Amazing! Amazing! Lovely staff and a cosy little cafe. We arrived late in the day, 5.30 (close at 6pm) and they accommodated us for a quick dessert. They had sold out of their rice flour bread so couldn’t get the sandwiches. Highly recommend.

While strolling around Myogadani, I suddenly came across the ``biossa gluten-free bakery specialty store''. Attracted by the word gluten-free, I decided to buy the "salted butter roll" to try it out. When I took a bite, I couldn't help but smile at how delicious it was. The rich flavor of butter and the perfect amount of salt spreads in your mouth, and the chewy texture is irresistible. Butter rolls are delicious enough to eat on their own, but they also go well with a variety of dishes and side dishes. You can imagine what kind of combinations you would enjoy. There are many delicious bakeries in Myogadani, so if the bread at the first shop you stumble across is so delicious, you may be satisfied without trying other bakeries. However, if you definitely add ``Biossa gluten-free bakery specialty store'' to your repertoire, you will be able to live a richer baking life. The bread at this shop is completely gluten-free (rice flour bread). When you think of gluten-free bread, you have the impression that you have to compromise on taste and texture, but this is not the case at all with the salted butter rolls here. In fact, I found it to be so perfectly delicious that I didn't even realize it was gluten-free. When you come to Myogadani, be sure to stop by ``biossa gluten-free bakery specialty store.'' As someone with celiac’s, it’s amazing when you can find a place that has such delicious treats that are gluten free! We stopped here after visiting Senso-ji temple. The shop is small and very cute. The staff was super friendly. And the cake was so soft and perfectly subtly sweet. We added the whipped cream which made this a heavenly food experience that I’ll be thinking about for a long time. Thank you!

This place is amazing. A quick walk from Kichijōji station, there's several pleasant spots to tuck in and eat. My wife is celiac and she had a life-restoring Ratatouille moment of eating a cake and creampuff unlike anything she had eaten since she was young in Europe and able to have gluten. I ate here no more than 20 minutes ago and it was wonderful. It’s difficult to find gluten free places in Japan, especially along with being vegan - This restaurant was lovely, the food was great and the staff are so kind, friendly and sweet. We had the lunch plates (where you basically get to try a bit of everything, everywhere should do that am I right?!), donut, chocolate waffle and regular waffle - Everything was so nice, I’m vegetarian and my partner is a meat eater, we loved all of it but had opposite favourites to one another so it’s definitely worth a try! I always come here when I come to Osaka. I don't know how many times I've been there. It's easy for even an old man to enter by himself. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The location is in the middle of nowhere, but it's worth coming just for this shop. I tried almost everything on the menu, but on this day I ordered the power bowl and soup set for 1,580 yen. It's a little pricey, but it really fills you up. It's loaded with vegetables and almost gluten-free. After eating, I noticed the seasonal menu posted on the wall. Brown rice risotto set! I should have done this! ! I will go again.

I couldn’t believe there was such a famous sweets store in Kameido! I ordered a chiffon whole cake. It's so delicious that you can't believe it's gluten-free (rice flour). Plus the sweetness of the fruit. Above all, the deliciousness of fresh cream! The best in everything!

Really loved this place! I’m a very sensitive coeliac but despite the small risk of cross contamination I was totally fine and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I even ordered a dessert crepe afterwards seeing as the ice cream was gf too! Service was quick and the staff were lovely - I was informed that they had cleaned the plate they cook the crepes on but that they couldn’t guarantee it was safe - which was nice to see they understand the severity of coeliac and still try to accomodate! Safe to say it was well worth the slight risk

We are one of the few 🌾🚫 completely gluten-free okonomiyaki cafes operating in a residential area. The exterior looks like a detached house, so it may be a little difficult to find. 3-5 minutes walk from Miyashimo bus stop by bus from JR Sagamihara Station, Hashimoto Station, Seiseki Sakuragaoka Station, and Minami-Osawa Station. There are only 1-2 flights per hour. The inside of the store is decorated with polar bear stuffed animals, and even the coasters are decorated with bears. There are 3 tables with iron plates that seat 4 people, and 4 seats at the counter. In addition to okonomiyaki, there were also yakisoba, cakes, and soft serve ice cream. When I told her that I was avoiding high FODMAP foods, she brought me three different sauces for my yakisoba and let me choose from them. After that, they planned a soy sauce-flavored yakisoba for a limited time, and I'm really grateful. The owner himself has a wheat allergy, so feel free to ask him about other allergic foods. Oreo cake and tiramisu cake are tall and voluminous. I ate four types of cakes, and none of them were too sweet, so those who like Fujiya-level sweetness may not be satisfied. The Japanese black tea with ginger syrup was quite spicy, which was perfect for me, who loves ginger. I ordered ice cream, but there wasn't much ice, so it was good that it wasn't too cold. They also have malt-free beer, non-alcoholic beer, wine, and a 2-hour all-you-can-drink menu. In addition to cash, QR code payment is available

The chiffon cake was delicious inside a rounded transparent plate baked chiffon fabric When eating while digging It's quite tall so Digging with a fork was a bit of a pain. Also, this plastic transparent plate Should I throw it away every time? When you think about it I was a little concerned. If a transparent container is better Wouldn't a heat-resistant glass container be better? etc. I thought it was an unnecessary help. We had an excellent time at niceness and I can best describe the experience as peaceful. The food is all organic, gluten-free and vegan and all grown on their family farm. The transfer of the ingredients from the earth to the plate is both meticulous and seamless and you can even watch the magic happen while you wait. The tea we had was perhaps the best tea we’ve ever had and the local honey used to sweeten it was good enough to buy from their small gift shop. A bonus was that a part of the proceeds go to increasing nectar plants on the island. Perhaps the highlight was the incorporation of nature into the restaurant and outdoor seating area which made for a wonderful ambiance that would alone be worth returning for. We loved the food, the service and the atmosphere and will definitely be back.

The sandwich, which mainly consisted of lightly seasoned vegetables, ham, and shimeji mushrooms, was delicious. It may be suitable for those who prefer a lighter seasoning. It was delicious, so I visited the manufacturer and was shown the product, and it turned out to be organic gluten-free pasta. I don't think it was written as organic on the menu, so it may change again, but I felt that they were particular about it, even though it was probably quite expensive compared to similar products. It's vegan, gluten-free, healthy, and reasonably priced, so it's become my favorite restaurant. The staff at the hall were very attentive. This is a recommended point! I will visit you again, thank you very much.

Very cute small takeaway store. Cash only, gluten free chiffon cakes, and low gluten (not gluten free) baguettes. The staff said the bread contains 10% wheat flour. The plain, hojicha, adzuki and mugwort flavour cakes were very good!
