Their gluten free red velvet cheesecake is super delicious!!! I was able to enjoy it safely as someone with Celiac's (basically gluten allergy) as they reassured us they used precautions š

Iām from Tennessee, and this place is legit. I also have celiac disease, which makes dining out difficult. This place takes the stress out of dining, and Megan my server inspired confidence and knew how to help. She was warm and attentive and I couldnāt ask for more. Pork Chop with applesauce dip, alright!
Scratch-made pizzas with unique crust options and a diverse menu make for a delicious waiting game thatās totally worth it.

If you have celiac or are gluten intolerant there are 2 gluten free options for crusts. They both start at 9". I had the margarita with plenty of cheese, and fresh basil.
Pizzas are made and baked from scratch so it takes a bit long but worth the wait. The menu has many other options too including vegetarian and calzones.

Fish and chips in Nevada? They may have been the best Iāve ever had and I live in Biloxi. The french fries were handcuffed with the skin still on And the dessert was vanilla ice cream with blood orange oil poured over it with whipped cream Oh my. Ambience is wonderful. tables are not too close together. It was a nice lunch.
And they had some gluten-free choices too.
With a diverse menu and unique spicy dishes, this spot is a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in tasty flavors.

Great food with gluten free options. Dine in is the way to go, portion sizes are better and when I ordered take out they gave me the wrong food.
Spicy basil chicken is king. Spice level 2 of 5 is enough to enjoy the meal and not regret tomorrow.

Great pizza! I have celiac disease and always have food anxiety when eating out - when I called the restaurant and asked about gluten-free options they double checked with the chefs while I was on the phone. Upon my arrival they scrubbed the counter and hands before preparing my pizza as we waited for our food the owner came out and talked to me further about how they try and make everything as safe as possible to make a gluten-free environment. Although, nothing is guaranteed, they do everything they can to ensure my safety. It was very nice to have the reassurance with my food as gluten is so damaging for me and creates a lot of food anxiety. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness also the pizza was on point. I had the Mediterranean pizza with pesto sauce š you won't be disappointed!
DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE OR ARE VERY GLUTEN SENSITIVE. Their menu has a whole statement about how their fried potatoes are gluten free because they are fried in a fryer that isnāt shared with breaded items. I was so excited about this. Come to find out, the chicken fried steak and potatoes in the same fryer. Why would they go out of their way to have that on their menu, recognizing people with Celiac cannot do cross-contamination, then not actually practice that?
Locally sourced ingredients shine here, making for an impressive menu that's worth every pennyādefinitely a must-visit!

Great food! A bit pricey, but totally worth it. They focus on locally sourced ingredients
Staff is incredible. Chefs are willing to accommodate just about any dietary restrictions. My daughter is lactose and gluten sensitive, but was craving pizza. They made a lactose-free, gluten free pizza that was so good I ate half of it. Also, the absolute BEST Chiliquilies I have ever eaten! If you have never been, GO.

Delicious, genuine Malaysian food at an affordable price point. The atmosphere in a smoky casino and candor of the chef/owners made this restaurant our most interesting stop after the recent hail storm in Carson City! The chef/owners were extremely conscientious of any guest allergens and dietary restrictions, making it easy for any gluten-intolerant person to interact with their menu. :) You couldnāt find better service in a big city like Vegas!

A solid spot for a quick, hot meal with a standout avocado salsa and perfectly cooked broccoli, though some locations use smaller chickens.

El Pollo Loco is a solid option. Their chicken is really tasty, and so is their avocado salsa. The rest of the food is pretty standard fare. Service has always been good at this location.
As far as gluten options, I think it is pretty safe, though I can't remember ever looking at the official allergens. I have had luck here

Bully's is one of a select number of sports bars in this region. It's a large space with more.big.screens than I could count. The menu is pure bar and grill style, big portions of burgers, piazzas, BB Que wings, salads gluten free options. A full bar with beers and wine.
This is one of my favorite places in Carson. The fish is always so fresh and awesome. I went in and they asked what kind of sauce i wanted and I told them it was up to them. They whipped my up this awesome chili house sauce combo that was just insanely good. Plus they are very knowledgeable about their food. My wife is gluten intolerant and I never have to worry about us going here because they always know exactly whatās going into the food. Love it.
Update!!!! Just went in last night and tried the fish tacos. Iām telling you right now, best fish tacos in Carson. No debate. The fish is perfect and crispy and actually filling. But the real star here is the slaw. It is a perfect combo with the fish and the balance is set with just a touch of vinegar coming through to make this possibly the best fish taco Iāve ever had. If you dig fish tacos, try these. You wonāt be sorry.
I have to maintain a strict gluten-free and dairy free diet due to unfortunately severe medical conditions. As a result, we call around to many restaurants when we get into a new area and ask them if they can handle my dietary restrictions. Most say ānoā. Some say āno guaranteesā. But every now and then you come across the rare exception who says āNo problem. Weāll make whatever you needā. The Villa Basque Deli did exactly that. They had a huge menu and modified it for me in a way that made the meal authentic and yet gluten free and dairy free. It was fantastic. Every single request had the same answer āno problemā
The service was excellent. The food was excellent. The staff was very knowledgeable. The Owners (who wait tables or cook or make sure that the food is done right) are exceptionally pleasant. I highly recommend Villa Basque and it will be a stop for me any time I am in Carson City.
I found this place about a month ago. The owner let me place a to go order a few minutes after closing since they hadn't closed the kitchen yet. It was so good I was back the next day for lunch! I now eat here about 4x a week. I am from the bay area, so I love Indian and all ethnic food. So excited to have an authentic local place.
When I first started coming, they were ironing out some kinks. So it makes sense that a lot of the poor reviews where when they first opened. The buffet is much better than when I first started coming!
My favorite dishes are the Chili Chicken (best I've had ANYWHERE) and the Malai Kofta which is a first for me. In the buffet, its only $10 for weekdays all you can eat and is delicious. It is a larger spread than when they first opened. The owner says as they get busier, they will be adding more items too. I love rating an indian restaurant based off of their chutneys, and theirs are superb. I'm very sensitive to being gluten free, and I have never gotten a contamination here. Everything but the naan bread and samosas are gluten free.
I love this restaurant so much. Super friendly, and feels like family. They can get really busy on weekend evenings, so I would call ahead for a reservation or expect a little wait at peek times.
NOT RELATED to the Indian Restaurant in Reno by the same name. I almost didn't come here because of it (I found Reno's food to be inedible.)

The owner was very helpful, I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten, he made sure that my food was gluten-free. It definitely made my "food anxiety" way less! And the food was excellent! I didn't have sushi but hopefully next time!
One of the few places to get gluten free crust AND dairy free cheese(celiac, lactose intolerant), my go to place for pizza, shame its so pricey but its totally worth!
