After the acquisition of the business to the new owner, things have continued to slide downhill. This place used to be my favorite however the new owner also does not have celiac and is not aware of the quality required to run this bakery correctly. They've been continually chopping the quality of ingredients and no longer use purity protocol oats as I've gotten sick several times now from them. Additionally, they have an Okay rating in terms of health and food safety after having some incidents.
Quaint and vibrant, this popular spot offers deliciously presented vegetarian options, perfect for a lively brunch or dinner atmosphere.

This was a truly amazing meal!! Fish of the day was Halibut and prepared gluten free. It was so good. My son had gluten free Fish & Chips - first time and is hooked!! We saved room for dessert of a cheesecake that is something we will get again this weekend! Of course gluten free!!
Amber was so kind and took great care of us! The place is cozy and great atmosphere!! We will eat again there soon.
**To note- my son and I both have Celiac Disease and had no issues. Truly gluten free!!

This place is OUTSTANDING. Who knew gluten free tastes THAT GOOD! My husband and I were blown away by the selection of goodies. We got a slice of death by chocolate cake, which was *chef's kiss* which we ate before our chicken pot pie was ready. We ordered a chicken pot pie but what we got was the pot pie, a roll, coleslaw and a little apple hand pie. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and inclusive. I also got the fresh squeezed apple juice which can't be beat. Go here, even if you're not in the area, go here!
ETA, we also took some goodies home with us
Highly recommended spot for its flavorful dishes, top-notch service and abundant beverage options; reservations are advised for the best experience.

We are Texans born and raised and was curious about the Mexican Food here in Seattle… we walked over to Cactus and we’re not disappointed! The service was stellar from the start, we were immediately greeted by the manager and walked to our table. We never had a moment of waiting and enjoyed the smiles all around! The vibe was nice and the food was good (I have a gluten and dairy allergy and they were accommodating). Must try (good margs)!
Expect a vibrant spot with a huge selection of sweet treats, a fun vibe, and quick service, perfect for those who love vegan options.

Fully vegan and gluten free. Everything was truly very good. One of our favorite plant-based joints yet. Convenient parking and access. Chill atmosphere. Not busy at all for 9am on a Sunday. Also great coffee and tea place right by it as well. Perfect stop for my family w/ 2 kids passing through town.
Experience an upscale seafood adventure with incredible flavors and a unique open kitchen vibe, though the residential setting lacks scenic views.

I do not recommend this place.
Food poisoning. No kids menu. Not accommodating. The waiter not knowing the difference between dairy-free and gluten-free. Unfortunately, that was from our experience at Rock Creek.
We dined with a large group (11 people) to celebrate a birthday/wedding. We were seated in a semi private area upstairs in a corner. Which was nice. I called ahead to ask if I could bring individually packed custom cookies as a gift for the couple we were celebrating. They informed me that it would be $3 per person to do that. Needless to say, we didn’t do that. So bizarre.
One family in our group had a small child. We were disappointed they didn’t have a kids menu. They offered pasta with butter or olive oil but then tried to sell us the sea bass. We asked if we could go next door and get a hot dog for the little one and they said no. We weren’t asking for much. Just something for the child to eat. The family ended up leaving our party, taking the child next door to eat first- then returning to eat their meal. So inconvenient!!
The child has food allergies, but the waiter kept interchanging dairy-free and gluten-free as if they were the same. It was really frustrating to be offered gluten-free food that has dairy in it, when we specifically said the child was ‘dairy-free’. Please educate your staff!
Lastly, a couple in our group ended up with food poisoning after the dinner and was out of sorts for days.
We will not be back.

My biscuit was great- so thankful for a good gluten free biscuit!! The sandwich was tasty and I wish I could grab these more often. Outside, you order at the window and wait for your to-go order. Not really seating- which I didn’t realize in advance.

Unfortunately while dining here I ordered a pasta and asked for them to make it gluten free, however once I received it the noodles were off so I made sure to ask again if it was gluten free in which he said “isn’t that what the menu says” (it said to ask for it to be gluten free) and he later confirmed it was not. He did take it off at the end of the meal and the other food like the artichoke was delicious, but this is a problem unfortunately.

Went for the first time and had a chicken sandwich on a (small) gluten free bun, fries, and a hard cider. Food tasted great! It'd be nice to get larger gf bread, but I understand that's not readily available. Can't wait to go back to try the French toast!
My southern raised partner said the Fried Green Tomatoes were some of the best he's had- the sauce was incredible!
Service was great, personable. Went on a Monday night, so it wasn't too busy.

DJ is so incredibly kind!
I tried 2 Gluten and Dairy free donuts this morning. Both were absolutely incredible. They are worth the price 100%. DJ is passionate about making sure people celiac’s and other allergies are safe. He uses dedicated equipment and even dedicated clothing to make sure our food is safe. He doesn’t use any artificial dyes! Amazing!
DELICIOUS!! Gluten free, vegan, and SAFE!
Ate the donuts before I could get a picture.
Today was my first donut in years. He gave me a fresh, warm vanilla donut with rainbow sprinkles right out of the kitchen.
He’s got some new products coming out soon, and we got so lucky to get a taste. Everything this guy makes is awesome!
Thank you, DJ!

I’ve been here several times now; had sit down breakfast, to go breakfast, and come for pastries. It’s so wonderful to see an ENTIRE CASE of gluten free pastries, all delicious and fresh made. They also have basic or fancy coffees (super good) for whatever floats your boat. The gluten free breakfast offerings aren’t many but they are clearly marked and really tasty. My bf and I had the gf breakfast poutine and gf salmon frittata, both yum! Service from everyone has always been friendly, knowledgable and prompt. As a celiac from out of town, when I find a place like this it becomes a must stop when I’m here. Keep doing what you’re doing!

This was the first time we went to this restaurant and I can’t tell you how lovely the experience was. The energy was calm and soothing, the music old cafe jazz, you could almost feel like you were in a French bistro hole in the wall except for all the Americana pics covering the walls. It felt like coming home. As a person with celiac there are precious few spaces that aren’t dedicated gluten free that are actually safe for us. This is just such a place. We will be going back regularly. Also, lest I forget, both my husband and myself had the Cascadia burger. I had the one patty because 2 is too much, OMG was this ever juicy - and fries!!! I could order great fries without worry 🥰 It was perfect. Thank you to whoever you are who put this place together. I felt cared for.

If I could rate this restraunt on a scale of 1-10 instead of 1-5 it would be a 10!!!
Let me list the amazing positives.
1: the crepes were huge, delicous, and stuffed to the brim.
2: the restraunt was the literally the cleanest restraunt i have ever been in.
3: unique menu and flavors.
4: incredibly kind staff, they were so flexible about my food allergies. They were also very positive and just nice to talk to.
5: gluten free options!!! Almost everything had a gluten free option.
I ordered the salmon Benedict and the s'moreo crepes. Delicious!
Obsessed with this place. Their gluten free fried chicken is the best gluten free fried chicken I've ever had - I honestly cannot even tell the difference and that's an incredible culinary feat.

Service was nice, coffee was good but to people who eat gluten free I'd skip this place. Got the gf cinnamon rolls and gf pecan muffin both were bad. I've had really good gf before and this was a mixture of dry with dense and bland, not good. Flavor was good on the muffin but it was so dry. The non gf items looked good but if you have a gluten intolerance or celiac I'd find somewhere else to eat.

I had the gluten-free waffle it was perfect soft and a little bit crunchy and they did not skimp on the raspberries on top. Berries spread was not fully of sugar and the berries tasted so fresh!
Veggies on the omelette my hubby ate were a little crunchy & very fresh tasting.
Biscuits & gravy was definitely homemade and tasted like a lot of love went into the recipe.
Service was incredible, all the staff were very nice and accommodating they left my decaf coffee topped off. The most efficient run restaurant we’ve seen in a long time.

I haven’t had anything I didn’t like so far. The chicken pesto sandwich is the bomb. I’m not gluten free and still loved the bread it’s on.

Honestly was pretty disappointed in this place. Had been thinking of checking it out for a while with my partner who has celiac disease. Our server was great, knowledgeable and able identify gluten free items and get us gluten free chips. First off the restaurant seemed fairly busy and our server seemed to be the only one working the floor plus someone behind the bar. She did a great job considering how much she had to handle. Our three margaritas took 15+ minutes, though they were delicious. I had the blood orange flavor. For dinner I had the beef in chile Colorado burrito and it was FULL of rice and pickled jalapeño, I assumed there would be sauce/beef visible inside but I only found a small amount of meat closer to the center. My partner had the pollo asada plate and enjoyed it though also felt it took very long for what we got. Overall I appreciate the attention to gf/celiac options but I don’t think I will be returning here considering the price and quality.
Enjoy a fantastic start to your day with early openings, attentive staff, and delicious, perfectly cooked signature dishes.

All day and every day yes. I told myself I was going to be adventurous and not order their signature paella, but I ordered the paella 😀 The flavors and seafood was cooked to perfection, and I had enough to bring some home as well. I only wish that I had that char rice/ socarrat though there was like a little of it around the top of the paella pan. The wait staff was so attentive and recommended a delicious red (since I asked for red and enjoying their sangria) to go with the paella, so when she said it also tasted good with the gluten free cake I had to say yes. She spoke to me of her dreams of getting her sommelier certification- which I think she's already there!!

Tina’s Tasty Treats is an absolute gem! I was recently diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and walking into Tina’s felt like a breath of fresh air. I ended up talking with the owner for nearly 20 minutes—she was so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel excited about this new journey instead of overwhelmed.
Her gluten-free bread and buns? To die for. I’ve been looking for weeks for a good GF Sour dough and I definitely found it here!! Soft, flavorful, and better than anything I’ve had, even before going GF. And the peachy Marion berry oatmeal bars are next-level delicious.
Prices are totally fair for the quality, and you can tell everything is made with care. I left feeling hopeful, stocked up, and already planning my next visit. If you’re gluten-free (or just want incredible treats), this place is a must. Can’t wait to try everything else!

Cute little cafe, known for their muffins. I was in the area for an appointment in Silverdale and we wanted something yummy to snack on for our drive back to Seattle.
We searched the area and found that this place had decent reviews so we decided to check it out. When we asked for suggestions, the lady that was helping us said "everything here is good" and "its hard to pick a favorite, its like picking a favorite child."
So after scanning the menu, we ended up picking 2 muffins - Zucchini Carrot & Blueberry.
So we tried to get the morning special that includes a coffee & muffin for $2, but apparently we missed the cut off time. The texture was different... I'm not sure if it was because it was gluten free or something else, but I'm not certain we enjoyed them. They seemed a little pricey for what they were, but maybe this is normal for gluten free muffins / baked goods? It was very crumbly and when we bit into it, it made a huge mess. The muffin was very soft, a little mushy, seemed almost undercooked? I'm not sure, maybe this is normal.
Environment is good, clean & lots of seating available. Asked if café was "dog friendly" and they seemed confused by my question. So I wouldn't bring your dog inside unless it is an service dog.
Expect a nostalgic diner vibe with a mix of delicious food and a relaxed atmosphere, but be prepared for potential wait times on busy mornings.

After nearly 17 years of being gluten-free, these are the best gluten-free pancakes I have ever found. if they decided to take these to market the pancake chef would become an international brand. But until then you have to stop in here to have some for yourself.

I have been a regular breakfast patron and have recently been diagnosed with celiac. The accommodation for a GF meal was amazing. I ordered the burrito and just asked for it to be dumped in the bowl. Our server suggested the corn tortillas, and it was INCREDIBLE. They also use a separate flat top for GF. Highly recommend. Had a soy cappuccino and the seasonal cider.

As someome who needs gluten and dairy free food, I was very excited to try this restaurant. The dairy free cheese was excellent but the gluten free pizza was not. The crust was gluey and the opposite of crisp. Maybe it needed a few more minutes in the oven? I've had much better gluten free crusts from frozen pizzas in the grocery store. I was extremely disappointed to pay an extra 3.50 for something that tasted like the gluten free pizza I was excited to eat 20 years ago. We've come so far in what gluten free food can be, there is no need for limp, chewy, sad crusts anymore. Hopefully this restaurant can up their game in the future. I did enjoy the greek salad with dairy free feta!
