I’ve been to MANY gluten free bakeries around the world and this is the worst I’ve ever eaten at. Everything crumbles apart and is served cold (even the warm dishes they bring out cold). It took them 30 minutes to bring our food for it to be cold and dry. We were the only people there at 9am. Unless you are vegan and gluten free and don’t have any other choice, I’d highly recommend skipping this place. It is not worth the money or extended time you’ll wait to get your cold food.

They have a good, super delicious gluten-free bakery, when I couldn't eat anything due to gastritis it was the only delicious bread that didn't make me bloated and the place is nice, it lacks a little atmosphere but it's super nice to chat.

Delicious gluten-free pizzas. The place is small to eat there. There are two to three tables. But the pizzas are delicious, and can be ordered to go. I recommend the Campo Pizza and the wild mushroom pizza. Super rich!

We ordered cakes for my birthday and they were really delicious. The carrot one tastes very good and doesn't lose anything to a gluten-free cake.
I wish they had more sizes as I can't afford to pay for these cakes if the only person who can't eat gluten is me.

I canceled a reservation then made another I was so undecided. So glad we came here for lunch. The brunch line on the weekend was around the corner. On a Monday it was easier to get a reservation same day and we were seated immediately.
We had the Burrata with olives. Yum! They brought bread that was so good and gluten free crackers for my daughter. We had the arugula and Parmesan salad followed by watermelon fish ceviche. We loved every dish.
Before we left I ordered a fig and guava croissant for the next mornings breakfast and it did not disappoint even day old!
Hope that helps make your decision.

Everything was very delicious! Very good option for vegans and non-vegans. I came with a non-vegan person and he didn't notice the difference! You can also choose gluten free bread, and my sister can't eat gluten so it was perfect.
My favorites were the Poyo bites and the milkshake :))

Awesome atmosphere and very good food. I have celiac disease and heard this was a good option for gluten free—our waiter kind of seemed to get it but then brought out my dessert (mango sorbet) on a bed of cookie crumbles, after confirming with me that this would be the one safe dessert option…so can’t say that they really get it as well as other restaurants in the area. Try at your own risk.

Wow! What an incredible spot. Our waiter, Diego, was the best and accommodated us so well. It was my mom’s birthday and he and the staff made it an incredible evening. This is some of the best food I’ve had. Great entradas, entrees, and desserts. A beautiful little restaurant that is a must visit!

We literally tasted local Mexican flavors at the restaurant, which I came to on recommendation and found a place at the last minute. Our waiter Jesus was very attentive. He was very careful about my gluten sensitivity. Gluten free tacos were incredibly delicious. Cactus salad was very nice. Our main course, red adobo and parsley barrita, was incredibly delicious. The avocado sauce and onion salad they brought us when we first came to the restaurant was amazing. Thanks a lot

Dined on Oct 14, 2024 based on strong reviews about their ability to accommodate allergies, but unfortunately left feeling that my dietary restrictions were not taken seriously.
Upon arrival, the hostess asked if anyone in our party had allergies. I informed her that I have Celiac disease and a tree nut/peanut allergy. She relayed this to our server upon seating us. I also provided the server with printed allergy cards (in both English and Spanish), which he took a photo of for future reference. However, he did not read them at that time.
As we began ordering, I found myself needing to ask detailed questions about each dish to determine whether it was safe, as I wasn’t confident the server fully understood the severity or specifics of my allergies. For instance, I asked about the blackened octopus dish, which included tempura. I inquired if it was made with rice or wheat flour—he confirmed it was wheat, and simply told me to order something else. I would have appreciated more proactive guidance through the menu to identify safe options rather than needing to question each item myself.
I also specifically asked him to review the Spanish side of my allergy cards, as I suspected some of the details were being lost in translation. However, he appeared to skim only the beginning before returning the cards.
We ordered: pulled duck tostadas, molcajeteada with fresh (non-fried) corn tortillas, the seasonal chef’s tamal, pork ribs, al pastor tacos, and wagyu skirt tacos.
At one point, another server brought a complimentary sope with beans, avocado sauce, and chilies. I had to ask whether it was safe for me to eat (it was).
Later, during the tableside preparation of molcajeteada salsa, our server asked if the “deep-fried” peppers used were safe for me. I once again raised concerns about the fryer and potential cross-contact. He confirmed it was not safe and quickly stopped the other server from proceeding.
After the molcajeteada, there was a noticeable lull in service. Eventually, our server returned with a dessert menu, despite us still waiting on several dishes we had ordered. When we inquired, he checked the system and said, “No, it’s not working,” without further explanation.
At that point, we requested the bill and left.
Unfortunately, I did not feel safe dining here. While there was some initial acknowledgment of my allergies, the follow-through and attentiveness throughout the meal were lacking, leaving me uneasy and disappointed.
Enjoy a lively evening with a twist on classic flavors in a trendy, upscale setting that's perfect for tourists.

Pujol, honestly, fantastic experience, but I'm retracting 1 star for a total of 4 because of 2 reasons.
1. The famous mole which is older than most children I know was not all that great. The newer fresh mole was better but still not the best mole I've had.
2. The cost. For the alcohol pairing with the multiple course menu for two, we paid a hefty note of $600 USD, including tip.
For similar experiences and charges at high-end restaurants, I've paid a little more than half that, which baffled me because eating in Mexico is fairly inexpensive.
That being said, excellent staff, mostly delicious food, and the gluten-free experience was as easy as it gets.
Located in a vibrant market, this spot offers a standout dining experience with a menu that's thoughtfully curated for all.

Wow what a place. Food was delicious, staff very attentive (and speak very good English). A huge bonus is that the owner is coeliac/celiac and gluten free items are labelled on the menu, of which most are! Great to feel safe eating authentic food.

We had reservations and seated immediately. The restaurant was full on a Saturday. Fabian was our waiter and he was wonderful. We were seated at the balcony edge. It is a bit chilly and people take photos there to look over the plaza but we did not care
The food here was the best we have had and great value.
We started with wine all from Mexico. Choices limited however we were happy with our choices. Next we had the salad with bacon and spiced nuts. Tacos we had the fish and octopus. Fish was better. Next steak and fish. The steak was perfectly cooked and the mustard sauce was a perfect compliment. The fish was very good but the steak was better. Lastly we had a slight communication lapse where I got the almond ice cream and cream cone and my daughter got the sorbet. She is gluten free and we thought we ordered two sorbets but it was fine We just did nit share that item. They also brought gluten free crackers instead of bread. Very accommodating.
The views were beautiful at sunset the food was delicious the service great. I would definitely recommend

10 course lunch over 3 hours with friends on a perfect autumnal day in CDMX: life doesn’t get much better. The food and service were exquisite with white Bordeaux to match. Some dishes contain insects (not visibly) and almost none contain gluten. It is not cheap but this level of cuisine might unaffordable in other cities, even if you could get a table.

Obsessed with this place for breakfast or brunch. We did get this included for free by using the AmEx card to book our stay at the Sofitel. The food is so delicious and beautiful, buffet and menu ordering. The service is perfection - kind, attentive, helpful, everyone speaks so many languages. On our last day, the wonderful *Sara* at the crepe/quesadilla station packed us up amazing to go boxes for our flight. Francisco, Enrique, Dany, and a fabulous woman waitress who I didn't get her name just were the best. I just love this place so much! The chocolate crepes, the yogurt and toppings, OMG the insane pastries, OMG the chilaquiles with green sauce, the juices and the ginger peach tea... I could go on and on. They have great gluten free options too. Chairs are comfortable. Sometimes a little noisy, and I wish the music wasn't all American! Definitely recommend going for sure though.
Beautiful space, delicious food and cocktails.
Limited menu items (digital menu is a lot smaller than the old, paper menu) and gluten-free options.
Dishes we liked include tom yum goong, nuea yang namtok, and yum ped lichis. Overall the flavors are great, but a tad too salty.
PF Chang's is one of my favourite westernised Chinese restaurants, but not this branch after tonight's meal. My partner is a coeliac and has to eat gluten-free, which they advertise that they can cater to. Unfortunately they offer is extremely limited, which wouldn't be a problem if they could focus on making a quality meal that it's edible. The lettuce wrap is the only starter that is gluten-free, and that's fine as it's a tasty dish and easy to share. The starter came before our drinks arrived. My partner fried chicken was so dry that you just couldn't eat ot and didn't have any of the vegetables that it was advertised on the menu. My sesame Chicken was drowned in so much sauce that it wasn't enjoyable, and I couldn't eat much of it. So when the bill came and our waiter saw that most of the food was left on the plate. We tried to explain to him why, but he smiled and said I don't understand English. So save yourself some money and disappointment to ignore this particular branch.

Aleli is remarkable. I have been here twice and will go again. My wife and I took my mother, who has celiacs, here for her birthday. Not only was the food fantastic, the service and attention to gluten-free preparation was incredible. The drinks and draft beer were also wonderful.
The food is so tasty and beautiful that we forgot to take pictures of some dishes, immediately jumping into the deliciousness before us.
They even brought out seeded (gluten-free) tostadas for my mother. I can't think of a better experience anywhere in the world. When you're in CDMX, make a reservation here or you're leaving the best on the table.

It is a nice and quiet place. They brought us a very delicious pumpkin carpaccio. We then ordered a Heriloom Tomato Salad which was delicious, very fresh.
We also ordered a gluten-free pizza, 1/2 roasted mushrooms and 1/2 diavola, both very delicious, I liked the mushroom one better. The truffle macaroni was good. And the drinks, grapefruit with lychee, and raspberry with blueberry, very well done.

The first time we ate at Rosetta last week the food was delicious and the service wonderful with our waiter Ivan. On Wednesday we went again and I ordered what an inattentive waiter said was gluten free gnocchi. The waiter neglected to tell me that if you want it gluten free what you get is a tiny portion of gluey gnocchi with no flavor and no anchovies because they fry the anchovies with flour. I would not have ordered this insipid dish if I had known. The waiter never returned to our table and when I said something to the woman who came to collect the credit card she said, next time tell us. Who would I have told? Our waiter was busy giving other diners long and informative explanations of the food and pouring them tastes of 5 wines for them to choose which to buy. The woman who took the card didn't offer to comp my meal or even the dessert, which was the only thing that saved this experience. The dish that I received shouldn't come out of any restaurant kitchen much less that of what is considered to be one of the best restaurants in the world.

Went for my birthday dinner and could not be more disappointed as it was the worst dinner I had during my stay in CDMX.
The vibe was confusing and the service Was slow. While they tried accommodating my gluten free needs, they did so in a way that completely modified the dish without consulting with me while still charging me full price, which was extremely expensive for what I got. I could not even finish my meal, as it was so bad.
I have had substantially better meals in the area and can't recommend this place.
The best food we had in Mexico City! I’m still dreaming of the corn tamales. The dishes are very simple and small. So we were able to order a variety of dishes. An unforgettable fine dining experience in Mexico City. Em delivers thoughtful hospitality, incredible storytelling, and innovative takes on Mexican cuisine. Every dish had a narrative, beautifully explained in both English and Spanish by the rotating staff. Shoutout to Ietza (waitress), Daniel, Diego, and Valeria (sommelier) for their warm, flawless service.
They were extremely accommodating of my partner’s gluten allergy and paid attention to every detail—even folding our napkins when we stepped away. Dishes were perfectly paced, generously portioned, and beautifully plated.
Highlights included the crab & caviar, a black bean tostada with a texture we’re still thinking about, and a New York steak served with the most elegant silverware. Their Oolong sparkling tea, served in a gorgeous glass, was a refreshing and rare treat.
This is a place that honors Mexican food while elevating it into something truly special. Highly recommend.
