The staff are very attentive and fast but above all friendly; we were served by Irene and Fausto, fantastic waiters super professional but joking in the service. I don't know if they are but they could be a nice couple :)

Food was decent. They take celiac/GF very seriously and did a great job with that. Almost everything could be made GF. But as far as how good the food was it does not compare to other places in the area. You will have a good meal just not a great one.

Not sure if she was the owner or the manager but the lady greeting all the tables and checking one everyone was so nice and accommodating she took my allergy card to the kitchen and let me know every item that was safe to order and brought my food out herself it made me feel really nice eating here and I got the vegetarian pizza and bruschetta and it was delicious!

I wonder how it is possible that for years, in the center of Naples, they are the only ones offering gluten-free products. Extremely high prices and really poor quality of pastry. I have been going to them for years. At the beginning I trusted them for two important events: my graduation and my birthday. Both experiences were a disaster. The first time they completely forgot about the gluten-free order and I found myself with nothing. The second time, instead of preparing the millefeuille I had requested, I found myself with a sponge cake. They have never shown the slightest interest in retaining the customer, in fact, the opposite. Despite everything, in these years I have tried to give them other opportunities, stopping by every now and then to get a dessert. But it is always the same story: exaggerated prices and stale desserts. Today, after not going there for six months, I decided to try the ice cream (never tasted before). The flavors were intact and the appearance left much to be desired and I should have realized it right away. The ice cream was not ice cream, it was cream. Time to go out and it has already melted. The “pistachio and Oreo” did not taste of pistachio or Oreo, I felt sick after eating it and I should have gone back and asked for a refund 3.50 euros. I swear, this time it is too much. I will never set foot in there again.

Tasty gluten-free pizza, very light dough. Fried calamari without gluten equal to the glutinous if not better. The fried appetizers are out of this world. Friendly and nice staff. Easy-going environment but with attention to detail. I arrived with very high expectations and I confirmed them all. Well done!

Delicious burger! This quiet outdoor courtyard was just a pleasant bonus. They have such variety of gluten free options. They also have vegan and vegetarian options for those interested. Our server was attentive and offered lots of extras. We took her up on a few.

The food here was really good. The potato croquette appetizer was my favorite. The gnocchi was yummy too. Just make sure you make a reservation ahead of time, especially during busier weekend nights, or you will have to order for takeaway.

This place is fantastico. Easily the best meal we have had in Italy this week. As gluten free travelers, we are glad we found this place. The food is outstanding and everyone is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend going here when in Rome, is especially if you have ceiliac disease or need gluten free for any reason. They are 100% gluten free, but it is amazing food that everyone will enjoy.

For people who have a problem with gluten, it's heaven on earth! From the very first words we know that this is the perfect place. We get separate cutlery (the ones lying on the table waiting for guests were taken away), bread (scarpetta or just a starter) brought in a separate bag, and the bun that was there was brilliant!!!) The selection of gluten-free dishes is heavenly. The beer is also delicious and gluten-free. People who ate gluten dishes were also mega satisfied. The gluten-free tiramisu is also delicious. Disappointing dinner We went to this restaurant for a family dinner (4 people) during a 3-day vacation, attracted by the fact that it was listed as a member of the AIC circuit. Unfortunately, the experience was well below expectations. The appetizer arrived immediately, but the gluten-free bread to accompany it was served after an hour. When asked for clarification, the answer was "be patient", because there was a table for 70 people who also arrived after us. The waiting staff was clearly in a hurry because in addition to the large table there were just as many covers at small tables. And unfortunately, when the first courses arrived, the situation did not improve: overcooked risotto at canteen level, cutlet as hard as a sole, agnolotti with and without gluten brought by the same waiter (a very critical aspect for those with celiac disease). From a place that presents itself as attentive to gluten-free I expected much more attention and professionalism. I hope they can reflect on management and, above all, on how many people a restaurant can accommodate based on the available staff. Serving a few well is better than serving everyone badly. We resolved the evening for the better by stopping in a supermarket.

Everything is really very good, from the pizza, to the meat and fish. You can also have personalized dishes for intolerant people, lactose-free, gluten-free, etc. Never seen such organization and professionalism anywhere else, compliments. The owner and staff are super helpful and kind. With my partner and our 11-month-old daughter we felt pampered. 5 stars and praise.

I’m always extremely happy to find restaurants like this one that offer a wide range of gluten-free options. The food was tasty, and the staff was friendly. However, we had to wait more than half an hour for the pizza. In addition, my husband’s pizza was brought out quite a bit before mine. The gluten-free strudel was good, but the regular one left my husband unimpressed.

Papèo is the best pizzeria (even gluten-free) in Bologna, without a doubt! The selection of doughs is incredible: even for gluten-free you can choose between classic, sourdough, cereals and seeds, hemp or Neapolitan version. Each pizza is made with top ingredients and great care, and for each one a beer is also recommended to pair, a detail that really makes the difference. The place is welcoming and the staff is super prepared and kind, very attentive to the needs of those with intolerances. An experience not to be missed, even for those who are not celiac. The only sore point is the location: a bit inconvenient and out of the center. But it is absolutely worth it!

Definitely recommend. We (family of 4 with 9yr old coeliac) had lunch here and it was excellent. 100% GF with a good variety of dishes that catered for everyone. We had a great mixture of traditional Tuscan food and food that appealed to the children too. Great service and the best GF bread we've tasted too!! 5 mins walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli.

First, let me say the food was amazing. Lots of normal and particularly gluten-free options for my wife. The restaurant was a very good size with an outdoor space despite the small curbside footprint. One thing that really turned me off about the attitude of the waiter; when asked if my wife and I could side side by side, the waiter said it wouldn’t be possible as we would need a 4 person table. Normally I’d agree, but showed up right at opening and the restaurant was empty and remainder virtually empty the entire time we were there. Not impressed.

We returned from Klemar after 1 year. Our little one is celiac. When we come to Riccione it is the ideal place to eat well, both gluten free and for everything else. Very kind staff and high quality products, from piadina to everything else. I can only recommend.

I called 3 pizzas 2 gluten free and 1 normal at home. The gluten free was sausage and chips that you couldn't eat... the beauty of sausage and chips is that the mozzarella/provola binds everything when you bite it, it stretches and is juicy... putting very little the pizza was extremely dry with the chips on top very dry... plus the next day I felt very sick with my stomach I don't know if it was the dough or the quality of the products on top I HOPE IT HAS NOT BEEN CONTAMINATED since all 3 pizzas arrived together without any distinction
