they are good for being gluten-free. They are the best I have ever tried in my life.
A haven for those seeking tasty options, featuring a cozy vibe with mouthwatering sweets and delightful drinks that keep visitors coming back.

ALL gluten free and very delicious!!! For celiacs it was a salvation when they opened it years ago and they have improved the taste of everything and it does not seem to be gluten-free.
Tucked inside a department store, this cozy spot surprises with city views and a unique selection, though it's a bit small and prices can be high.

Unpleasant staff with their treatment of customers. They told us that we couldn't sit down, even when we told them that we were going to sit separately... We were 9 clients, including two with celiac disease. FATAL. We will not return.
A hidden gem for sweet lovers, offering a delightful variety of freshly made treats with great care and affordable prices.

First time I go with the family.
We have ordered batons, chocolate and coffees and I have to say that the only one with celiac disease was me and everyone else's impressions of the batons have been great. Incredible flavor and texture.
Finally, after many years, I have been able to eat some delicious porras, and delicious hot chocolate.
We will return.
Of course, I also took a bar and a croissant to continue enjoying their products.
A hidden gem with an irresistible selection of pastries and cakes, known for its impressive textures and flavors that delight everyone.

A wonderful discovery. A friend brought me there, and I was delighted with the place. The entire bakery is gluten-free, and there's a huge selection, perfect for those with celiac disease. There are vegan options. I bought the vegan chocolate muffins and a loaf of bread, both of which were delicious. I'll be back again. The service was exceptional; the waitress is very friendly.
I highly recommend it.

It becomes complicated having a lot of intolerances to be able to eat sweets that I don't prepare at home. The muffins and cookies they have are spectacular, very successful flavors. Not all of the menu is gluten-free but it has a lot of variety. Of course, if you are celiac and also have a nut allergy, keep in mind that many sweets are made with almond flour. Honestly, in the heart of Madrid, it seems like an ideal cafeteria. They also gave us some cookies before we left (it was a nice detail). I recommend the banana peanut muffin and I will return! Of course, the air conditioning was too high and I had to wear my jacket all the time. But this cafeteria is a success. The staff is 10 and so are the products they offer. The price is not bad considering that it is in the Tribunal area.

All their gluten-free products are spectacular, I have only recently known them but I have already placed several orders. From the loaves, the sliced bread and the coquitos... everything is excellent. 100% recommended.

Madrid, full blackout (Monday, April 28, 2025). Supermarkets closed tight and I was unable to buy food for my celiac daughter. I went there and what was my surprise that the saleswoman DIDN'T WANT to serve me because she didn't know what her manager would say if she sold me 1 loaf of bread. Paying her in cash, I didn't try to make things difficult for her... The owner/manager never showed up and I tried again 2 hours later. Thank you for NOT SERVING ME, neither me nor the other celiacs who left the premises in amazement (because it was open, which is the curious thing), thank you for NOT HELPING and above all thank you, because like me, I am sure that you have lost clients that you have not thought about or shown solidarity with. Being celiac is not a choice.
Incredible!!! I will never return again!!!!

My favorite cafeteria in Madrid. The food is always delicious and the dishes are original and tasty. The coffee is one of the best I've had in the city.
They almost always have space despite being a small place. I recommend going early in the morning if you don't want to wait (10-15 min).
They have gluten-free bread and many sweets available. Many dishes can be adapted for celiacs and others are directly gluten-free, such as pancakes with bacon, blueberry jam and mascarpone (highly recommended!).
Tortillas of all kinds, the chistorra one is very rich and juicy, the Cabrales croquettes are very good, and almost everything is gluten-free, the waiters are very attentive and professional, the bathroom is clean.
This spot offers a cozy winery vibe and a variety of delicious options that everyone can enjoy, making it a must-visit for all!

Great service, especially from Francisco, who always explained the wide range of foods they could adapt to gluten-free. In my case, I ordered a gluten-free Milanese, and it was spectacular. 100% recommended for its quality, service, and price. We will definitely return.

A very spacious place, with beautiful decoration. It has an extensive breakfast menu, including gluten-free breakfasts. The coffee is very good and we tried the acai bowl and bluberry chia-pudding and both were very good. And the price is also very good. You order at the entrance, where they give you the coffee and a sign and the rest is brought to your table.

An Italian restaurant with good service and decent food. We were served with kindness and our dishes were delivered quickly. The restaurant isn't very large, so it's best to book if you want to secure a table. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and clean. They have a comprehensive menu for gluten-free guests.
Famed for homemade treats that invoke childhood memories, the warmth of the owner, and superior bread, this spot's sure to warrant return visits.

Bread that you fall in love with, from its smell when you toast it to its flavor and texture. Cookies are from another planet. And with the ginger or chocolate cookies you lick your fingers. They took me off gluten for a while and Miguel gave me options according to my tastes. Even if I go back to gluten one day, Sugureta will stay in my life!

Terrible experience. I arrived and they charged me twice for my coffee (until I reported it, they didn't say anything). A coffee + avocado toast was €16. A completely outrageous price. After charging me twice for my coffee, I asked for a gluten-free avocado toast (€12). I'm celiac, and they brought me the toast with regular bread. I told them I wasn't happy, and the owner of the establishment took the coffee out of my hand, took the toast away, and kicked me out (literally, to the astonished looks of the other customers). I asked for a complaint form, as usual, and they denied it (this is completely illegal), telling me, "Call the police, and when the police come, I'll give it to you."
I've never experienced such a horrible situation. I had a meeting and had to run, but of course, I'll go back to the police and do the appropriate thing.
A real disgrace.

One of the best meals we’ve ever had, from start to finish the food was simply incredible. The service from Manuel was even better, a true gentleman who guided us expertly and elevated our experience to levels beyond expectation.
My parter is gluten intolerant, and had the best bread of her life, as well as everything perfectly labelled on the menu - it helped her immensely.

I really wanted to go to brunch and I loved it. The food is very delicious and has gluten-free options. The sourdough toast is spectacular and the golden beat is one of the best. The place is small but cozy and the service is very pleasant. The sweets are homemade and very delicious, I recommend the lemon and poppy cake. I will try Acai again.
