Excellent restaurant with lots of gluten free options but the pizza is amazing. Besides the high quality food the service is top of the notch, even in a busy January afternoon. Highly recommended

Not a positive experience, the pasta arrived lukewarm, perhaps the sauce had been taken from the fridge and cooled the pasta, you could count 9 pieces of bacon in a large plate of pasta. The gluten-free pasta was so al dente, you couldn't eat it. In the side room you are left to your own devices, you have to go in search of staff.
A cozy spot with an incredible variety of delicious pastries and treats that offers a delightful surprise in every bite!

This is a wonderful gluten free shop. Everything is gluten free! I tried way too many pastries but the flatbread pizza and fruit tart was my favorite ❤️

Skip this place. GF pasta was worse than what we get in the US. GF gnocchi was rubbery and not good. Also my plate of fettuccini came out with a *clump* of hair which they told me was mine - but agreed to remake the dish. My family is not picky eaters but would say to stay away from this restaurant.
A must-visit spot with exceptional pastries and baked goods, often busy due to its popularity, and conveniently located near public transport.

We ordered gyoza, salmon nigiri, spicy salmon roll and tempura prawn roll. The food was delicious and well presented. The staff looked after our Coeliac son with gluten free sushi and GF soy sauce. Very ambient inside area and cute courtyard outside dining available.

We had a fine experience here. Good wine. I enjoyed the sea bass and my partner got pasta, which she liked a lot. I have celiac but I wasn’t in the mood for pasta for pizza so didn’t ask much about the gluten free cross contact precautions since my food was gluten free (they did appropriately acknowledge when I said I have celiac). A little pricey but not terrible.

Visited here because of recommendations on the app about Gluten Free. they have a great selection of options. pasta, pizza, pastry etc. they also have an app which you can change the language to check menu items. This helps know your options before ordering. The staff are also able to communicate in English which is great

A very interesting restaurant in the Repubblica area. A menu for all types of customers: omnivores, vegetarians, vegans and above all allergy and intolerance-proof (also excellent for celiacs). In addition to the fact that many products are responsible and local. The staff is highly professional, kind, helpful and welcoming as is the location, well designed in terms of furnishings and above all clean! We organized a hen party lunch for a vegetarian friend of mine and she was really happy. But it doesn't end there, the traditional Roman dishes are also delicious! Highly recommended!
With a spacious vibe, a playful area for kids, and a diverse menu, this spot promises a lively atmosphere and quality dining experience.

Truly a great point of reference for spending a lunch or an evening with friends. The staff who work tirelessly are kind, helpful and friendly. The pizza is really good and with the possibility of gluten-free dough. Parking right in front of the venue. The owner then, Mr. Alessandro, truly a great gentleman.

A certainly particular and interesting place, ideal for those who are curious to try a vegan and revisited version of Roman cuisine. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff courteous, with a menu that offers creative and unusual dishes.
However, it is right to point out some aspects to take into consideration:
- The portions are not particularly large, so if you are very hungry it may not be the most filling choice.
- The variety for those with gluten intolerances is rather limited, and many dishes are contaminated, making it unsuitable for celiacs.
- Some flavors may not suit the taste of those who have a very traditionalist idea of Roman cuisine.
Overall, a good experience for those who love to experiment, less suitable for those looking for the classic Roman "grandmother's" dish. Recommended for lovers of alternative and plant-based cuisine. 🌱
This bustling spot offers a diverse menu and quick service, plus a lovely outdoor area with stunning views—perfect for a laid-back meal.

Wide buffet selection of ready meals, eaten by weight. But despite the numerous signs indicating gluten-free dishes, we strongly advise against eating in this place for people with celiac disease. I think this is due to very high contamination with preparations containing gluten.

An incredible discovery! 😍
I went to this gluten free bistro and was absolutely thrilled.
The products are exceptional and really delicious! You can feel the quality of the raw materials.
But the real surprise was the pizza… DEVASTATING!
Crunchy, tasty and with a dough that seems like magic.
If you are looking for a place to eat gluten-free without giving up taste and quality, this bistro is really the right place.🍕

This has been our 'go to' place for aperativo and for dinner each night of our stay in Ostia di Lido. The staff have always been very welcoming and the food is delicious. The extra touch of taking my dining companion's allergy to gluten and supplying a gluten free option for the complimentary starter was a delight, as was the lovely smile which greeted us on our return visit.
I highly recommend Insolito and their wonderful wait staff and chefs.

I hadn't been there in a long time, but I remembered better pizza. Prices, especially for gluten-free pizzas, are prohibitive; the service was good but perhaps needs to be reviewed. The place is magnificent, but I don't think I'll return

I had the pleasure of discovering this wonderful gluten-free bakery and I am absolutely happy with the experience.
The selection of desserts was not only vast, but also incredibly delicious, with each item made to perfection. From the first bite, you could tell the ingredients were of the highest quality and the flavors were rich and authentic.
It's a real rarity to find somewhere that fully accommodates gluten-free needs without compromising on taste, and Delizie Gluten Free truly exceeded my expectations.
Cristina and Antonio are brilliant, professional and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable and they have such expertise in lovingly preparing everything exclusively gluten-free.
I highly recommend this gluten-free gem of the palate for a delicious treat... you deserve it!

Had several breakfasts here while on holiday in Rome as a family.
It's a busy spot, but the staff were always very patient with our indecisive children and our lack of Italian Language. They were very kind and helped us to find a table each time we visited.
There are lots of different things to try for breakfast - I worked my way through the different kinds of croissants, which were all delicious. They also have a very good selection of hot food for breakfast. Everything is very reasonably priced.
They have gluten free croissants available to order which my daughter really appreciated.
Nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Lovely busy atmosphere, without feeling rushed.
Look forward to visiting again in the future.

We stopped by chance in this restaurant attracted by the fact that they were gluten free and we were pleasantly surprised by their dishes... We had a carbonara, a cacio e pepe and a gluten free carbonara, all delicious, they are very quick in service and above all Alina is very kind and helpful. I recommend it!!
Went in with 2 hours before we had to head to the airport. We wanted pizza and were told the dough comes at 4 (arrived at 3), and were assured if we had an appetizer and a drink then they could make us them at 4. I was sure to ask this and tell them about our time limit, and they assured me it would be okay, so we got an app and a drink while we waited. At 4:27 our server comes up and says the dough has not come yet and to order something else. We have no time for anywhere else otherwise we would have left. We order a gluten free pasta and a pork as we are assured it will come fast. The server says ‘for you no up charge’ for gluten free (they end up charging me 2 euros). 20 minutes later we say we must leave and they say no the food is ready now. They bring it and the pork is undercooked and inedible so we send it back and take the pasta to go. They bring the bill with the pork still on it and says the chef will not take it off. I go to talk to the chef that the server told us we would have pizza and misinformed us and that’s the only reason we ordered the pork. He winks at me and says don’t worry about it… it’s basic service to not charge me for something I could not eat. It was an extremely patronizing encounter as two young women being treated like they were doing something special for us when they gave us horrific service and failed to do what they promised. Do not go here if you don’t have many hours and a flexible interest in the menu, or are a woman who appreciates being respected.
