Who knows what their food is like. They didn’t open at 10am like their hours say they do & so I didn’t get to try their gluten free food on my flying visit to HK. Sad, cos now I have to go to a muggle bakery and watch other people eat nice things. Boo hoo Sweatpea cafe.
Top tip: if your Google hours say you open at a certain time, please do so, OR get them changed!

This cozy restaurant serves delicious, well-balanced gluten-free meals that don't compromise on flavor. The sweet owner (who runs it with her husband) made us feel so welcome with her warm hospitality.

Had their galettes at AIA, super tasty savoury and sweet, very friendly staff/owner happy to cater well for gluten free people. Will definitely recommend and can only think the restaurant will be even better.

Bedu is FANTASTIC and best of all - celiac friendly! Their menu is marked with gluten free indicators and the chef is very knowledgeable. On top of that, the food is some of the absolute best I have ever had. We were honestly blown away. The labneh is to die for.
Big ups to the team for being accommodating and helpful!

I came here about 10 times while visiting Hong Kong back in September and it was amazing every time.
As someone who has a peanut allergy (anaphylaxis) and was travelling with a friend who has coeliac (gluten allergy) this restaurant was the best. On top of the amazing service there was an entire dedicated gluten free menu and all the food on the menu was peanut and peanut oil free.
The food was delicious, highly recommend the bolgenase, and ragu. The staff was amazing, every time we went we were greeted with warm smiles and hugs. Every time was an amazing experience.
The atmosphere was nice often bustling on a busy night, but the staff were always very attentive and helpful. Sometimes stopping to chat which was lovely.
Having dined in many times and gotten takeaway from pici it's safe to say I was very happy with the service, food and overall experience.
If I ever go to Hong Kong again I will definitely be stopping here to eat.

Odelice is an affordable 🇫🇷 French restaurant. The dinner set menu is very affordable. The average price is 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes for $538. The second package includes 🥣 soup and 🥖 meal packages. The ingredients and cooking methods are all authentic and high quality 👍
🇫🇷French dessert platter
The recommended order of eating the dim sum platter is 🥧mini egg patties, 🧀Yazhi bamboo dipping sauce, 🧀herb cheese tart, 🦀fried spicy crab balls, 🐟smoked salmon. The most authentic one is the 🌿Yazhi Bamboo Dipping Sauce that goes with 🥬lettuce. Yazhi Bamboo is a 🌿 vegetable from Europe and is rich in nutrients. This 🌿Yazhi Bamboo Sauce has a good balance of sweet and sour taste😆, ☘️ so refreshing! The fried crab meat balls mixed with mashed potatoes are crispy and creamy inside.
🐚French escargot with 🌱grass garlic butter sauce cheese potato puree
🐚The snail meat is easy to peel out the shell. Mix the 🌿green vegetable sauce with 🧄🧈garlic butter, 👍 enough to soak up the flavor, 🥔the soft and smooth potato puree with low residual sauce makes it even more delicious!
🦞Lobster Marseille Pot
This 🦞🦐🐟seafood pot is high-quality and rich, including 🦞half lobster, mussels, fennel-roasted 🦐🍤prawns and blind catfish! 🦞The lobster meat is easy to peel and smooth and elastic, 🐟the blind amberjack is fried with 🌱fennel and its umami flavor becomes more prominent, and the fish meat does not fall apart easily. The prawns and mussels are both so fresh, 🍅it is delicious with tomato seafood sauce!
🥩🍽️Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin
🥩The beef tenderloin is very thick, the meat inside is fresh and tender without too much gluten👅, the 50% doneness makes the sweetness and tenderness of the gravy more prominent, and the duck liver brandy sauce is so rich!
Discover a vibrant dining spot with a great view and a tempting menu full of unique offerings that keeps diners coming back for more.

Let me start by saying the staff is excellent, and the location is perfect. They have a great view of the harbour. Additionally this is one of the very few restaurants in Hong Kong which lists all the allergens in their food. So if you are a coeliac or have any other food allergy, it's fantastic. The food, however, is sorely lacking. For 4 people we spent $1300 HKD approx and I have to say the portions were abysmal. The ravioli portion was laughable, the lasagne was somewhat better but still nowhere near enough. The only meal with a decent portion was the gluten free king prawn pasta. The flavours were basic and bland on all the dishes (I will excuse one of the dishes, given that the person specifically asked for no chilli). In my honest opinion, the only reason this restaurant is so highly rated on Google is that they have an extensive wine collection, great staff and great view.

Cutest salad shop with vegan and gluten free options. Asian and European flavours to cater to all! I had an Asian plate with curry, cold Chinese salad and tofu. Hubs had chickpeas, beetroot and lentils. Would come again.

We had amazing experience with wonderful service, including highly caring staff members. The good, all fishes we have had, was absolutely delicious. I personally could never think I can eat sashimi, as i previously never liked the raw meat, but the Salman and the other fish, had such amazing flavour that I could enjoy the most and even ask for more. The chief souls be talented and well experienced, to make such delicious foods. To take ie to another level, we are on gluten free diet (not coeliac but just intolerant) and the chief made some alterations in the food for us, so we could adhere to our diet.
Well done team. We cannot wait to come back and we do not hesitate to recommend it to all visitors who are looking for an amazing taste.
$$, but lovely food. Great wine.
Meal for 1: 4 messenger 1 glass house wine. c$700 And they will cater for gluten free, but check as every course is delivered as you will get served by multiple waiters.

Great Italian place in central HK (HK Island). The places many authentic dishes including many gluten free options. My favourites included Nduja and fruitti Di mare. There is also a seperate kids menu for those under 12 years of age. The vibe was good and service excellent. A HK goto for those who enjoy good Italian pasta that is gluten free.
Get ready for a spot that boasts amazing flavors, with standout dishes and a lively ambiance, though it leans a bit to the pricey side.

Friendly staff, good food. Meat was very good (in taste and texture), tiger prawn the same, and allergens (gluten) were taken into account. Dessert (coconut balls) really tasty.
A bit on the pricey side, that was the only downside. Otherwise great

There is a beer menu, wine list, gluten-free menu, and regular menu. Make sure you get the ones you need. Very dark. Menu could be printed a little larger. It's hard to read in the dark environment.

Very nice and authentic Italian pizzeria, they also make a proper gluten-free pizza which was a bless for me, it was so good that I had to order the second one right after finishing the first pizza 🤭.
Plus, the staff was super friendly and fun 😉

I indulged myself on the Yashoku Night Brunch the 6th of January. Even though the free flow setting is definately up for group parties, I really enjoyed the evening on my own. With very friendly staff, a nice atmosphere with DJ and live percussion, delicious drinks and a beautiful evening filling glutenfree food journey. A night to remember!

Beautiful restaurant with excellent food. We booked the Skyline tasting menu which was fantastic. The dishes were very delicately balanced - a hint of spice that lingered but didn’t overwhelm.
The wine recommendation was on point for the spicy food. The restaurant was very accommodating to one of our group who needed a gluten free menu and prepared a separate tasting menu for her.
Great place to bring overseas guests - Our friends truly enjoyed the food and the views.

Amber, Now in its 18th year of operation. After closing for renovation in 2018, Amber made a stunning comeback in May 2019.
Dutch-born chef Richard Ekkebus's restaurant has undergone a radical revamp. The refreshed space feels natural, with soft curves and undulating gold sculptures hanging overhead.
As opposed to the à la carte of the past, it now serves only prix-fixe menus, one of which is vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free with reduced salt. The new Amber no longer uses dairy, gluten, refined sugar or salt.
Food is of high quality, innovative and will pleasure any palate.

Homemade bread, nut butter
Sourdough bread has been fermented for a long time and has a richer flavor than ordinary bread. The light nut butter also sublimates the taste of the bread.
Sea trout, cod roe and salmon roe
The trout is very fresh and fragrant, and the combination of cod roe and salmon roe increases the taste.
Beef heart tomatoes, cantaloupe vinegar and kelp
The whole dish is sweet and sour, very appetizing.
Grilled king oyster mushrooms, French butter sauce, caramelized shallots and hazelnuts
Asparagus, grilled fermented hollandaise sauce and crispy grains
Raw Beef Tartare, Red Pepper Walnut Sauce, Watercress and Roasted Garlic
This beef is paired with red pepper and walnut sauce, which is very special. The beef is completely gluten-free and tastes like Mexican tacos.
Main
Australian Limestone Coast Beef Belly Steak, Confit Garlic, Maitake Mushroom, Retro Carrot, Madeira (+$50)
The dish has been cut into pieces, the fat is evenly distributed, and it is served with rock salt. The outside is grilled to a crispy and quite tender texture.
Hamachi, grilled razor clams, pesto and chili oil
The fish meat is thick and tender, and the fish oil is gently squeezed out. It is delicious but not greasy. When paired with the chewy and fragrant razor clams, it is full of surprises and overflowing with umami flavor.
Espresso with milk foam, fruity and smooth

This by far one of the best French cafes in Harbour City. Please don’t dine here as I’d like to keep this incredible gem to myself. The staff are professional and the food is clearly prepared fresh and by a very good chef.
I have been dining here a number of times and can never find fault. Thanks you Epure for always making me feel welcome and provide such wonderful fare. Keep up the Michelin star level at reasonable prices. Hong Kongers are very lucky indeed
Wheelchair accessible and wash rooms close by
They can cater for vegetarians and gluten free needs as well.
Was a great lunch and even better if your a Forest Gump fan. Did was great and also has great gluten free options. Only 4 stars as the service was a bit slow but we were a large group just as the opened so they were probably still getting organised.
