An absolute insider tip in Olbia with very tasty vegan and even more gluten-free pastries and cakes. The coffee was fabulous too, there are milk alternatives. Also, for example, surprisingly good ice cream made from rice yoghurt, which the owner (at least we assume that's her) simply served us for free every now and then. Finally, we ordered very tasty vegan sandwiches with various vegetables and homemade cream. The lady who, as I understand it, runs the café with her son was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and ate very well!

Beautiful dreamlike place, with the sound of the fountain that relaxes you.. the little lights on each table that gave a sense of magic... The excellent service.. attentive, friendly and nice staff, very clean place, polished cutlery.. impeccable bathrooms attentive to every detail.. but the food was absolutely amazing. We ate the pizza...even gluten-free...horrible taste They really don't know how to do it... half raw, spongy... wet with seasonings... rubbery... oh my God! Experience not to be repeated. Too bad please change the chef..

The pizza was very good. Eaten gluten free without any problems. Unfortunately, two guests' cutlery was dirty (after the dishwasher) at the table. When asked, a new one was supposedly brought, but it was only polished up. There was a dead cockroach on the floor in the women's restroom. Conditions/service staff were friendly. Hot food is only available from 7 p.m.

My friend had the daily special and I had a gluten free pizza. We both decided the better option was the fish they serve on the big plank. I was very disappointed with my pizza. Nice people although service was a bit disorganized.

Lots of gluten free options! I ate very well from the first course to the dessert, the pasta was cooked just right and the sauce was mixed very well (which is difficult to find with gluten-free pasta). Even the dessert, an amaretto cheesecake, was spectacular! I will happily return

We left the restaurant with a full and happy stomach - that's all we can say in advance. We ordered two pizzas. One of them was gluten free. Both pizzas were very tasty. There are also other gluten-free options such as pasta, focaccia, fish or risotto. It is marked on the menu and the staff can also help with the selection. The two desserts “non-tiramisu” and “lemon tart” were lovingly prepared and were also very tasty. The lemon tart was modified by the service so that it was gluten-free. Very attentive. What surprises me are the bad reviews about the service. We cannot confirm that. We experienced very courteous and polite service staff who tried very hard to satisfy me and my gluten intolerance. All in all a successful evening.

Quiet place, with a wide selection of pizzas and options for celiacs. They make almost all the pizzas and also have a version for celiacs. The place is close to the center, but extremely quiet. Ideal for having a quiet dinner and then going to the center on foot. I recommend the 4 cheese pizza, I ordered it both nights I came here and it has never disappointed me!

Very nice restaurant. Many locals were here on Sunday. Food is delicious. We both had pizza. The owner was very accommodating and was able to answer all of our questions. The waiters were also very attentive. There was a gluten-free pizza for me and also without cheese. But there would even have been a lactose-free cheese variant. Really delicious for a gluten-free pizza. The normal one was really great too. Super successful evening.

Very average restaurant. It was too expensive for this quality of food. Coperto 5€/person! Food was average, small portions with missing ingredients. Some gluten-free options are available, but nothing special. We had to wait a long time for the food as well. But staff was kind and nice.

Very elegant place, with really good traditional Sardinian dishes; the very friendly and helpful waiters explained each dish to us and suggested the wine, a superlative Vermentino di Gallura. Rich and elaborate gluten-free menu (not the usual risotto). If you pass through San Teodoro I recommend stopping here because it's worth it!

I have been frequenting the Vecchio Mulino for almost ten years and I don't feel like exaggerating in calling it the best restaurant in Sassari! Excellent quality, cuisine that marries traditional flavors with research into combinations, but without overdoing it with sensationalism! Nothing to complain about! Superb and well-seasoned gluten-free pizza as well as the always gluten-free tiramisu...Superlative! The only flaw... pizzas and focaccias with gluten were a little too burnt... Everything can be solved! Large and clean place with space dedicated to children, kind and friendly staff.

We ate at this place last night. The location is very nice and the food is very nice and good. We ate two fish first courses, one of which was celiac-friendly and two pizzas for the children (fantastic pizzas, both the dough and the ingredients). The service is very professional and fast and the price is low. We spent €75 of which €20 was on wine.

Excellent especially fish restaurant near the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura. There is seating outside and some air-conditioned internal rooms. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease and sufficient availability of gluten-free dishes such as starters, pasta and main courses. Gluten-free desserts such as panna cotta and creme brulee are also available. They also bring a basket with gluten-free bread and breadsticks. Friendly staff and fast service. Absolutely worth booking in summer.

A must if you are celiac in Gallura, friendly and helpful. Obviously the prices are high/normal both for being in the center and for being gluten-free and in Gallura, so I would say more than fair. But for a leisurely dinner with a meal or dinner of pizza, piadinas and sandwiches, it is perfect. I would say finally a well-stocked place. Still a friendly place, quiet without pretensions, good gluten-free burger, really huge portions, recommended!!
