Their chicken and dumplings was super flavorful and their French toast was the best gluten free French toast I’ve ever had — crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. Super convenient to order since you use a digital stand to do so and can see all allergens when picking your meal.

First time coming to ‘El five’, my partner and I were first sat in a very awkward table on the edge of the restaurant- thankfully they were accommodating to moving us out to the patio. We were initially asked if we had any allergies (my partner has a gluten allergy and another allergy as well- any consumption of either causes severe debilitating migraines, blacking out, and loss of appetite for at least a week) we were made aware of which options were gluten free- the server was more than knowledgeable about the ingredients and advised us of the fact that they use the same fryer for both gluten and gluten free options. If you have celiac, I would avoid getting food here. We initially were looking to get the eggplant fries which say they’re “gluten free” but yet are not guaranteed. Our server gave us a recommendation based on allergy preference. When the food came out we weren’t sure what we had ordered since we had to switch our initial pick so we were not dealing with any cross contamination. They ended up bringing out the wrong dish to the wrong table and unfortunately my partner consumed a good majority before we were made aware the mistake happened. If you are gluten free or have any sort of allergy definitely be weary of ordering and double check before consuming. They ended up not charging us for our meals thankfully- unfortunately that doesn’t change the mistake made but the gesture was appreciated. On the bright side, the drinks were good and the people working at there were very nice- just be cautious and ask twice. ** Update- definitely a major concern for anyone with celiac, not worth it for the price or the possibility of being served food containing an allergen without them triple checking that they’re doing everything right. Our bill totaled $160 for two people. The only reason we went here was for the abundance of gluten free menu items advertised, which they clearly cannot truly provide. You would think they could afford to have a separate fryer to actually accommodate the allergies that are LABELED MENU ITEMS LISTED AS GF. I hope someone within management/ownership realizes the detrimental effect that this caused and will make changes to the way they prepare/serve food. I have been to restaurants with no gluten free options that were able to accommodate us no problems and no worries after the fact. Don’t waste your time or money.

This was such a cute place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the vibe inside. Absolutely loved the food. Lots of gluten free options including freshly made gluten free pita. Which was so so good!

I had dinner here last week and I really struggle to eat out because of my celiac. Because of this I am typically really anxious when explaining my disorder to waiting staff. Chrissy was the one serving me, and she made the entire process so easy. She listened to all my concerns about food contamination, and informed me about the kitchen policies about food contamination. She was so knowledgable and kind throughout her service. She checked on us frequently to ensure we were okay and had everything we needed. The GF Sausage and Peppers was great, but Chrissy made the entire experience. I will be asking if she is working the next time I come in!

We had Maddox as our server last night! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us through the menu as my husband is celiac! The food was amazing and they had a huge selection of wine too. Definitely coming back for their happy hour!

Great food and nice atmosphere! I’m gluten free and usually all I can have at Thai restaurants are a couple of curries or sometimes Pad Thai and I was so excited to find that many dishes can be made gluten free (including Khao Soi, which was absolutely delicious). What a treat! We’ll definitely be back!

I love the fresh, vegetarian- and gluten-free sushi at this restaurant. The elegant ambiance and free parking are also pluses. I always order the eggplant fried rice with diablo sauce, which is absolutely delicious! It's spendy, but worth every penny.

Food was delicious. We wanted to try something different and gluten-free. They had both choices. It was small but very clean. Enjoyed the laid back enviroment. We gave our son the Hawaiian sliders. He loved it. Plus the rice. My husband liked the bento box with pork. I had a the spicy tuna poke.

Mile High Food Fairy

My oh my, melt in my mouth. Arrived with a group of friends on Sunday shortly after opening time. Amongst ourselves we shared several different rolls, while my husband order the NY strip and nigiri. Gluten free options were clearly indicated on the menu for my gluten-free husband, and our waiter even brought over GF soy sauce for him. Brownie points for the GF awareness. Now on to the rolls.. the rolls seemed to be delivered (mostly) in order of deliciousness, which may have been intentional, haha! We got the goku rolls first. Because I'm a crazy fruit-on-sushi lover, we ended up getting two of the Goku rolls because I wanted to have one all to myself. The goku roll is spicy tuna with salmon, topped with mango lemon puree. Loved the sweetness of the mango puree! After the goku, we got the ronin and mini shrimp tempura rolls which we enjoyed more than the goku roll. The ronin is tempura bincho topped with spicy tuna. I love how the tuna just seems melts away in your mouth! The mini shrimp tempura roll was delicious, topped with spicy tuna and trout roe. Although the mini roll is a special, I believe it appears fairly frequently on the daily special menu. Next we got the dragon roll, which seemed to pale in comparison to the previous rolls, but was still decent. Lastly, we got the Godzilla roll, which out-shined all of the previous rolls for everyone. Talk about the perfect surf n' turf roll! I typically don't enjoy steak on my sushi by any means, but this was an unusual exception. The Godzilla roll is snow crab, topped with seared beef and black garlic butter. Highly recommend! Despite my love for fruity sushi, the Godzilla roll was clearly the winner and roll we should have order two of. Excellent service, fresh fish, and reasonable pricing.

We had the best anniversary experience in this restaurant Matthew was amazing. He knew exactly about my Celiac and gluten-free protocols and explained exactly what I can eat and I can't eat. I did not get sick. Very safe. The food was delicious. The gluten-free bread was so soft and I literally finished it in 2 seconds. The atmosphere was great and we had such an amazing time celebrating our anniversary. Oh and if you're not dairy free get the ice cream gelato and if you are dairy-free like me, get the mango sorbet. Just be careful all their pastas are not gluten free

Such a beautiful and thoughtful restaurant with divine dishes (including vegan & gluten-free)! Exceptionally accommodating with my dietary needs (vegan & gluten-free)!!! The best date night dinner my husband and I have had in 22 years! The food was absolutely divine. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. I really wanted to love Noisette. It’s been on my to-try list for awhile, not only because I love French food, but also because I have loved their dishes at all the festivals and events they’ve served food at. But Noisette was… fine. Not great, but not bad. The decor is cute. A little pink for me, but fine. My husband probably wouldn’t walk in here by himself. The service is great and the chef-owners are super nice, which makes this tough. One thing I don’t like is that there’s no bar seating. My husband and I often like to walk into restaurants during happy hour and sit at the bar and chat with the bartenders. Sometimes I dine by myself (like I did here) — and then the lack of bar seating is even more uncomfortable. Only 5 cocktails on the menu — 3 of them gin based. I usually expect a little more from a cocktail menu at an upscale restaurant these days. The biggest thing for me was that the food was… fine. I admit, my opinion is definitely tinged by the lack of gluten-free alternatives. It’s always an issue with French restaurants: the apps all come with a baguette or a brioche or on a crepe or inside a pastry. Most places in Denver have done a bit better accommodating the huge number of gluten-intolerant people here (even if it’s just getting some gluten-free bread from another Colorado bakery). The gluten-free crackers they brought for the foie gras were NOT good — but I was not impressed by the $33 hard chunk of foie gras with super-tart sauce either (and I usually love foie gras) — but maybe it was the crackers. I should have gotten something else, but I think the endives were the only gluten-free option. The lobster main dish was really good — a whole lobster for $75 is ok pricing I think. I have had good lobster many places, though… so not sure I’d come back for this one? Total for just myself: 2 glasses of sparkling, foie gras app, lobster main, French-style cheesecake and espresso martini — $178.

I would highly recommend MNF Lohi. Our waitress Kris promptly greeted us and was proactive in asking about dietary restrictions if any. Service was great! Food tasted delicious! Chef Shay does an excellent job. Hibiscus margarita was so refreshing. I ordered carne asada fajitas and they were so yummy. My wife ordered the Goddess bowl and she loved it! The manager Tyler checked in on us to see if we needed anything; which I felt was phenomenal service. Kris checked back periodically to see if we needed anything and refreshed drinks often. The atmosphere mixed with extraordinary service has us wanting to come back to try other menu featured items. I saw a table next to us who ordered nachos and they were stacked so high. Definitely going to give those a try next time. There are not many places that are able to accommodate gluten free/ vegetarian. MNF has plenty of variety. I would highly recommend this place! Super cute atmosphere, the menu is not labeled for GF except the option for gf pizza. The servers were super accommodating though and very helpful. The food was amazing, and so were their drinks!
