The best restaurant I've been to in a long time. The staff was very attentive, and the food was homemade and prepared with love. Allergens are clearly indicated on the menu, and if you mention celiac disease, they can accommodate almost all dishes. After more than 10 years of living in Catalonia, I finally got to try the Olot potatoes. And the black rice was incredible. I'll definitely go back there next time I'm in Olot.

Fair enough, the daily menu is worth 21e but for the food they offer it is not worth it. They are offered as gluten-free options but do not have bread, and the dishes they offer are very few.

We waited 1:20 for four pasta dishes. After waiting, the pasta was dry, tasteless, and nowhere near up to the standard of Italian cuisine. It's a shame because the location is beautiful. It's not worth the price they charge. And if you're celiac, the pasta they give you is packaged and pretty bad. A shame.

We had a business dinner in the small room they have, where you can close the menu and suitable for celiacs. They do not have a projector in case you have to present data, but if you bring it you have a screen to project it. Without a doubt 10/10

La Quinta Justa is a restaurant where you can tell from the very first moment that they take great care of everything they make, as well as their attentive service to the diner. The space is quiet, welcoming and ideal for enjoying a good meal in peace. It has been a while since we have enjoyed such a quiet space. I especially recommend trying the rice: simply spectacular. The wine list is very extensive and well-selected, and the service is attentive, friendly and very professional. In my case, I am gluten intolerant and, with advance notice, they had everything prepared very well. In addition, they already have many dishes suitable for celiacs, which is very appreciated. A Michelin-starred restaurant with a more classic style. The place is fine, although we got a table very close to the kitchen, and it was quite annoying to hear the waiters constantly calling out orders: "main courses on the 10th," "desserts on the 9th," etc. throughout the meal. It felt tiresome. We had the €30 weekday menu. Value for money, it was okay. We weren't impressed with the eggs; they didn't seem up to par with the restaurant's standards. On the other hand, the salmon tataki was delicious, although the portion was somewhat small. The main courses were more substantial and well-prepared. For dessert, the only gluten-free option was the pavlova, and honestly, I didn't like it at all. However, they had gluten-free bread and beer, which is always appreciated. Overall, we don't think we'll return.
