I have Celiac Disease and have been missing pizza for the last 28 years. That is until I found this restaurant! I used my gluten free app to locate it while on an account visit. The crust is divine!!! They have a completely separate room to prepare and cook all their gluten free offerings which is just about everything. I first came here about 4 months ago and have been wanting to come back since. As a Celiac patient I can not speak highly enough about this special place. This visit gave me the same thrill as the first. My server Andrei B is very helpful and attentive. The vibe is cool and laid back full of the chefs awards and accolades. I highly recommend you give them a try.

This is hands down the best pizza in Destin. We ordered delivery to our condo on the beach, it arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and the driver was super nice and helpful. The pizza itself is amazing, we tried 5 different ones, Tuscan Chicken, Ranch Chicken, Combo, Pepperoni, and Ham. All were magnificent. They even have a very good gluten free crust if you need that. Top tier stuff.

Great First Experience, Especially for Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free Diners Tried Burton’s for the first time and had a fantastic experience. We’ve recently started a gluten-free and dairy-free diet, which usually makes dining out tricky — but Burton’s made it feel easy. What really stood out was how their entire menu is mirrored with a dedicated gluten-free version. You’re not stuck with a handful of second-tier options — instead, you can order the same dishes as everyone else, just with gluten-free substitutions. That’s rare and genuinely appreciated. Our server was excellent — informed, attentive, and accommodating. As soon as we mentioned the dietary restrictions, he immediately pointed us to the gluten-free menu and said, “I got you on the dairy-free.” He walked us through our options and made sure everything we ordered was safe and satisfying. And the food? Outstanding. We had roasted vegetables with steak and salmon (one of each), and both dishes were flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared — not always the case with gluten-free meals. Everyone in our group (party of nine!) seemed happy with their dishes as well. The only note is that it’s on the pricier side. With an appetizer, one glass of wine, a tea/lemonade, and two entrees, the bill came to about $109 including tip. But for the quality, service, and allergy awareness, it’s worth it — definitely a great spot for a date night or a special occasion.

Food was very good but the music and service was more of an issue. It is already very busy and very loud, and adding a live band was not a good idea. We had to shout to hear each other, the toddler I was with wouldn’t eat her food until the breaks in between songs due to her covering her ears cause the music was so loud. Server dropped one of our meals and it took another 15 minutes before it came back out. We had a gluten free meal that came out around 15 minutes after everyone else’s food. Wrong sides with some meals as well. But being next to the water and slightly outside has a nice vibe and atmosphere.

Had a post Tampa Theater Star Wars pizza and their gluten free crust option were out of this world!! The best part about the experience was our server Emily! From the moment we walked in, she immediately greeted us with the biggest smile, told us to sit anywhere and she took such great care of us throughout the entire afternoon! We need more servers like her in downtown Tampa! Way to GO, Emily!! Keep up that high vibe and making everyone feel welcome! Give that young woman a raise!!

I have never had a gluten free pizza that’s so good! 10/10 would recommend. They were able to make the crust still fluffy and crispy, something I’ve never had from gluten free dough. Will be driving 2 hours for this again very soon!

Second time ordering delivery from this place and I couldn't be more unenthusiastic. Prices without tax, tip or delivery fees: 10 inch gluten-free pizza = $20; They added wrong toppings and the gouda, bacon and pesto aioli were overpowered by the house sauce. Very ketchupy. Garlic tastes out of a can. 10 wings = $16.50; Speaking of things in containers, the blue cheese I was charged extra for (No, they don't give blue cheese or ranch with the wings for free) tastes about as good as the Hidden Valley bottle it came out of. Would have left this place a 3 out of 5, but you can't have the word "Gourmet" in your name and have ingredients this average/bad. It's like saying you're a French winery and all your wine is from boxes sold at Costco.

Ok we found this place by accident while shopping and holy cow! I’m blown away. I so appreciate a restaurant that is so thoughtful to have no seed oils and so many gluten free options! I’ve been gluten free for 15 years and sometimes you just really want fried fish! My dreams came true with the gf desserts too!! A MUST stop location for anyone who is health minded or has food allergies. Our server was STELLAR with Porter! He was amazing. We will Be back again and again!

My daughter has a wheat/dairy/egg allergy and she was able to eat here! We ordered a plain burger with bacon on a gluten free/dairy free bun, and also added ketchup. The fries are also gluten free and fried in a dedicated fryer. So, 5 stars for this because eating out with my daughter is nearly impossible! Happy to have found this place.

Went twice, two different dinners. Almost everything is GF, they have a disclaimer on CC, knowledgeable and instilled confidence when I asked questions and ordered. First dinner I had popcorn shrimp and fried pickles. Delicious! Went back on our last night for a blackened grouper sandwich on a Udi bun, with kettle cooked Bay chips. May have been my favorite meal. No issues after! We will definitely be back!

Had such a great experience here! I am gluten free and ordered a pizza for pick up - the team was so nice and honest and let us know it would be longer than expected because my pizza was in contact with gluten so they were completely remaking it. Blown away by my experience here! Alex, our server, was amazing! FULL of energy!!! very knowledgeable about the menu and best options for his diners. I got the bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun and fries. the bun was great! Didn't crumble like most GF buns do and actually had a good flavor! As I was finishing up my meal I got a visit from the owner, Chris. We talked about GF food prep and cross contact and he gave me a personal tour of their kitchen. He showed me they have a separate storage space for GF foods, separate freezer for GF foods, separate prep area for GF foods and separate deep fryer for GF foods! All staff have been thoroughly trained and the kitchen staff have been provided with everything necessary to prevent cross contact. I am so impressed! And deeply grateful! McKenna's will be our new Go-To for eating out! Wish I had taken pics to share with you all. You'll just have to go by and see for yourselves. You won't be disappointed. 😊

A few days ago while on vacation we went to this Establishment. Immediately we notified the server that we needed the manager due to food allergies. The server handled the situation perfectly. Unfortunately the manager did not, as we asked her for the allergen menu, she informed us " I know every ingredient in my kitchen". After going back and forth for a little bit, she let us know the only thing she felt comfortable with my child.Eating was the gluten free pizza. Even though we told her repeatedly we were not there for the pizza and we eat at the local Uno's all the time no issue. She finally let us know " To be honest with you I don't feel comfortable with her eating anything out of my kitchen due to cross contamination". At that point the only thing we could do was walk out. Even though I've spoken to her manager, I am still extremely disappointed. It is borderline discrimination. I'm never one for saying someone should be fired. I believe this woman should be fired for her behavior.

Lenka was an AMAZING host and help. I have Celiac Disease and just let her know my requirements and expectations to avoid being contaminated / cross contaminated with gluten and she showed concern and grabbed the manager. They told me being cross contaminated isn’t guaranteed which is understood- everyone is different and she made sure that I was safe the whole entire time. Very accommodating, gluten free menu, vegan menu, very broad regular menu, the service was 10/10. We had a larger party of 9 and two infants and they were fast, food was excellent. This place is so cool. You get to choose your toppings as well as gluten free or regular crust. Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Your pizza comes out quickly after being in a brick oven and is bright to your table. Great place for the kids and for the money it's well worth it

I rarely go out for pizza, cuz it's generally boring. Not Mister 01! Innovative pizzas with the most delicious, crispy crust. Loved the star pizza with ricotta-stuffed corners & thoroughly enjoyed the spicy olive oil. Even the simple Caesar salad was perfect. We had great, cheerful service from Dina. But really all the staff is moving all the time- nobody stands still. So attentive & positive! We have been to other Mister 01 locations, and this one wasn't as crowded, but still didn't disappoint. The Michelin Guide has finally recognized our favorite local pizza! Side note: They have many delicious vegetarian options, from specialty pizzas to antipasti & salads. They also offer options for gluten-free crust & vegan cheese.

Food was excellent. Tried arepa con choclo (my favorite!) and arepa con queso, patacon platter, picada, beef, chicken, and cheese empanadas, yucca fries, the fried potatoes, and the churrasco platter. The steak on the chrrasco platter was delicious and fantastically tender, and the cilantro sauce was very tasty. The staff was very helpful in clarifying which items were gluten free, which was practically all of it. Everything tasted incredible, my only regret was that my stomach was not big enough to accommodate everything on menu.

I went with my mom and sister who can't eat gluten. They are the best crepes 👌🏻🫶🏻 light and full of fresh and exquisite flavor. Made to order by Caro who treated us very kindly and even gave us recommendations. I loved the protein shake 😍 thick, concentrated flavor. Absolutely everything was spectacular. My mom had already gone and she loved it so much that she wanted to take me 😊 I recommend it to spend a pleasant hour full of delicious food and friendly people

Awesome place. Cool local art on the walls. Gluten-free pizza. Wings were just decent. Was surprised how good they were despite having thin sauce just poured on top for some reason. Felt great after. Just great place.

The pizza is delicious! I have celiac and Mackenzie took great care of me in ensuring the gluten free pizza had no cross-contamination. They serve gluten free beer too which is quite hard to find. Will definitely return!

This place is an unbelievable combination of scene, food, and vibe. Excellent DJ on Tuesday. I’m not sure what they could do to improve, but I really liked it. Get the Trees appetizer, top notch gluten free broccoli and cauliflower. Very handicap friendly and accommodating patrons. Overall a really nice place! First time here 2.15.2025. Greeted by our server, Paige. She was good - did important things like keeping the water filled and involving Brandi the manager when we mentioned my wife had severe gluten allergy/must eat gluten free. The food and the atmosphere (sitting on the water with a nice breeze, waves crashing, and beautiful design aesthetics at the restaurant), literally couldn't have been better. For that I kind of understand why the food takes a while to come out (we were there about 30 mins before we received our apps) - it's an experience and you don't want to rush. At least I hope that is why it took so long. :) The price of the meal was expected since we had lobster, apps, crab cakes, and the wonderful location. We paid about $65/pp without alcohol and dessert. We will be back.

First time I’m downtown Ft. Myers and I ordered the gluten free cheese pizza and it did NOT disappoint! I imagined being gluten free it would taste mediocre boy was I wrong. If I could give 10stars I would. The waitress however was lackluster. She got my drink order wrong. I asked for Mezcal and she brought me a glass of Moscato. After the mixup she advised Mezcal is only served on certain days 🤔. I ordered an Old fashioned and it was garbage. I waited 40 minutes for my food and only saw her 3 times. Once to take my drink order, once to take my food order and then to bring the check. It was a Thursday night and the tables were pretty empty so it wasn’t due to the crowd. I still would go again for the amazing tasting pizza and stick with a glass of wine! 🍕

Scat Cat Club’s is a must visit. We always make sure and stop by before visiting the park. If you let the attendant know you just want to get food, I’ve had no issues being let into the resort. The beignets are amazing and bonus gluten free. All the dipping sauces are yummy and worth a try! They also have decent drip coffee to get the morning started. If you’re feeling adventurous they also have adult only liquor infused beignets. I adore the overall atmosphere and experience.
