This is one place where I can go to get safe gluten-free pastries and was really disappointed with my last experience. My wife and I went into the shop on 6/28 which is my birthday for me to get a few birthday treats. We were at the bakery counter while the worker was checking out a male customer. The male customer left and two women entered. My wife and I had been waiting at the counter where all the pastries are to order and so the other two women stood on the right hand side of us, closer to the door. The worker with purple hair proceeded to completely disregarded my wife and I and smiled, spoke and attempting to help the two women who had came in after only for them to tell the worker we were they first which the worker already knew and they proceeds to say “oh yes they were” and then comes over to us. This was so off putting and I really appreciate those two women who spoke up. That encounter really shifted the vibe of my day and I will not be returning. Also, the quality of the cupcakes were so poor, they had hardened. There’s no way they were fresh. To the worker, do better. Don’t make people feel small in a place where they are expecting equality. Thank you.

EDIT: Just went again today (6/23/2025) and had a negative experience in the service department. Due to the plexiglass and loud environment they could not hear that I wanted a four, not a six and then acted like it was my fault that I was getting the wrong thing. It was only when I got to the protein selection and they asked "what would you like for your second protein?" that I realized it was not the correct thing as this was only my third time in. At that point the bowl consisted of 2 bases (included in both) and 2 veggies (the four would've just been 1 at this point) and then 1 protein, so basically the four with one extra veggie. Then they put it on me basically pressuring me into getting the larger meal (which I did not finish because it was way too much). Actually just such a negative experience, I'm not sure if I'll be back any time soon. For anyone else thinking of visiting be sure to bring a megaphone to ensure you're loud enough over the loud environment so you don't end up in the same predicament. For anyone wondering, my original review is below--it was 5 stars across the board, but now it's a 2 overall, 2 for service for obvious reasons, and a 2 for the atmosphere because of how loud it was which made it impossible to order and the fact that the air dryers in the bathroom are the worst hand dryers I've ever used--they would only stay on for maybe a second and then immediately turn off, and there were no paper towels as a different option. Original review: Went in for my second visit and it was just as good as the first. The concept is similar to a build your own sandwich or burrito bar, but for bowls featuring many different bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces. They have no gluten in any of their menu items and have pretty clean ingredients including using olive oil for all cooking, antibiotic and hormone free proteins, and no processed sugar unless otherwise indicated.

Fresh Kitchen is hands down the absolute best chain known to man. I started traveling to Orlando 3 years ago for work. I was working with a nutritionist and looking to be able to grab food while working that was both nutritious and decision - all while being gluten intolerant. When I was introduced to Fresh Kitchen, my life was forever changed. When I am in town for work, I eat FK for lunch and dinner EVERYDAY. The food options allow for me to stay within my dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor....gluten free, hormone free, and they don't use refined sugar. The customer service is always 10/10. I am convinced that the food is so god because their employees always seem happy to serve and work together. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Alanna. She took time to help me find the best options to get the best bang for my buck. I love that when you dine in, someone from the staff will come by to make sure that everything is good. After sitting down, Alanna stopped by our table to say hello and mention that she remembered myself and a coworker from the other day. She thanked us for coming back and offered us some cookies. My only complaint with FK is that it is only in Florida. How am I supposed to convince my boyfriend that we need to pack up our lives in the Midwest to move to Florida so that I am buy a catering order every week to feed us? Suggestions?

This little restaurant is a GEM on Amelia Island. Everything is cooked fresh and from scratch and it is delicious. For those with gluten sensitivity…they have several options to choose from on the menu. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed dine in with 2 bowls with 6 items and a kids bowls with 3, one base, one veggie, and one protein. Some of our faves are the bases of sweet potato noodles, kale salad, and cauliflower potato mash. Our fav veggies are the grilled broccoli, golden chickpeas with a savory sauce and the awesome sweet potato chunks. My fav protein is the almond baked chicken which is the worlds best version of chicken strips. A few options like salmon are an up charge. Add on include Parmesan cheese, pico de gallo and guacamole. 4 sauces include a great spicy one and a balsamic. Drinks include fountainhead sodas mostly made with sugar and one zero calorie. Three kinds of teas are natural from unsweet to lightly sweetened with honey. Accessible van parking that is free and tight parking. Accessible gender free restrooms with grab bars Foods are marked gluten free. Dairy free vegetarian vegan

Ok we found this place by accident while shopping and holy cow! I’m blown away. I so appreciate a restaurant that is so thoughtful to have no seed oils and so many gluten free options! I’ve been gluten free for 15 years and sometimes you just really want fried fish! My dreams came true with the gf desserts too!! A MUST stop location for anyone who is health minded or has food allergies. Our server was STELLAR with Porter! He was amazing. We will Be back again and again!

Had such a great experience here! I am gluten free and ordered a pizza for pick up - the team was so nice and honest and let us know it would be longer than expected because my pizza was in contact with gluten so they were completely remaking it. Went here while on vacation, so nice to be able to find gluten free food. There's a variety of savory and sweet crepes, also vegan smoothies. The crepes come rolled into a cone shape, like ice cream, so they are easy to eat.

I absolutely love this Blaze location! The staff is always positive and helpful, the food is of course delicious and the prices CANNOT be beat for how crazy expensive food is currently. I get the gluten free crust, and although it’s super difficult to get cooked the right way, the staff is always kind and very accommodating, willing to pop it back in the oven for me if needed. They are a great team, and my son and I love going here! ♥️ Oh, also — get the rewards! They’re great.

Food was excellent. Tried arepa con choclo (my favorite!) and arepa con queso, patacon platter, picada, beef, chicken, and cheese empanadas, yucca fries, the fried potatoes, and the churrasco platter. The steak on the chrrasco platter was delicious and fantastically tender, and the cilantro sauce was very tasty. The staff was very helpful in clarifying which items were gluten free, which was practically all of it. Everything tasted incredible, my only regret was that my stomach was not big enough to accommodate everything on menu.

Awesome place. Cool local art on the walls. Gluten-free pizza. Wings were just decent. Was surprised how good they were despite having thin sauce just poured on top for some reason. Felt great after. Just great place.

Fresh kitchen catered a large family gathering after funeral (40 people). Everyone commented on how delicious everything was. I only like chicken tenders and fries. So when my wife told me this was similar to a “Togo” bowl place, I was very skeptical. But they blew it out of the water. The service was excellent, lots of young faces but great service. On top of that the steak is my favorite … who would have ever thought I ate cauliflower? Well I do now!! Amazing vegan restaurant. Almost all the menu is gluten-free. Spicy foods are identified, which is nice. The menu is large and varied. Everything was good. The pad thai and mac and cheese were great. The sides as well. Smoothie was refreshing. The dessert menu is extensive and all gluten-free. As a vegan and gluten-free individual, it's rare to find cinnamon rolls, and it was super tasty. The waitress was polite and friendly! I wish this restaurant existed in my home town.

It's hard to find a restaurant that will accommodate 14 people, appeal to all ages and some gluten free. Mellow Mushroom fits the bill. We were able to get a table right away on a Friday at lunchtime. The food was delicious! Most of us ordered the Greek salad with Esperanza dressing to start because it's just so good. We also tried the new taco pizza. Also a hit! Our server Katie did an excellent job with our motley crew, some arriving later than others. She was friendly and attentive. Overall great service, delicious food and fun atmosphere!

Mojo’s never disappoints. Food is excellent and they understand the importance of a dedicated kitchen space. My favorite breakfast spot in St Augustine btw. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We consider ourselves lucky to have some amazing sushi where we live in DC however when we travel we always try to find a sushi spot to try. In Orlando there were no shortage of spots. We picked this place on location and star rating but after eating here we were surprised it was not 5 stars across all the reviews. Our server Corey was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our gluten free and dairy free options. With Each item that was brought out the staff indicated what was allergy specific. The rolls were clever in combinations and tasted fresh and bright. The ginger tasted as if it was freshly shaved in the back. I had to try the crazy rich Asian and it didnt disappoint. The Corona roll was also great. Highly recommended 👌 call ahead just incase they are busy.

Edit: I wish 8 had a photo of the item. Looked like a Peta with canned sauce. No need to go back ever if they dont change the Gluten free. The regular pie was good, but the gluten-free pizza really shouldn't be called a pizza. Pre made thin crust. With, what tasted like a can sauce. Few pieces of pineapple and ham. Underwhelming. As a courtesy, they took it off the bill..

Another amazing experience!! This is my second time getting take out!! And my stomach is so happy! AND they respect not cross contaminating as I have Celiac Disease, and their gluten free options are truly that! I have not gotten sick eating here!! This will be my go to when I'm having taco cravings or want to go out!! Also, Ashley the hostess is super sweet and very helpful!! Very cute place with lots of ability to make gf safe food. We got several burgers and fries and enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. We did order sweet potato fries- which were marked gf on the menu but than were told they weren’t gf and they substituted them for regular fries. We even bought some of the adorable store merch. So happy when places can be so inclusive of gf and celaics!

I love Simon’s! I’ve been going for years and the food is always amazing! I always go for any vegan specials and the soups are always delicious and unique! I also never leave without a dessert for later! Such a great variety of vegan, gluten free and other items! A huge bonus is that their entire team is incredible! Absolutely furious this place just ruined our trip by making my celiac sister extremely sick. We were told a bagel sandwich could be gluten free with just a slight chance of some cross contamination. My sister is usually not sensitive enough to become so sick from cross contamination but she started throwing up as soon as we got home. Called and inquired about the sandwich and what could have gotten her sick and they were rude and unhelpful. No apologies and no offer to help. Went in person as well because I was so worried about what happened and they showed me the bagel they used and it explicitly said contains wheat. They gave me no empathy and almost seemed mad at for being upset. No one said anything about that and even checked with us at the register if it was an allergy when we ordered but failed to tell us the bagel contained wheat. So disappointing and just makes it so much worse they were so rude and unhelpful. Would never come back. Food wasn't even near worth it. FURIOUS
