Omg – how is it even possible for gluten-free and vegan food to taste this amazing?! My friend and I both have a range of food intolerances, and finding a place like Cibum Bon Bon felt like striking gold. Everything was absolutely delicious, and for once, we could fully enjoy a meal without stressing about allergies or cross-contamination. The care and attention they put into their food really shows. It honestly felt illegal to eat something so good and still feel so safe! Can’t wait to come back!

In addition to the deliciousness, the treatment by Alba and María has been exceptional, they both explained to me all the options I had as a celiac and absolute control of cross contamination, 100% gluten-free. Thanks to a bakery/pastry shop like this, I was able to order my son's Communion cake, which, by the way, was spectacular. Kudos to the baker, because she also let me choose ingredients to personalize it. And also, thanks to the fact that they make everything, I was able to eat a donut, which I hadn't had in years. It's not easy to find gluten-free food that you can trust and that's so good. Plus, there are dairy-free and vegan options too.

I asked for gluten-free ice cream, but they failed to mention that their gluten-free options are also lactose-free and egg-free. I ordered hazelnut and vanilla, but the ice cream was watery, overly sweet, and lacked any real flavour. Only when I inquired about the ingredients did they clarify that it was vegan—enthusiastically adding, "que no engorda!" They should understand that those seeking gluten-free options aren’t necessarily vegan or worried about calories. There are definitely much better gluten-free options in Seville!

Great gluten free cones and ice cream. I can’t remember the last time I had strawberry cheesecake! Knowing all the ice cream flavours (a large selection) was gf was great. My partner and friend had some and aren’t gluten free and loved it. The lady also took mine from the bottom ice cream tub so no cross contamination, which was so lovely of her. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Bico, with over 30 locations in Spain, serves the best ice cream I have ever tasted in the country. I had one scoop of chocolate with orange and one scoop of dulce de leche, both served in a cone. The pistachio flavor was also creamy and full of flavor. Bico delivers on its promise of artisanal, gluten-free, and natural ingredients, featuring chunks of orange and a rich, creamy taste. The milk used in the ice cream comes from two farms in San Sadurniño, A Coruña: Granxa O Cancelo in Miño and Granxa A Esperanza. The service at Bico is excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate. The store offers about thirty rotating ice cream flavors, with options for a cup, container, or cone.

With over 30 different gelato flavors, it was hard to choose, but it didn't matter. Any flavor will be delicious haha. There are gluten-free products and vegan products, so you can select the flavor by selecting the symbol at the bottom before choosing the flavor. I placed a total of 2 orders. ▶Double cup Mandarino Siciliano, Cioccolato extra dark vegano ▶Single cup Stracciatella I wanted a sweet and refreshing taste, so I ordered tangerine and chocolate flavors. I prefer the bitter taste of cacao to the sweet taste of chocolate, so I chose dark, and it suited me very well. The stracciatella that my friend chose was also very delicious. A place where you can taste chewy gelato!

I totally recommend it. We had a very good breakfast. We are two celiacs and they had the menu adapted. My son ate pancakes with Nutella and I ate bread with oil, tomato and cheese. With the coffee he brought us some complimentary gluten-free cookies. They had never offered that to me in so many years that I have had my problem. I will repeat if I return to Santiago.

Gluten-free waffle: a nice photo at the bar, but not recommended! It was something else entirely. The edge of the waffle was soft, but the rest of the waffle crumbled and gave the taste and appearance of being old. I know gluten-free products taste different, but this was disgusting.
