With so many dietary restrictions I was concerned where I would find delicious food that ticked all my boxes while visiting Melbourne recently. Regretless got it 100% right. Tasty, vegetarian gluten free and low carb and all with a smile. 10 out of 10
A lively spot with a welcoming vibe, accommodating walk-ins, impressive menu options, and a great ambiance for a fun night out.

I wanted to order a takeaway through uber for my partners birthday. We have previously eaten here before and get a gluten free base pizza. I called to ask if that was ok if I could order through the app and request if they did a gluten free base. The guy on the phone said they don’t do gluten free bases there. I responded that I’ve had them before here and he said well you can write it in the notes. I said well I’m not going to pay for pizzas if they are not going to be gluten free bases so I said will they be gluten free base and he responded no.
Terrible, terrible service and did not make me feel welcome at all. Not accommodating and quite frankly rude.

The first place I have seen that sells gluten-free souffle pancake. Very interesting.
Welcoming staffs. Clean premise.
The place did not seem to be air-conditioned. However, they have sufficient fans around the place, which was thoughtful.
Ordered tiramisu souffle pancake.
The pancake was very jiggly and wasn't too sweet. It was nice.

Really lovely Indonesian restaurant. The staff here are so friendly, they were very patient and accommodating to all customers. The staff were knowledgeable about coeliac disease, so I felt safe eating here. Plenty of gluten free options! The food was delicious! Clean and a good atmosphere. Recommend!

I treated my sister who is gluten free to the Summer Sips high tea. We were very impressed with the attentive service that we experienced. The staff had excellent attention to detail, they made sure we had a wonderful afternoon.
The cocktails were well balanced with the food selection.
The biggest highlight was the GF selection, the savory pastry was delicious!
Nestled in a charming area, this spot offers a laid-back vibe perfect for brunch lovers, but be ready for a potential wait on Sundays.

Highly recommended as this restaurant is in a beautiful area, staff are friendly and efficient, food is delicious and atmosphere is chilled.
We had the Sweet Potato poached eggs on gluten-free toast with avacado and red chillie scrambled eggs with coffee's. It was delicious, and coffee was amazing.
We were lucky with our timing and got a table straight away. However, within 5 mins, there were huge queues for the restaurant. So it's advisable to book if you can. I would still strongly advise: it's worth the wait as we had a wonderful experience.
Thank you so much to the staff and restaurant.

The best chocolate cake…ever!!! I ordered the chocolate decadence cake for a work celebration and every single person said the cake was delicious. I told them afterwards that it was gluten free…it was amazing!!! 😊
The people were also lovely and helpful. The only negative aspect is that it was a tad pricey…but I guess that you get what you pay for.

Awesome place. Food was amazing especially for the lower price tags. Really good service and atmosphere even under the pump they delivered. Good options for gluten free too. No soggy toast which has been a problem at other places. Definitely recommend

This cafe is a hidden gem! With an impressive selection of Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan Options (VGO), it caters to a wide range of dietary needs. The charming setting offers both indoor and outdoor seating, perfect for any occasion. The Padre coffee is exceptional, and the breakfast and lunch menu is solid, featuring a delightful array of bagels, including GF options. The American-style menu is a treat, and we were thrilled with the delicious brisket and asparagus. Plus, the staff was accommodating, allowing us to customise our sides to perfection. Highly recommend!

I love this café for a few reasons, first and foremost. They have the best orange Matcha that is so creative and tasty!
Second is their staff is really friendly. We were waiting outside before they opened, staff at the opposite side of the laneway told us in the very abrupt way that they were open until 830 however they didn’t know that we were actually waiting for 10 square Café to open. When we came up right up to Ten Square at 8 AM, they were so friendly sat us down really quick to serve on top of all this they also have really wonderful food! They have gluten-free vegan and nut free options and I’ve had a number of things here and they’re all very delicious. Great place to come if you’re staying in the Melbourne CBD.

We managed to get a table outside and were promptly attended to by wait staff. The menu is diverse with delicious options and cater for vegetarians and gluten intolerances.
All meals arrived in a timely manner and each was delectable with alterations made as requested (no mayo on burger, gf bread for teriyaki mushrooms and added fried egg). Burgers looked so good there was an appetite of food envy! Would come back esp to try those.

We enjoyed the set menu dining experience and enjoyed every mouthful. We were greeted with a tasty cocktail and then the food came out soon after. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance and was catered for very well. Staff were efficient and friendly. Nice place for a romantic/ quiet meal away from the hustle & bustle of busy Melbourne.

Loved the vibe of this cafe! Buzzing and mostly corporate clientele during the week.
Very thick fluffy gluten free bread which is always a good surprise! Lovely presentation of the scrambled eggs which were creamy and big portion. Good selection of pastries and amazing breakfast menu.
They do a pretty good matcha. Not the best I’ve had but still good.
Would absolutely come back on a weekend where I have more time to sit back and enjoy.

The food was above and beyond our expectations. We were a big group of adults and kids. The kindness of Joseph made us dine in and try the yummy dishes. If I could give more than five stars for Joseph service I absolutely would. The gluten-free options were yummy.

What a great cafe!
Owner and staff were super friendly, the menu is great and plenty of gluten free options.
The prices are very reasonable and the portions sizes are generous.
We had the smashed avo and it was delicious, my only let down was there could have been a little more feta, we only got 2 small cubes.
Coffee was great too.
We'll definitely come back when we're in Melbourne next

Wonderful to experience such a historic tearoom in Melbourne - lovely historic decor too. The tea was very very expensive. The food did look lovely. Noticed they had gluten free treats, like pavlova, but couldn’t eat it, because they store it next to gluten filled cake - not coeliac safe! Felt rushed in a passive aggressive way by the staff to leave, understand it was busy but maybe inform customers that there’s a time slot to prevent a slight uncomfortable feeling?? The surcharge was also rather excessive, especially when the service was satisfactory.

The best gluten free bread I have ever had! I got the white sourdough and the sourdough with olives. I didn’t have any of the desserts or the coffee, but they looked divine. It is just a small little place, more for takeout than dining in.
Great brunch! We had the pork omelette and smashed avo (plus poached eggs & smoked salmon) and both were delish! Coffee was great too and staff were absolutely lovely. Great gluten free options too.

Oats are 💯 not Gluten Free and dangerous for coeliacs no matter how loudly you shout over the top of me oh ill informed and rude waitress of Mr Tulk. And your cafe has been reported to Melbourne City Council food safety department who informed me they issued you with an offense warning. And thanks(not) for leaving me to smear jam on my toast with my fingers for fear of getting lectured again if I asked for a knife and serviette. What an unpleasant experience.

Wonderful for coeliacs. Every care was taken to ensure my meal was safe. I had a poke bowl, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I went with a work group and everyone enjoyed their meals. Upstairs room was also quiet. If I lived in Melbourne I would definitely be returning.
