In general the food is quite good, it has variety and is very well adapted to those who are lactose intolerant and celiac. As for the dishes such as the sirloin with rosemary with wine, I found it too dry and a little hard and the nougat cake could be improved, it fell apart instantly and the flavor could be improved.
A delightful spot with a magical vibe, offering a wide variety of delicious options and generous portions that keep everyone coming back!

I have celiac disease and I ordered the gluten-free pizza. They have two doughs: one frozen and another homemade that they make with nuts. On the recommendation of the owner, I ordered the second one. The pizza is one of the best gluten-free I have ever eaten. The only thing is that I was quite shocked that it cost €15 for the size it was. I guess that pizza base would have a supplement even if they didn't tell me. If I return to Conil, I will return.

Beautiful place on the beach of Zahara, everything suitable for celiacs and lactose intolerant, if not, they will adapt it to you, homemade food, the shrimp omelettes are super delicious, and not at all oily, the croquettes are delicious, and the Güenijimo says so in its name, the only thing I would give a but to, the rice, which tasted delicious, but the point was over, 8/10.
A vibrant spot with a diverse menu featuring local specialties and quick, efficient service, perfect for families and couples alike.

We went because I have celiac disease. I had read good reviews but the quality of the product is terrible. We ordered gluten-free croquettes (the worst I have ever tasted in my life), dense, without any flavor. Also squid (if they call that squid, because it's POTA, not squid), they were very soft, with a fryer flavor... we couldn't even eat it with lemon. Disappointing that in a beach place, especially in CÁDIZ (cradle of the little fish) they put such a shame that they were frozen for sure. I neither recommend it nor will I return. At least the staff is nice.
A cozy local gem with a vibrant atmosphere, offering an extensive menu that’s perfect for all tastes and a unique touch of homemade love.

Top service, friendly, attentive.
Small but family cafe.
One of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten, with a lot of variety (organic, homemade, vegan, gluten-free products).
The best way to start the day!
Looking forward to returning, to repeat.

We stayed in Sanlúcar at Christmas to see family and decided to have breakfast on one of its main streets.
Since my wife has a gluten allergy, we looked at several cafes in the area and this one had gluten-free breakfast options. Also with some very appetizing cakes.
We chose only the toast and it was a success.
A very acceptable price and good treatment from the staff.
A hidden gem where everyone can enjoy a mouthwatering variety of delicious dishes at great prices, making it a must-visit spot!

We loved it here so much we came back twice during our stay in Cadiz. Majority of the menu can be made gluten free but you do have to discuss with staff, as there was not a specific/clear menu with all the options. They also asked if I was celiac or just intolerant and then highlighted the options where there may be some cross contamination. Great service.
Great burgers, fast & friendly staff. We tried both the meat and vegan options, both really tasty.

Menu for celiacs!
It is an Italian restaurant. The decoration is simple but beautiful, it looks like you have traveled to Sardinia, Italy.
They have an exclusive menu for celiacs, where they make any dish gluten-free. In addition, the owner's wife and son are celiacs, so they know very well how to prepare gluten-free food and free of cross contamination.
We tried salads, gluten-free pizza, gluten-free pasta and even fresh gluten-free pasta (the only place that has it gluten-free). They also have a typical Sardinian liqueur, “Mirto”.
The owner is super friendly and tries hard to please and you feel very comfortable and safe as a celiac here.

Second time I've ordered gluten-free food there and second time I've ended up in the emergency room due to dehydration after vomiting all afternoon. I do not recommend it for celiacs.

We had lamb which was delicious, somewhat high price but consistent quality. And for dessert we must highlight the acorn cake, which is also gluten-free, it has a natural and sugary flavor but without being cloying, cake-like but juicy because it has orange juice.
In short, it was a good idea to pay attention to the many good recommendations that I had read before going.

It's a pleasure to find places where good cuisine, good service from the waiters and an incomparable atmosphere come together near Barrosa Beach and which also have a separate fryer to adapt almost their entire menu for people with food intolerance. Gluten. Out of 10, special mention to their shrimp omelettes and choco meatballs. Don't go later than 2 or you'll have a hard time finding a place to eat because it's always packed.

Today I discovered this incredible restaurant and without hesitation I had to share my experience.
As soon as you arrive you notice the good atmosphere of the place. The waiters are very attentive, friendly and professional, super knowledgeable about the menu and the dishes are not simple, they are the most elaborate and they are a ten! It's obvious that you like their work!
The menu is very varied and with a large number of GLUTEN FREE options, I must say that as a celiac, except when I go to a restaurant exclusively for celiacs, the options on the menus are limited.
The croquettes! Oh my goodness, crunchy and delicious (gluten-free, which is even more complicated)
The arepitas, the octopus 🐙, the cod, the desserts uff. All!
The owners, Patri and Iñaki, the Joy of the place, passionate, committed and super loved. Congratulations!
Thank you for making us feel so comfortable in your home. We will repeat soon.
If you go to Tarifa, you can't miss it. Obligatory stop.
Until next time.
PS: the best of all was focusing on the experience since I didn't take any photos 😁

Very good, we ordered almost everything gluten-free and everything was great, even the fried fish. It also has a tuna-only menu. It was Saturday at noon and it was packed, but it still took them very little time to get all the food out. I loved the homemade nougat ice cream with PX. In general it is a little expensive, but quality, so it is very good to give you a tribute on the beach.

I was having lunch with my family in this place since I saw that they made gluten-free fried food and in fact they had all the fried food gluten-free and everything was very good, we ordered clams, anchovies, tuna blood sausage (we didn't love it but that depends on taste). ) dressed potatoes and more with very good quality, the staff very attentive and fast.

We went there to try the "egg nests" from a van, which were delicious. Then we tried a gluten free pizza which was spectacular. The base was thick and puffy. Obviously the cook did go some length to get it right with gluten free flour. We all shared this pizza. I can recommend this place if you want a quick lunch or simply don't like the local food, which is also spectacular.

We had dinner at this restaurant last night.
At 8:20 p.m., we went through the door to get on the waiter's list, and he told us the wait time for dinner. We had 9 tables in front of us, so we walked around and returned in 40 minutes. We waited only 5 minutes and then we were ready for dinner.
The tuna meatballs were SPECTACULAR, and upon recommendation, we ordered the octopus, and it was a total success, super tender and delicious.
Those two dishes (a half meatball and the octopus), two beers (one caña and one gluten-free), and a water cost €39.
They adapt all the dishes on the menu, except for the couscous and the meatballs, in case you have a gluten intolerance.
The service was 10/10 and the atmosphere was great.
We'll be back.

Highly recommended. We were looking for a place where they take into account food intolerances (gluten and lactose in our case) and not only do they have options, they adapt the food you choose so that you can eat it, mains and desserts. They also have vegan options.
We were very surprised by how empty the place was for a Saturday and we couldn't understand why, because the food was delicious, the adaptation to the needs of the group was done conscientiously and always with a smile and incredible kindness, the price was not is high...
We completely recommend it and we will 100% return when we return to Chiclana.

Very nice restaurant with a large and pleasant terrace. Everything was full (we had a reservation) and the service was slow, half an hour from when we sat down until we started eating and ordering a new drink was a five-minute wait.
Staff always very nice and helpful, they helped us choose for a person with celiac disease and another who was allergic to spices.
The food disappointed me a little: some dishes were abundant but not all, everything we tried (I don't know if this is the restaurant's norm) was cooked with little or, I would say, even some dishes, without salt, and some pasta was hard.
We ordered meat and they didn't get it right: we wanted it very well done and although they even filleted it so that it was roasted well, it was bleeding inside. We asked for it to be passed a little more and this time the outside was literally charred and with an unpleasant burnt taste but the inside was still red. Of course, in exchange they invited us to dessert.
The place in general is very good but, in my opinion, it lacks certain details (speed of service at certain times and above all more success in some dishes) to make it great.
As for price, let's say it's not cheap.
