This was my first time visiting the restaurant. I was in town for a wedding and googled. Having celiac and egg allergy it not always easy to find a good place with good options, but I was amazed by the food here. I went back a couple time's before leaving. This is going to be my to go spot always when in SA. Staff were great, atmosphere is very cute and friendly and did I mention the food ....it was AMAZING, so delicious, great variety , it made me like a normal person enjoying food actual regular food and not having to worry about getting sick!!! A definite win!!!

Great with the order once we requested allergy protocols for gluten-free food handling for a celiac kid; even traded out a shake when it was ordered with cookies and cream and we forgot about GF sensitivity momentarily. Great service!

The food was delicious, I was able to have chicken fried steak and gravy gluten free! The waiter was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options as well as gluten allergy/ Celiac. There is not a separate gluten free menu however almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and they have a separate prep area/ fryer. My only issue was it was kinda expensive, very yummy though!

I ordered gluten free items on the menu (told the server I have Celiac - he said he had a celiac button on the register). The food did not come out with the gluten free flags. As someone with celiac, this is a great comfort to know the food was prepped with caution and not mixed up in the kitchen!

Really great GF fried chicken. I am a little disappointed in the waitstaff's knowledge of safe food handling for celiacs. While I didn't get glutened, it felt like I was taking a chance. Overall, 7/10 for overall ambiance and food options.

Excellent Gluten Free options. The food is overall very good. Great family place! Fun playground outside with lots of seating. They have an outdoor hand washing station too for playing and eating.

I always have a lovely time here but writing this review to shout out our lovely sever Ariana. She was such a light and her energy made the experience that much better. The shrimp & grits is great and my friend who has a gluten allergy never has to worry when she comes here. 10 out of 10 will recommend.

Hat Creek is a great place for dinner in our take out. Classic burgers and fries but also tater tots and chicken nuggets. They have plenty of other options as well and gluten free options for those with celiac. I have celiac and have not had issues eating at any Hat Creek location.

Gluten Freeeeeee the buns and chicken nuggets AND sides are GF! AND DELICIOUS. Prices are great and the salad was even good! This will become a family favorite! FYI the flour alternative is also nut free because we have that allergy too. The smile says it all 2 more visits and not as good. Last time the chicken nuggets and queso were SO salty. The lettuce in the salad was already decomp (slimy) the GF person was happy but the others left hungry after dropping about 100 for 4 people. Asked for fries without seasoning kon kid is allergic to something in the seasoning...still seasoned

What a great place! I was astonished by how great the food is here, especially the gluten free options. I haven’t had fried chicken in years and I devoured it in seconds. It was absolutely spectacular. Our waitress was incredible as well.

Found this cozy jewel while visiting my parents gravesite in Rockwall the day after Memorial Day. My son and I both agreed that their burgers were some of the best we've ever eaten. AND, it was the first burger I've eaten at a restaurant since I've gone gluten-free. Sooooo tasty, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Absolutely no complaints. We shared an order of their fries and both agreed were outstanding! A small place that left a big impression!!!!! Previous reviews said it was cold. Absolutely was not. And I'm one to be sensitive to that. The service was friendly and the burgers came out about 15 minutes after we ordered. Lots of choices on the burgers, and next time I'm going to try one of their hot dogs. The beef they use is prime ... some if the best, and you will notice that when you bite into one of their juicy burgers. I highly recommend if you're in Rockwall. You won't be disappointed.

Customer service on par with Chick Fil A. Burgers are excellent and the chicken nuggets are real chicken! Nice having an option for gluten-free buns! Milkshakes are really thick and flavor options are very good! Not just your standard vanilla, chocolate and strawberry! Great playground for the kids! The playground has the softest cushion set service I've ever experienced for a children's playground.

We went to BellaGreen today for my birthday and really enjoyed everything. Don’t let the buildings facelift deter you, parking in the garage is validated as well. They also cater, including gluten free options. We had: the OG pizza, a huge salad honey fried goat cheese and arugula, honey garlic cauliflower wings Gluten free, and kids pasta with Alfredo. For dessert the gluten free carrot cake and the apple crumble. Impressed with the gluten free options, overall restaurant cleanliness and great service. we will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised. Appreciated the gluten free options as a person with Celiac disease. Got the El diablo with gluten free bun and truffle fries. The meat was the star of the burger and the dipping sauce for the fries. Gluten free bun was different but in a good way. Sorta of like a corn bread bun with a little hint if sweetness.

This is a very clean and organized Hat Creek. The employee that greeted me was friendly and polite. I really like Hat Creek food and appreciate the gluten free chicken nuggets. My kids enjoy playing on the playground.

used to really like this place but lately, half of the time I place an online order they cancel it immediately saying something in my order is out of stock... my order is a little hat combo. a burger, fries and a drink. why are you open if you don't have your restaurants namesake? doesn't make much sense to me. you shouldn't offer online ordering if you are just going to cancel it immediately. their online ordering in the favor app is also broken. if you add a gluten free bun to your combo, it adds the surcharge to the drink, fries and the burger. it's cheaper to order everything separately which defeats the purpose of a combo.

My kids took me to Hat Creek in Richardson today for Father's Day. It was amazing! I loved everything about it, especially the seasoned hamburger patties and the fries. Service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean and inviting. My daughter was just diagnosed with celiac so her options for eating out has become quite limited. All the sides are gluten free, and delicious. The seasoned fries are next level! Their ability to provide such amazing food while accommodating special dietary needs is remarkable. This is a family favorite for us. We have Burger lovers, no meat, and celiac in our family and everyone has found a good option so we only have to make one stop. We also love to mix sweet potato fries with regular. The play place is decent, and they have my daughter's favorite fry sauce. Please add a location in Melissa!

Amazing food! I thought it was vegetarian and was so surprised to find out it was totally vegan and gluten-free! I truly didn’t miss anything. Packed with flavours and spices. Cute decor. Was a little hard to find but totally worth it. Great place. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

Grateful for Hat Creek Burger Company’s healthy menu options. Celebrated with mom and siblings today in honor of what would have been my dad‘s 97th birthday. Good place to let the kids play while you eat. Not safe enough for true celiac to eat even if their sides are gluten-free. Cross contamination is likely.

I was very excited that there was gluten-free nuggets and fried chicken option! They are very seasoned.... maybe a little over seasoned... at least I think that's the problem. Not my favorite but I wouldn't never have it again.

Great service. Great food (gluten free buns available). Great place for families. Playground is clean. Bathrooms are clean. 2 words of advice: 1) tables can be sticky at times, but i did see a gentleman wiping tables 1 out of 4 visits. Bring disinfectant wipes to help with that. 2) it can get VERY CROWDED outside bc they allow birthdays there. If you'd rather not deal with the chaos, they have ample room inside that is hardly ever used anyway. Enjoy!

We're visiting from out of state and were looking for a quick bite. We came in today around 1 and I believe it was Jared (maybe Jason?) that helped us out. He was super friendly and welcoming. He had a great attitude and was fun to talk with. Our food was super fast and yummy! Also, gluten free friendly which is great!

appreciate the gluten-free burger buns but don't talk to the cashier about ordering. Neither myself or anyone I've gone with has liked the taste of the food here. It's not bad but there's something off. For example I got the Cadillac burger and for me it was too dry and the Swizz cheese overpowered everything. Best to order one simple burger for the table and split it before ordering more.
