My server was friendly and great with timing. I was very pleased with my spinach enchiladas. Great portion, flavorful. Cute tile on the floor. Nice variety on the menu. Wish the floors didn't feeling greasy. Above all for me a big improvement would be if it was clear to me what allergens are in the food. When I mentioned to my server that I needed my food to be gluten-free he looked like he was guessing that the enchiladas were gluten free because they're made with corn tortilla but I did not see him make a note for the chef or anyting and he did not assure me that it was gluten free. I'm have issues and I have no idea if the yummy sauce had gluten. Either marking the menu for customers or letting the chef know would be a huge benefit

Jasmyne was such a great server! She helped us navigate the gluten-free menu as my mom has celiac! She was super kind and the food was delicious. We love coming here!

Food was fantastic. Nothing labeled Gluten-free on the menu, but the waiter told me exactly what was Gluten-free, what could be modified, and what was off limits.
Small place, but very relaxed atmosphere. Had this at Dinner yesterday. Would definitely recommend and go back.
However, I'm confused about the 93.0 (A) rating - maybe it was an off day when the inspector came? Because the food was delicious.
A popular spot for quick and healthy food bowls with vibrant ingredients, though seating can feel a bit cramped during peak hours.

Really good, healthy food bowls with a mix of vegetables, meats and fruit options. The service is friendly and quick. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu if that's your thing. There are also a lot of options if you have a special diet; e.g. gluten-free, paleo, keto, etc.
A smash burger joint with crispy edges, killer sides, and a great vibe, perfect for a game day or casual lunch outing!

I am not vegan, however, I do eat gluten free and I was blown away by the food! I got the drumstix plate with cornbread and gf Mac. The drumsticks were so crispy and the cornbread was insane. The service was also wonderful!
Highly recommend and will be coming back when I'm in NC again 😊

Man listen! These Fuel Balls are amazing! I definitely feel energized. Even my headache went away. The smoothies are good. The gluten free bread is actually tasty. It’s a bit on the pricy side.
Thank you Bean Traders for giving me great gluten free/dairy free food and beverage quality while serving your other customers--it makes you so easy to frequent alongside my friends without being food-jealous. You are appreciated!

We immediately felt welcome when stepping in for a quick dinner Sunday night/ this place was even better than I expected- the food was excellent- I loved the bison filet, kale salad and baked potato! They have excellent gluten free options including a dedicated fryer for fries! Also loved the pickles they served before our food came! Also worth mentioning, they have good Diet Coke with perfect pebble ice. Beyond the great food, we had the most amazing server! Katie went above and beyond for us and made us feel right at home! We cannot wait to come back and eat here again! Katie is seriously one of the best servers we have met in years and would come back because of her hospitality alone!
Amazing build your own pizza. Great vegan cheese and chorizo. Their pesto sauce is delicious. Gluten-free, cauliflower and keto crust options available.
Excellent food. Casual atmosphere. Not a lot of indoor seating but plenty outside. I had the trey-mendous burger with sweetpotato fries. Sweet tea was SWEET and AWESOME. Wife had a chickens salad sandwich on a GF bun - which she said was great. Quite a compliment for anything gluten-free, imho.
A delightful experience with creative cocktails, beautifully presented dishes, and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to enjoy every moment.

Absolutely fabulous experience! We were quickly seated (we had reservations as soon as they opened), service was prompt and pleasant, our meals were all perfectly accurate and delicious, and even parking was easy! For appetizers our group shared the hazelnut burrata and the giant meatballs with crispy bread. These were delicious and I would be happy to enjoy them by themselves as a meal! But I got the butter chicken "sostanza" style, which is lightly breaded and fried in a butter oil sauce and is unbelievably delicious! Others in our group got the linguine a la carbonara, and the blue cheese alfredo tagliatelle. Everyone commented that these were some of the best dishes they've ever enjoyed! We had to look up a lot of the menu's Italian terminology online, but everyone was very pleased with their meals.
We also enjoyed a range of creative cocktails, from the delish "Santa's 52-Week Vacation" with charred rosemary, to the "Captain Pek Pek's Business Class Flight" cocktail complete with attached paper airplane with the recipe printed on it! Loved these! There was also a nice array of desserts, and we enjoyed everything from affogato, gelatos, bread pudding, to tiramisu!
The atmosphere is simple and streamlined, but it doesn't feel unwelcoming. The staff are all helpful, professional, and very familiar with the menu. They even had dietary restrictions labeled on the menu, so there are options for those that are vegan, gluten-free, etc. I appreciated that the pace of the meal was leisurely (true to a traditional Italian meal) and at no point did our group feel rushed.
Every element of the meal was fabulous from start to finish, was served hot, and was presented beautifully! Thank you for a fantastic first experience, we will all definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this restaurant! We have young kids and we are newly gluten free, dairy free, and egg free and eating out has become more difficult than it's worth. So this was actually the 1st time in 8 months that we have eaten out.
The owner was so very helpful and SO patient with all of our questions! We will definitely be back!

We came here with my two daughters. They brought out an extra appetizer for the kids cause they were so hungry. My one daughter has gluten and vegan allergies and they were able to make a chicken curry for her that she loved that was allergen free.
Our waiter was very attentive and made it a great relaxing time for the kids and us.
Food was excellent, the portions are large, so we have leftovers that we took home.
We’re gonna come back on the weekend for the buffet —-

Not good at all. Somehow the cashier thought I said no meat on my Reuben. It was fixed by putting the gluten free bread back through the toasting process and then adding meat.

First time eating here and it was really tasty, and the service was great. I got the salmon roll and everything tasted fresh and delicious. If you need to eat gluten free they have a few choices, with a salmon, tuna, beef, and veggie option. I got the salmon made GF and they seemed to take allergies very seriously! The other people I was with enjoyed their food as well.

Kid's menu AND, ice-cream cake.
Cozy area with books to read or buy, or both; a free podcast studio - how cool is that? 😎

My fiancé and I have been here 3 times and each time the food has been amazing!
We were in today and got 5 star treatment by the staff. Back story - My fiancé was recently diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, and it's been a new challenge for us. One of the staff members (possibly owner/manager? We forgot to ask her name, but she definitely knew her stuff!) told us that they use tamari instead of soy so many of their sauces can be gluten free. Wow!! That is such a big deal for us, since soy sauce is used in so many of our favorite dishes. She then proceeded to walk us through what to order and avoid out of the rest of the toppings. Our dishes were absolutely delicious (highly recommend trying the tuna, truffle sauce, and spicy house sauce).
Truly appreciated the attention to detail by the staff today. Also, love that the signature bowls are named things like Kindness and Gratitude. Can't wait to be back!

When you buy omelette is it two eggs? Why am I still hungry? Why didn't I get any salad dressing?
I asked for gluten free and trusted my server but it sure wasn't udis. I buy udis and that wasn't it
I'm not sure if this is one of those places that starts the tipping at 18% unless you override it. I thought my service was pretty good until she forgot to give me coffee when I asked for some at the end of my meal instead she just brought me my check. They weren't that busy she could have asked me before giving me my check but she seemed totally forget. I would've preferred 15% tip since I have to drive to buy coffee now.

Food : They have a few vegan options and at least one naturally gluten-free option. Their coffee was really good. I had a red velvet latte with oat milk. The hash browns I got (and reason I gave them 4 stars) were greasy and a bit undercooked on the inside.
Atmosphere: It is cute and comfy inside. My friend and I were able to hear each other talk with no trouble. The music was just loud enough to be distracting, maybe because I liked the music.
I can see this place being a good place to go and work and just to hang out with friends.

We grabbed lunch here while in town to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, which isn't always easy with our bunch.
The young man taking orders was informative and helpful.
The greens were just the right amount of spice.
Crabcakes were crab and not filler.
Hushpuppies with honey - yum!
Added bonus - use of cornmeal allowed our gluten free eater to enjoy!
We will definitely eat here again when in Durham.

The arepas at Guasaca are fantastic, there are so many options and flavor combos (all gluten free, + vegan options), and the prices are super reasonable. I tend to get three different arepas, and I can typically eat two... and then I save the third for later :) The sauces are all tasty and the spicy one is the best (IMO)!
I'm GF and every time I'm in the triangle I get Guasaca before my ride back to the coast - my can't miss spot.

They are always extra careful with my gluten free orders! I rarely get to eat out due to medical conditions. This location is always super friendly and has never gotten a take-out order wrong. Came in today for lunch, the lass behind the counter made eye contact and turned around to continue prepping something. We were the only people in line to order. Her coworker nudged her so we could order, she persisted doing something (he wasn't doing anything and said he couldn't help us) and then took several minutes to turn around and engage us. We waited for 10 minutes. I asked a basic question about the WF (wheat free) tags being different than what they show online (which is GF Gluten Free, and not the same thing, I'm Celiac) and she just kept saying I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what that is.
It was awful. It was disheartening and I was embarrassed, we turned around and left.
I don't know if we had a bad experience or what, but the food was not good. The place got great reviews, so my whole family and I went to check it out. Everyone's food came out cold. My sister ordered a gluten free bun, and they brought it out with a regular bun, luckily she noticed. They took it to the back and it was another 15min before they brought it back out. Then when they did, they brought it out with tots, not fries. Not only that, but I paid $20 for a burger and fries. I'm okay paying that at a gourmet burger place, but not a bar.
The restaurant is attached to a brewery, but the brewery doesn't do flights and they won't let you sample the beer. Overall it definitely wasn't worth it. The food wasn't good, and the beer didn't save the day. Unfortunately, I won't be back. There are way better spots in Durham.
