My girlfriend and I ate at this place two consecutive evenings, as my girlfriend has celiac disease. The menu, almost every course, also has a gluten-free option, so my girlfriend had a wide choice. Furthermore, the gluten-free draft beer and the first courses were really good, with just the right portions, neither too much nor too little. For celiac or vegetarian people, for whom there are many dedicated dishes, Al Carmine is one of the places I would recommend for eating well, even if you have very specific dietary needs.

Restaurant with a really interesting vegan and gluten-free offering. We had a buffet lunch, everything was good and the prices were fair, I would just make the weight of the products more transparent with a scale that also shows the weight to the customer

Food was not fresh. Soggy pizza and the seafood in the pasta tasted a bit off. Waiter did not understand celiac allergy which was a bit concerning. Wine was nice.

Friendly restaurant, and excellent treatment staff.
Very good offer without gluten, and of quality. The other dishes with gluten were also good. Good pizzas, and a restaurant with a good atmosphere. We repeated.
A stunning sea view, abundant dishes, and a unique atmosphere make for a delightful dining experience worth returning to.

Truly pleasant location on a beautiful sunny day as the large windows allow a full view of the sea.
The menu, although not everything was available given that they have just reopened, is still extensive. Very knowledgeable about gluten and milk free, they advised that in addition to being able to make all the first courses, the fryers are also all gluten-free.
Abundant and good first courses.
Recommended for the location, the staff and also the menu!

This was our last evening in Venice and was by far the best meal! A highlight was of course the gluten-free bread with the Aperol, but also the gluten-free pasta and the tiramsu. The best gluten-free tiramsu I've eaten so far. The ambience and service were also really great. So cozy! We really felt very comfortable. Great recommendation! ☺️

My boyfriend and I stopped here just after we arrived in Venice to get some lunch. The views were spectacular from the balcony seating right over the water. We had a fabulous bottle of champagne and ordered the carbonara (I ordered regular my boyfriend ordered gluten free). The food was absolutely delicious and we also ordered a gluten free diavlo pizza but were too full to eat much of it (was super tasty as well). The service overall was great - they allowed us to put our luggage in a safe place while eating. The only downside was they gave me the gluten free pasta instead of my boyfriend who has an allergy and I’m very thankful we confirmed which was GF or else he would have ate the non-GF one and been sick for our trip. Aside from that slip up - I’d definitely reccomend!

I only had a pizza and it was a little disappointing, but still tasty. I didn’t get sick and I am very sensitive which is much more important to me than food taste, to be honest.

Delicious pizza. If you're lucky, you can eat right by the water. The selection is huge and although it's not on the menu, all pizzas can certainly be prepared gluten-free. Pizza to Go is not possible.

We were traveling around Venice as tourists, with a celiac friend, we came across this place that had a sign specifying that they had gluten free dishes on the menu. Located in a street very close to Piazza San Marco. We had a very good dinner. Good value for money and very friendly and helpful service. Satisfied!!! I highly recommend it.

Convenient location in the center with ample parking. Fantastic gluten-free pizza (one of the best I've ever eaten) and very, very generous in terms of dough, just a shame about the excessive price tag. Very large place although very noisy and chaotic. Waiting times longer than the average for the area although acceptable.
Perfect for those seeking unique treats, this spot impresses with creative cakes and delightful online offerings that have everyone raving.

Ristobar San Polo is definitely worth the stop! The workers are incredibly kind and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. My favorite is that they offer gluten free items, such as gluten free lasagna! They offer indoor or outdoor seating, and I believe they do to-go.

For years I have been frequenting this pizzeria which in my opinion is the top of those in the area: excellent pizzas, with the possibility of choosing the dough, which also includes the variant for celiacs or other intolerances, very courteous and impeccable service, not to mention the speed in serving as ordered even if the place is packed (and it ALWAYS is, there must be a reason, right? 😏)
The number of pizzas is adequate, neither too many nor too few, the dough is rolled to the right thickness and the consistency is good.
The ingredients are of good quality, the cooking perfect, but on the other hand from the world champion of pizza, you can't expect anything less!
The place is large both inside and out, except that outside you have to adapt to the weather, if it rains it's cold and humid, if it's hot you sweat, but there are many seats and so even if you don't book (it's advisable) you won't you have to wait too long for a table to become available.
For me one of the best pizzerias I have ever tried, and every time I have been there, it has never disappointed me.

Not suitable for celiacs, they do not guarantee contamination. They also showed me that they do not master the subject because the last comment was... "Of course, the lady is very sensitive to gluten...."

In terms of the reception, I found it quite ok, even very good despite the many negative comments, the place in terms of decoration is nice. In terms of cuisine... all allergens are indicated and there are gluten-free dishes but the quality is not great, including the desserts. Lots of frozen products

This small restaurant opposite the “Locanda” hotel has become our favorite location. Although it is located right in the main street where tourists flock, you can still enjoy your food outside in peace and quiet.
The restaurant offers different cuisines and departments inside. A huge aquarium with live koi fish gets you in the mood for Japanese cuisine. Right next to it there is a refrigerator with fresh cured ham, which is a reference to Italian cuisine.
We've eaten here several times. The food tastes great, the price is cheap and the toilets are clean by Venetian standards. The waiters are in a good mood and try to fulfill all wishes.
The gluten-free dishes are recommended and worth mentioning here. The carbonara is one of the best in all of Venice.
We'll definitely be back! Thanks.

The gluten free pizza is not gluten free, it is baked in the same oven as the other pizzas. So if you have celiac disease: don’t order pizza. Otherwise it's ok.
