I don’t know why it took us so long to come here but all we can say is WOW. the amazing service started from the moment I called to see if there was a wait on the patio. The gentleman was so sweet to check for us and said he could seat us soon if we could get there in 10 min. We took more like 20 but when we arrived, not only did he remember me from the phone call, but he took us to the best seat on the patio, right next to the fireplace. We were weird and wanted the fireplace to be turned on in 70 degree weather and he made it happen.
Megan, our server, was phenomenal and she took the time to explain everything in the menu while also pointing out some recommendations. We basically ordered everything she suggested and it did not disappoint. Everything was so delicious!
Then to our surprise, a complimentary chocolate mousse.
We regret not coming here sooner. We already can’t wait to go back. Oh, and the gluten-free selection beats all the other surrounding restaurants and beyond!! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!
A go-to spot with a cozy vibe, offering a diverse menu and a great selection of beverages, perfect for gatherings or a casual meal.

We ordered the gluten-free vegan pizza, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the texture was perfect.

There were two of us eating with a gluten allergy. Mason was our server. He helped up find delicious food to accommodate. He happily went to the kitchen and made sure he was giving us good information. Try the candied bacon, edamame, pb&j burger and the tequila old fashion. Food, atmosphere and service was perfect. We’ll be back with my puppy dog!

First time dining at North Italia and we enjoyed everything we ordered. One of my family members is gluten-free and was so happy to be able to order pizza and pasta! We ordered the gluten-free white truffle garlic bread and it is delicious! We couldn't tell it was gluten-free. Our server, Lexi, was attentive and great! The atmosphere is very inviting and comfortable. We can't wait to go back!

I am gluten free. The chef personally came to my table to make sure my meal would be cooked in such a way to not make me sick. He altered the recipe just slightly to allow me to eat something on the menu not normally gluten free. What a great experience.

We have come to this restaurant a few times but this was by far the best. Diego was very knowledgeable on which menu items were gluten free for me and the food tonight was delicious! We usually get the same dishes but tonight they were extra good! Well done Bulla team!

I had the cheeseburger on a gluten free bun and some tater tots. The tots were super crispy and they gave me a free side of ranch! The burger was so fresh and tasty, even with the dense gluten free bun. I definitely recommend the cheeseburger here!

Very disappointed with purchase.
Highly overpriced- for takeout ordered a gyro sandwich $15.50 (gluten free pita $3.50) lamb extra $2 (which is fine) but got 4 small lamb gyro pieces not even slices/cubes and all pita. What a shame? $68 order (2 salads, side of chicken gyro & a lamb gyro sandwich). $3.50 for gluten free tiny pita. Ridiculous. $9 chicken gyro but received 8 slivers of chicken gyro. When asked for side of tzatziki they ask for extra $1. Of course $3 extra for credit card. All fine ready to pay more if quality is there. No quantity poor service. Price gouging— beware!
Don’t mind paying more but need protein not all carbs & sauce. Sad that they count each slice of gyro they put in. Overpriced to the core. Won’t be returning and will warn friends.
Compared to this Zizikis is way better since you at least get quantity/see the meat (closed now unfortunately in plano) and also Fadi’s - fresh same day made stone ground humus (chickpeas soaked overnight) and A+ for customer service. Chicken and gyro shawarma quantity is 1lb or more for $9 and great quality.
Management needs to see how this place is run so customers are taken care of. Poor customer service.
Flower Child/True Food Kitchen is well priced for the quantity of food compared to this place.
Love this food! Reminds me of food from New Mexico or Southern Colorado. Spicy chile, yummy chips. Plenty of gluten free options. Chile relleno was delicious as were the quail.

This was the best brunch experience I have ever had! Ahsanii W. was our wonderful server today, her energy was amazing, very friendly, my whole party absolutely loved her! I was also excited for all of the gluten friendly options which Ahsanii confirmed all the pancakes could be made gluten friendly!!! I love how progressive the place is too! I believe 💯 that we found our favorite breakfast place.
Thank you Ahsanii for making this the best brunch ever! 💕

Enjoyed lunch with some coworkers. Table ordered fajitas, skinny enchiladas and meat skewers, can't remember the name. Worked well for the gluten free and keto eaters. Waitress was nice and didn't feel rushed. It was rainy so a little slow. Want to visit again on a nice day and sit on the patio.

I would NOT recommend this place for people dietary restrictions. At first, I was thrilled about this place because they seemed willing to accommodate my simple requests due to my dietary restrictions - gluten free and dairy free. Then, after going there a few times. Another manager told me they were unwilling to accommodate. My requests did not change in that time. APPARENTLY even if you are willing to pay extra they will not accept your requests. I would steer clear since their management style is confusing and inconsistent. If you have children with food restrictions, I’d avoid this place since the owner seems to have ‘a chip on his shoulder’ about having to make accommodations.

My waitress, Gabriela V, was a natural at her job. I ordered coffee and the gluten-free Belgian waffle combo with scrambled eggs and pork sausage links. It was delicious! The eggs were fluffy, the waffle was a treat and the links were perfect. I like the fact that they give you coffee by the carafe and have vanilla creamer available. My only complaint are the napkins. They are on the lowest end of quality. I recommend this well -known restaurant in Plano.
Expect a chic vibe with a wall of flowers, Middle Eastern tunes, and an elevated dining experience perfect for special occasions or date nights.

Loved our dinner here! The food was delicious and our server Khaoula was so great. Im gluten & dairy free and she was so attentive to my needs. We shared the saffron chicken plate, batatas bravas & Moroccan mint tea. Reminded us a little of our time in Morocco we loved it! Excited to be back!
We came here for my sister's baby shower. We reserved a table for 14. The entire restaurant is inside an antique store, so people were milling about shopping as we ate. No privacy. We had two gluten free attendees. The kitchen was notified two months in advance when we made our reservation. The "gluten free" plate included a crostini and pretzel crusted jello salad which were definitely NOT gluten free. Quite disappointed with the lack of care taken with serious food intolerances.
A must-visit gem featuring a cozy atmosphere and consistently excellent dishes that keep people coming back for more.

Absolutely love this place. We seldom go to Italian restaurants because we have gluten-free family members. Bella's GF pasta is very good and their regular pasta dishes are delicious! I don't live in the DFW area but Bella is a must stop when I visit. So glad we found this gem!
It's ALWAYS something with this location. I've tried giving them multiple chances for the past few years with consistent results.
If they don't forget to give you part of your meal, they salt the food until it's COMPLETELY INEDIBLE.
They can't even get their curbside pick-up straight. 20 minutes after calling for curbside pick-up, nothing happened.
[Update]
Thinking we'd give this location one LAST CHANCE, we tried dinning in instead of a pickup order. During the meal an employee decided to open the upwind dumpster, and leave it open. The smell of rotting garbage quickly put an end to our appetite. Even politely suggesting to staff that the open dumpster was causing a problem with the "atmosphere," and should be closed, didn't result in action.
BTW, save your money... CostCo has ORGANIC tomato soup that tastes better, and costs less. Oh, and marketing? Saying your tomato soup is gluten free, is like saying your soup is asbestos free. You would have to add wheat for there to be gluten in the soup.
Experience a lively spot with quick service and a menu that catches varying reviews for consistency, making each visit an adventure!

Took my elderly mother here for lunch. We sat inside as it was windy outside. It was very noisy inside making it very difficult to chat or even talk to the waiter. I was very disappointed in the food. I first ordered the chicken sandwich with fig jam and arugula, which I sent back as the chicken had no seasoning and was tough and dry. I ordered the smash burger in its place, requesting that they toast the gluten-free bun. They very oddly toasted the OUTSIDE of the bun, leaving the inside of the bun to get mushy and fall apart. There was no tomato or pickle on the sandwich as indicated on the menu and again, the meat had no seasoning. The waiter was great but the food was not worth the money or calories. Ambience was not enjoyable.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with great vibes and stunning decor, where huge portions and a heartfelt community spirit shine through.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant!
I called ahead and spoke with Jimmy, the manager, to set up a team lunch for our company (13 people). I also had to explain that I have Celiac Disease and needed to make sure I could eat there safely. Jimmy assured me that I could be accommodated.
When we got there, we were warmly greeted by Fernando and shown to our tables. He was so gracious and wonderful! When I told him I was the "troublemaker" of the bunch because of my CD, he just smiled and said, "We can take care of you! Most of the food is gluten free and I can tell you which ones to avoid because of cross contamination."
I'll just skip to the best part...Fernando handled our large group like a champ! The whole meal was pleasant and went off without a hitch. Everyone commented on how good the food was and how wonderful the service was. You can bet we will be back.
Thank you, Jimmy and Fernando and Meso Maya!
This place is now our new favorite restaurant for Japanese BBQ. The service and the food are incredible AND they have a ton of gluten free items!! All marked! Celiac and have never gotten sick.

This was actually our special anniversary dinner. We often share / split a meal but decided to each our own this time. Both meals were awesome. I'm gluten and dairy free, which can be limiting, but this worked out great. They happily satisfied a special request whipping up a sauce for my broccoli since I can't have cheese. The blackened catfish was perfectly tasty but not overdone.
We'll be back.

Amazing! From the moment we entered, the staff was so welcoming and kind. They offer a diverse menu with gluten free options. We opted for sharing the chicken-apple sausage and eggs. They gave the split order on separate plates which we appreciated. Large portion sizes so i’m glad we shared.

Solid breakfast spot with gluten free options (waffles, pancakes, English muffins, hash browns). Food was home style and very good. I recommend the gluten free dollar size pancakes!
Service was friendly and a bit forgetful. Only downside was the coffee tasted burnt like it was sitting for too long.
