I recently visited Hula Poke Bowl in Metrotown and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant was clean and had a bright, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.The menu offered a great variety of options, catering to all dietary preferences with vegan and gluten-free choices. I ordered the classic poke bowl of the Koko with salmon, Kimch, and it was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The ingredients were vibrant and well-balanced, and the portion size was generous for the price.Service was top-notch; the staff was friendly and quick to help me customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. I also appreciated the speedy service, as my meal was prepared in just a few minutes. For those visiting for the first time, I highly recommend trying the spicy Gochujang sauce—it added a perfect kick to the bowl. Overall, Hula Poke Bowl is a great spot for a healthy and delicious meal in Metrotown. I'll definitely be coming back!

We've done team parties here twice and the buffet cannot be beat. Great service, excellent pizza and a huge variety including gluten free. It's becoming one of our go-to places. Eating solo is also great; we've found it to be great quality at a fair price.

The chef is not only Gluten intolerant himself, but us an absolute artist. My wife and I were in Vancouver for a few days while I took care of a couple of business meetings, and we happened to stumble across La Fontana Caffe while looking for something that would appeal to both of our tastes while also having at least a couple of decent Gluten Free options. Reviews said they could make special gluten free dishes, I was skeptical, but when I asked the chef, who I believe is the proprietor because of his passion for his craft and customers, he said all of the sauces are made from scratch and are gluten free, and though the home made pastas are not, he imports the gluten free pastas from Italy mostly to avoid cross contamination due to the gluten in the fresh pastas he makes daily. Portions are generous, flavors are to die for, coffee drinks smooth and rich without being bitter or too sweet (Carmel machiato). Plus, they have fresh baked gf desserts too! Bottom line, this reminded me of a little Cafe I used to frequent when I spent a year in Sicily, except they didn't speak English, and they probably would have kicked me out if I asked for gluten free pasta.

Tucked in Burnaby is this East African Indian fusion place. Great pakoras, lamb biryani and beef ribs. Plenty of gluten free choices. Great service too. Not disappointed at all. No photos to show as we dug into the dishes as soon as they were served.

On behalf of Morley PAC I want to thank Fior Di Latte for catering an amazing lunch for our teachers and staff. Working with FDL was an easy, pleasant experience. They were able to accommodate several dietary requests including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. Everything was packed beautifully and delivered on time. We come to the Keg often to celebrate birthdays but Sina definitely went the extra mile during this visit to make sure my mom’s food was celiac safe! It made all the difference to make sure she could enjoy her food during this birthday celebration. Hope we get him as a server again and the food was all delicious of course! Sina also offered to take pictures for families which was so nice as it’s easy to feel like a bother when asking for things like that.

I got the pasta chicken Alfredo with gluten free noodles and it had a good flavor. There wasn't much sauce, not sure if they didn't mix it or what, but many of the noodles were plain and it was hard to mix. But what *was* mixed was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly, not too tough but still a little charred. I got my food to go, but when I was in the restaurant the vibe was kind of depressing, couldn't exactly say why. The staff were kind and helpful. Ordering online was easy and pick up was a breeze. It's a great gluten free option, especially if you're in a time crunch or on a specific schedule.

I placed an order over the phone for two fettuccine's one being gluten free. I was pleased at how friendly the young girl was, her customer service was great and she was very quick to bring out our order and notice our vehicle outside. The portion sizes are great, the gluten free noodles are very good too. I've never taken out at this spot before but I will definitely be back the next time I'm looking for some good ol' fettuccine

Consistently yummy food. The menu has changed but we enjoyed everything we tried. Love the happy hour 1/2 priced oysters too! We appreciated that they split our salad. I avoid gluten and didn't have a problem finding options here. Great service and it makes for a fun date night! Dinner and casino for the win 🎉

The vibe and service are great, so is the food! Ordered gf pizza, mango coconut drink, raspberry drink, Parmesan fries, and crème brûlée 🍮 loved it all! Hayley is excellent!! She advised me with deciding from the happy hour menu, and dessert as I have gluten allergy. Another awesome lunch at Take Sushi on Hastings St in Burnaby. A wonderful modification on the Sunshine Roll to meet my Gluten Free needs. The mango is such a nice touch!!This is pairing nicely with my favorite Spicy Salmon Roll. The seared salmon was out of this world delicious and melted like butter as I bit into it. Arigatō Chef. SUGOI!!!!

Delicious tortilla chips that are made in house, and gluten free. Also bought corn tortillas, and queso fresco. Great placebo buy supplies if you’re making Mexican cuisine !

The menu showed gluten free items. However, when we arrived, they were not able to accommodate whatsoever for people within our party that had celiac. The service was also very poor, with minimal attention being put on our table, and the staff had little-to-no knowledge of the dietary restrictions at our table. The space of the indoor and outdoor seating areas are also not the best, making it hard for anyone taller than 5'9 sit at the tables that are quite tight. Overall, one of the poorest restaurant experiences I've had in a while. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WITH CELIAC.

This ramen shop is decent, I am glad they had the gluten free option noodles for additional 4 ontop the order. I found the broth is oily and heavy to my liking. That is why I am giving it an average, but overall taste was good.

I absolutely love Coras. The food is always a 10/10. When I visited on a Tuesday they were under staffed and clearly busier then expected but our server took it in stride and I was very pleased with her positive attitude. Super kid friendly environment and great kids menu to. They've also updated and changed their regular menus as well with vegan and gluten free options as well. I'll definitely be back!

I'm celiac, and while they can't guarantee zero cross contamination, I felt very looked after. Staff has been trained, and steps are in place. I had nachos and some drinks. They were delightful. Our server was attentive and kind. I'd come back for the peace of mind alone, so tasty food is a big bonus!

My family has been eating here for years, first as Broken Rice and now as Chao Mami. The new rebranding/redesign is fun, and feels much more contemporary. I really appreciate that they've always had several gluten-free and vegetarian and vegan options, and now they've got them listed on the in-house menu (hopefully they'll add that to the website soon, too). Portion sizes are large, and their Hot & Sour Seafood soup is the best thing to help clear your sinuses when you have a cold ;p

Great place to eat. The food is amazing and the owner is extremely welcoming. The food truly brought me back to the days I was island hopping/backpacking through Thailand. They also have many gluten free options throughout the menu. Had to add to the review, I was disappointed to find out when trying to order from the lunch menu at 3:40pm. Was told last call for lunch is 3:30 when the signs posted throughout the interior and exterior of the building clearly say 4pm. I still think it's 5stars based on the food but feel as though a simple change to signage would help.

We enjoyed our dinner and sake very much. The food is good, the building is a lovely old converted mansion with beautiful stained glass details and the service is fairly attentive. I was happily surprised at the size of my BC roll. It's HUGE, fresh, and yummy. Yaki Soba and Yaki Udon dishes were flavourful. Chicken teriyaki on rice was cooked well, and gyoza and tempura prawns were fresh and hot. There are some menu items for someone needing gluten-free dishes which was great. The building isn't accessible to those with mobility issues. There are no ramps, lots of steep steps to walk up, and no elevator that we could find. The main meals didn't come out at the same time so some were almost finished before others had started.

This is my fav location. The staff is super professional and nice. They have gluten free burger buns and other appetizers. So def have lots of options for celiacs. Plus the staff always takes extra care with food allergies.

Excellent service and delicious food!! I've ordered from Desi Turka many times but this time I added a specific "no gluten" comment since it's an option on Uber Eats (probably been there for ages but I only noticed today). I've called before and knew they were very aware of gluten so I wasn't too concerned, but they gave me a call to let me know and make sure I was comfortable with the smallest possibility of cross contamination (which is not likely and I was fine taking the risk). I missed the call so they wrote me a note! I do have celiac so knowing that restaurants are aware of their gluten content and cross contamination levels is very important and it's so lovely to see somewhere go to such lengths to keep me comfortable and safe! I also ordered quite late at night so to get such quality service at all hours really shows how much care they put in to their work ❤️ Excellent food, fabulous service, and reasonable prices! The paneer pakora is particularly delicious! Definitely recommend 😊

We are big fans of the Pizza Pizza/Pizza 73 franchise because they provide reliable and tasty gluten-free options for celiacs. Everything we ordered was up to our expectations with similar locations and the quality was top-notch. Staff were polite and friendly and the new design and interior looks great. Would highly recommend for looking for a reliable franchise pizza location.
