First I had a chocolate chip muffin, came back same day for an oatmeal cookie, came back next day for this incredible Breakfast Bowl. What a gem! I’m plant exclusive and gluten free, and here, I ate like a king. I’m coming back to Toronto this summer, this will be a must stop.
A stylish spot in downtown with a cozy vibe, unique drinks, and a menu that accommodates various dietary needs while offering delightful dishes.

Wow! Really enjoyed everything about Vela, I can’t believe I waited so long to try it! Went tonight for an anniversary dinner, and was very impressed with the food, service, and vibes. They are so accommodating for gluten free, the pasta was delicious and there was something to choose from throughout the whole menu that was gluten free! Only item pictured that wasn’t gluten free was the burrata canestri pasta. Missing was the gf brownie which was also so yummy!
This vibrant spot offers a cozy atmosphere with a diverse menu that caters to various dietary needs and prioritizes sustainability.

Impact Kitchen is 100% gluten free, and yet people who aren’t following flourless diets frequent it.
The healthy bowls, sandwiches, and toasts are made with whole foods, that are excellent to fuel you for work or a workout. Despite being “good for you”, the offerings are flavourful, and very hearty. I’m particularly fond of the beef brisket sammie and avocado chili toast!
It’s a takeout/ casual quick eatery, so don’t expect the quality of a higher end restaurant. Despite this, I’ve always had good service, and the space is quite large.
All in all, great for what it is! Happy to see so many good gluten free brands be successful.
Unique bagel options with customizable toppings and a cozy outdoor vibe make this a go-to spot for a quick bite in Toronto.

I've been here a few times for brunch and to get their pastries.
There is some seating inside but the patio is much larger.
I got one of their bagel sandwiches (big new Yorker) with a side and it was pretty average, they didn't give me much salmon. Price was on par with a nicer brunch spot.
I've also had their chocolate croissants, it was pretty big and inexpensive, but nothing special.
They have gluten free and matzo (kosher) options too
Service is ok
A vibrant spot perfect for groups, boasting generous portions and a cozy vibe that makes every gathering feel special.

Food: not for people who has gluten & lactose intolerance. Waiter mentioned there is cross contamination. When food arrived it was very small plate for something g that $34.07. The plate was the size of two smart phones beside each other. Also I had calamari and it was super salty
Service: Waiter was some what attentive and provided me with options that may not contain gluten. I also mentioned lactose intolerance. When food arrive it has cheese. I also ordered mimosa and it never came even after I inquired.
The price of food was unjustifiable for the size and taste.
Atmosphere: the aesthetics is beautiful. But the atmosphere felt more like a fast food restaurants, than a fast foor restaurant it self.
I would not recommend this spot at all for meals more for snacks and drinks.
Experience a spacious venue with a vibrant ambiance, perfect for events and gatherings, and enjoy thoughtful service throughout your visit.

Brooklyn and Brandon took care of us for dinner one evening and they exceeded all customer service expectations! The atmosphere was inviting, warm, and always positive. Both Brandon and Brooklyn anticipated our needs of what we wanted without having to ask! Could not recommend the food or service anymore. The octopus, caprese, and penne alla vodka was superb. Would definitely come back and recommend :) The wine was also excellent and dietary restrictions were friendly as I am gluten intolerant!
A vibrant spot with a lovely aesthetic, offering diverse flavors and a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for a great night out.

Great food and vibes, and the location is superb, of course. My only feedback is that I’d love to see more cider and gluten-free options on the menu. While it's nice that most pastas can be substituted with gluten-free penne, it would be even better to have another gluten-free pasta option that isn’t penne. Gluten-free farfalle, for example, would be a fantastic addition to your menu.
Top-tier quality and generous toppings make this spot perfect for a house party, especially on a Saturday night!

We came here for my best friends birthday & we were served by Robin (Robyn?) who was the bestest server EVER! She took care of us for dinner and then arranged us to have the best corner booth right by the Dj! She was a great vibe & so attentive! My only bad feedback about the venue is PLEASE PLAY BETTER MUSIC love you everything else was perfect otherwise & my gluten free pizza was so delicious!!
A chill yet classy vibe with attention to detail and live music to enhance your experience - it's totally worth every penny!

This was the first time in a long time I could order almost anything on the menu and it could be made gluten free. They have a dedicated fryer and a gluten free desert! Staff were all very knowledgeable I’ve been multiple times now.
Known for its impressive service and beautiful ambiance, it's a great place to relax and enjoy a lovely afternoon outing.

I ordered an avocado salad. It was decent and good quality. I requested a boiled egg on the side, which they said they wouldn't! So I requested grilled chicken, which was delicious.
My friend ordered onion soup. The toast was a bit burnt. Also, we preferred more cheese.
They have naturally gluten-free stuff, which is good.
A must-visit for a fantastic dining experience with a cozy atmosphere and plenty of delicious options to choose from!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our server Krista was amazing. I have celiac disease - a severe gluten allergy, and she knew exactly what to recommend on the menu. I split the steak frites and rigatoni alla vodka with my friend. Both were incredible. The fries have a designated frier making them fully gluten free and they also have gluten free noodles. Everything was very fairly priced for the quality you’re receiving.
My group was also celebrating a birthday and they went above and beyond taking care of us, bringing him an amazing pavlova dessert - gluten free as well!
The ambiance and decor of the restaurant is absolutely stunning. They have a 5-7 happy hour as well and everyone at my table loved their cocktails!
Overall, I will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend to anyone (especially people with celiac)!!
For a memorable gathering, this place offers a private and intimate vibe, plus unique cocktails that elevate the experience.

Fantastic experience here! I had my post wedding dinner here for 38 people. I didn’t realize the team would reserve the entire restaurant out for us, but it was a fantastic, intimate experience. We had a cocktail reception out at the front where they had excellent Asian inspired cocktails. We also added on some canapés. The menu was so remarkable. The team put together vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian and normal menus for everyone. I was so impressed at the careful attention they paid to each different menu and all the dietary restrictions. The food was so, so, tasty. All the guests remarked how they would love to come back. The minimum spend was low enough where just ordering the canapés and the 5 course menu for everyone was enough to meet the threshold. Really fantastic experience and highly recommend to anyone thinking of hosting an intimate dinner. It was the perfect combination with Pop Up Chapel as well.
Tables by the pool offer stunning views, and while the service is good, the vibe is perfect for a chill visit.

Ask for the tables beside the pool they have the best view (not very suitable for groups though).
Service was good as well as food - not excellent but I think it is worths a visit.
They have veggie and gluten free options (they have tamari instead of soy sauce!)
Incredible food and atmosphere. All the servers are so nice
GF - the staff were very helpful in explaining all the options that were, or could be modified, to be gluten free.
Enjoy a gorgeous view and a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for drinks and light meals while soaking in a beautiful sunset.
